A wonderful guest house, everything is like home, the rooms are clean, the owners are very friendly, delicious food, they will treat you to wine) I will be happy to come back here!

We recently spent a holiday at the family hotel Terassa Hotel Kobuleti. The hotel fully corresponds to the declared quality and even exceeds expectations.

I stayed in room 2840 from the owner. The price is low, because it is March. They settled me for a month, but there is no washing machine here. How to live without washing for a month?

The hotel offers a wonderful view of the sea. The rooms are clean. At night you can hear your neighbors because of the thin walls, but everything is great.

This hotel is relatively far from the city, and we generally had problems with transportation. Although the hotel is very cheap, its services were good and excellent in its own way.

Fair price for an on-road sleep. Clean warm rooms. Just enough to restore and keep going. Keep the window shut for the road noise.

Wonderful hotel! Friendly staff! Wonderful location! We were very pleased with the choice of this hotel.

The good thing about the hotel is that from any room there is an excellent view of the sea, fresh air and quite quiet.

Great strategic location, amazing rooms and nice service. Unfortunately the facilities such as swimming pool are still being worked on. Staff are wonderful, amazing and so helpful.

Beautiful hotel in a great location (second line from the sea). Clean, stylish rooms. Good service. Unfortunately, the pools were out of order during our stay.

Five stars. Maximum rating for professionals. The facility is exemplary cleanliness. Two TVs, air conditioning in each room. Hotel footwear was also considered. Cabins clean and spacious.

Nice spacious clean room. The room has everything for life, the air conditioner worked without problems. Very friendly hostess!

The view from my room at orbi city was absolutely stunning. I loved waking up to the gorgeous scenery! However, the elevators were a bit of a pain.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Dreamland is truly a hidden gem on the Black Sea coast.
