A very warm and nice Hotel. The location was convenient, but only the road and parking lot near to the hotel were narrow, very difficult for us but it's a good experience.

My wife and I went to Batumi Georgia to celebrate her 60th birthday and our 30th anniversary. It was fabulous, and Hotel Old Town was one of the highlights of our wonderful holiday in Georgia.

A very good hotel in the city center with an excellent location. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, with high-quality finishes and well-chosen furniture.

Great location, close to the center, restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful.
On the top floor is a live Jazz club. Big big bonus!

Great and big brands do not do advertising and its true as they do not need that! The name and the service say's it all. The hidden wonderland makes this hotel absolutely exquisite.

I had a great experience with this hotel. Location is perfect — direct access to the Boulevard, cable car, and tons of various food places.

A nice family run hotel that has everything a big brand new hotel would offer, but has a warm touch. The rooms were complete and impeccable. The parking was good. The front desk service was good.

We run from Orbi city to this very good quality small hotel.

Great staff, big rooms, comfy bed if you like firm, strong shower flow, toilet works well, located close to most everything. Wifi good. Only negative is carpets are old and stained &should be removed.

The hotel breakfast was not tasty and there were 2 girls who looked at us strangely and spoke aggressively (the ones who made the breakfast)

Just two min to walk to the beach which is perfect to me and you can walk all the way on the cost to the old town and touristic places. Breakfast was really good you will enjoy it for sure.

I liked: 🤍 the room is very beautiful, there's a kettle, coffee, tea! and a fridge!

It is a nice hotel. The room is clean & the location is good. It has only one left which caused some waiting during rush hours. The service can be improved.

We were a family of 5 people who stayed in this lovely hotel (1 Double + 1 Triple). The rooms were very clean and nice. The cleaning staff came everyday to clean.
