Charming and cheerful staff in privately run hotel with very high quality architecture, design and fresh produce. Great breakfast and especially strong very tasty coffee. Room to work and enjoy and in the evening in the garden or the restaurant Qube excellent Palatinate wine with delicious fresh cuisine.

Rooms are very small ans in very modern style. Breakfast is quite poor for a 4 star hotel. Compared to other 4 star hotels in Germany this hotel is below average. For the quality it offers the price of more than 160 euro per night is too high. Price / quality ratio is low.

We went spontaneously to Heidelberg at the weekend. The room was spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed a very good dinner on the roof terrace and a beautiful view over the city. In the bar we were offered five red wines to try. Wonderful! The advice of the reception for the city visit was good. The staff friendly and motivated. Overall good. Recommended!

Friendly staff and comfortable hotel. Charged €18.50 for a rather poor breakfast with small selection and low quality. Apparently fresh eggs are available but I was never asked if I wanted to order any. Best to check if it is included at check in as otherwise you could be in for a surprise!

The food is awesome, unfortunately you have to expect longer operating times. I found it really inattentive that you have to wait over 10 minutes for a ticket, even though you were seen coming in and staff were there enough. It's a real pity, because the staff is very nice in themselves.
So, you should plan enough time, and come with medium hunger and thirst!

Beautiful, well located hotel in great, modern and large rooms. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, as was the service. Good value for money for a much larger room than usual. Always happy.

I reallt enjoyed my experience here. The food was amazing, very well prepared! The service of the staff was really nice, They spoke good english and were very professional. It is a bit on the higher end as far as price but In my opinion it was worth it! Down side was the Parking, It's only for guest of the hotel.

Great service, good food, but also quite high prices. Depending on what you aim for this can be a great dinner location for sure, but if you are interested in cost-effective options there are more suitable restaurants around Heidelberg.

We booked a Room in the Hotel and had breakfast there in the morning. Our Room was beautiful, very high quality furnished (we were in the Villa, so in the Annex) and squeaky clean. The Staff were all very friendly and remarkably helpful and we felt completely at ease. Especially noteworthy in my Opinion is the Breakfast buffet — although there were not many guests, there was a lot of fresh Fruit, Cereal and a huge Selection of Baked goods and Toppings as well as all sorts of other Little things. Great Praise for that and we like to come back!

We were in the restaurant at lunchtime. Little going on. No wonder at prices. Vienna 0, 2 ltr. For £10, £50 doesn't have to be, does it?

Underground car park quite narrow and due to double-decker pallets only suitable for vehicles up to 1, 50m height. No bargain at just under €20/night (but probably in HD).

Good place for overnighting but wouldn't want to be there for an extended stay.

It was great that we spontaneously got places for a large group while all of Heidelberg was fully booked! The Moscow mule was very tasty but with the gin fizz I was not so happy. Overall EMPFEHLENSWERRT when one is willing to pay 3 — 4 euros more than usual.

I only had the dubious pleasure of visiting the restaurant. The ambiance is quite nice, but that's it. The service is virtually non-existent. We actually wanted to eat the dishes of the day that were advertised on the internet, but that did not exist. Alternatively, we opted for dishes from the regular card, which were totally overpriced and qualitatively underground. I had the pickled tuna, which was about the consistency of chewing gum in the summer and was absolutely neutral in taste. For the price it was an absolute impudence. Definitely my first and last visit there.

Good, modern hotel. Located a good distance from the main attractions of the city. Hotel itself is in two separate buildings. The villa is around 50 meters down the road from the main building, a slight inconvenience but the spacious and clean rooms make up for it. The staff is quite helpful.

Was there for a business meeting. The Hotel is located very nice and Central. Rooms are fantastically beautiful. The food for lunch was ok. Breakfast buffet was very good wide choice and it was regularly refilled. Very important a Parking space in the Hotel to make a reservation else reserve otherwise you're stuck there.

We booked a one bedroom apartment because we were travelling with kids. It was not a hotel apartment but an apartment in a building across the street from the hotel. It was a very old building with think walls and ceilings and echoing hallways. People coming in from outside sounded like they were in the room with you. The hotel charged us €57 to make up a couch bed for our 2 night stay. All they did was unfold the bed and put a sheet and blanket on it. There was no cleaning service during our stay. Overall not impressed.

Excellent food and service!

We were coming in on bikes. It was a bit hard to find on the map. We enjoyed our stay! We asked for a channel change to watch a football game in the bar, and the friendly staff accommodated our requests. Our room was fantastic, and the breakfast was superb!

Great hotel for staying over night. Approx. 35 minutes per feet from the oldtown. Very good breakfast Buffet and a nice, little rooftop bar. Wenn enjoyed our visit very much!

Near main station, it takes about 10 mins by walk. The room is small but enough for 1 night.

The hotel is very chic and tidy, staff very friendly. The breakfast is also good. Unfortunately, the tram outside the window is very loud. The underground car park was already full with us, but there is an another car park opposite.

A completely successful trip to Heidelberg. The whole thing started at the check-in — very friendly staff. The rooms are a dream: big, gorgeous bed (good mattress! ), TOP facilities that visually is what! The roof terrace is a highlight. Breakfast — a nearly even greater dream — because nothing was missing. The cuisine, the wine cellar and the friendly and attentive staff to impress positively. We like to come back and will be then a bit longer. To do so, the time was missing this time.

The only negative here is, in my opinion, the extreme clairaudience of the room.

Small and expensive rooms, but friendly service and clean. And why do I always have to pay for WLAN? Should be standard nowadays, especially at high prince accomodations.

We stayed here for the Castle lighting weekend in July. The hotel was a little bit of a walk from the town (about 15 minutes) but close to the train station which was very convenient as we came via train. The hotel itself is wonderful. I loved the decor and the details in the room. The wood floors, the large windows, the beautiful bathrooms.

The hotel is pleasant and very clean. Located a brisk 10 minute walk from the center. The rooms are somewhat spartan and could use a splash of color on the walls, some minimalist painting or black and white artful photographs would make a huge difference to the feel of it. The one BIG negative for my family was very uncomfortable cheap pillows and blankets. The bedding was the worst in quality of all 5 hotels we stayed in on the trip. It is somewhat unexpected, because everything else was done very well. Overall it is a good option if pillow comfort is not a problem for you. Breakfast is excellent, but expensive and they charge for small children as well. Beware that parking garage has a lift for cars, so if you are leaving when reception is closed, be sure your car is accessible.

My family stayed in the new Qube Hotel apartment across the street from the actual hotel. The accommodations were perfect, Jan Egenberger and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. Comfortable beds, great location, and excellent service in the hotel and the restaurant.

Very pleasant Hotel, good Service. Unfortunately, we have not been advised that Breakfast is not included, so the Surprise was great, as the booked room price nor the price for the Breakfast has been added.

There was really nothing to complain about. We had made a Wochendtrip to Heidelberg and were met in the Qube. Friendliness of the staff and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere in the House were quickly impressed us. Nice rooms, high quality inventory and great bathrooms. Sustainability concept! And a restaurant with gourmet factor. Overall convincing.
