Very nice hotel.
The owner Georgiy is very nice, he explained and told everything.
Price per room is normal.
The only thing I didn’t like was that at 6 am the residents were talking from the next room in the common room on the floor. It was very audible, I was too lazy to get up and say anything. It is probably necessary to warn residents to remain quiet!
