Very nice hotel, great rooms and exemplary service! Stayed in July 2023, really liked it).

I liked the hotel. Cozy room, overall a nice hotel for such a place. A big plus is a full shared kitchen and dining area. Wi-Fi works. The owner/manager is unobtrusive.

Had a lovely stay! The view from the cottages was absolutely beautiful — perfect for relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings. The hosts were very welcoming and made sure everything was just right.

We liked the location. We wanted to see Gergeti Church and climb to the foot of Mount Kazbek. Everything worked out.

There are two rooms and the bedding is clean. Basic towels are provided, and if you stay two nights or more, they'll replace them upon request.

It was really chill in Kazbegi and the people are very sweet. Everyone is eager to help you. The hospitality is great. Usually people can’t understand english but still it was great experience.

We recently stayed at Hotel Besami for a few days getaway and had a fantastic experience.
Check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and clean, and the host, Lika was super friendly and helpful.

We loved it! If you want to relax and enjoy with your friends then Besami Hotel is the place. Rooftop is great to chill and check around the incredible landscape.

The hostess speaks Russian, and communicating with us using Google Translate was smooth. She has an adorable little daughter who gave us small stones on arrival.

Its a good hotel but the rooms are not efficiantly equipped, not enough storage for ski trip. But the receptionist was so kind and helpful.

The property is clean, well-maintained, with no disturbance, and in an excellent location close to the ski resort. The view from the room is mind-blowing.

You can also ski-in/ski-out if you are looking for this. The cooking is also great, especially the sweets. The rooms are very warm and comfy.

Located next to cable car. Has to hike up around 5min. But pls contact mariana. She can arrange transport. Great dinner and breakfast buffet. Mariana is the best host in the world.

I came here for Spa facilities and massage services.
I will highly recommend both. The place is clean, well managed and maintained.
The best part is the outdoor hot jacuzzi with an amazing view.
