Good Location, Service and right price.

Hotel is right next to the train station to the airport which is good. But the rooms were not good at all. Very tiny room, 1 miniature window, barely any amenities in the room.

Convenient and close to the airport. A place that rightly exploits the strategic location to become a destination for tourists. Chambers vote 6, no that. Pretty clean. Great breakfast service, varied international choice.

Resturant: overprized, poor food/service. Im not a complaining person but the entrecote I orderd for 23 euro was the worst biff/peace off meet i've ever had! cold, chewy and dry, and coyøuld not be eaten at all. Deffenetly not resturant quality or 23 € quality at all orderd a salad instead and had to pay for both.

Superb Hotel, great Intercontinental breakfast, clean spacious rooms, modern, luxurious, beautuful. QUIET! & One of the best parts: one door of the hotel? and you are inside the train station. The best access to a train station, ever. If we would know that, the access to the train to Paris center was so easy, we would have stayed more nights in that Hotel. We HIGHLY recommend it, if you want to visit Paris center. From our terminal in the airport, it was 2 min away by taxi.

Room and reception spotless. Nice little dishes in the restaurant. Only downside: The coldness of the server side bar!

Correct room. Not very big but for a comfortable night. Flat for dinner on the spot the 2 restaurants are fast full. So they're getting away a bit.

Very good restaurant but not very clean room. When in the toilet, not cleaned, smelly. The dirty switches.

Clean and nice. Aircon didn't work in the executive suite. Double room booked but received a room set up for single.

Missed flight because of French farmer protests on the freeways just outside of airport. The airline sent us to this hotel. Turned out to be a great hotel for me because it has amazing views of the airport. Watched planes go by from the window of my room. Even saw a couple of A380 supers taxi right in front of me while I was eating food delivered by room service. The windows were very good at isolating the plane noise. The rooms were clean and had very good water pressure.

I stayed in this hotel last night and tried to get assistance from one of the male receptionist, who misguided us so much. We nearly believed him and lost so much of money. He is a mafia who work with a driver. We were charge exorbitantly even to take to the rail way station. Book taxis direct with meters and shouldn’t book through reception.

Only one experience in this hotel for my part, one Christmas night before taking the plane…
The rooms are quite typical of the Novotel so functional but soulless.
The cleanliness of mine was OK but without more (a long hair stayed on the edge of the bathtub) The main interest of this hotel is the time it saves when you take the plane as it has an entrance directly to the train station of Roissypole. So no shuttle to take and if it rains, we do not have to walk outside to go to Terminals 1 or 2 (for the charter flights of Terminal 3 on the other hand it is always necessary to walk since they are not directly accessible) to note: Children can sleep free With a convertible sofa in the bedroom.

A real palace before a long haul…

One night stay before leaving for a trip abroad. Very well located hotel, thanks to a shuttle located inside the airport/train station you can access the hotel in a few minutes.
The hotel was in renovation since October we were able to benefit from a brand new room and very convenient. Modern and with room. Plus: The USB chargers built into the walls and on either side of the bed.
The cleanliness is correct and the catering service is fine.
Breakfast Buffet of quality and with choice.
To advise for accommodation close to the airport.

Hotel very well placed (right in front of the Stop CDGval Terminal 3) for who flies from Roissy. For fans of aircraft a part of the rooms overlooks the slopes… rooms a bit ' antiquated ' for the price, otherwise the services are of the standing Novotel.
Good restaurant.

Great room, bedding quality on point, and the restaurant is really nice. A bit disappointed with the parking not included (just over €30 to park for one night). Proximity to the airport terminal is super convenient though.

Deeply disappointing. I have stayed in novotels for years, happily. This one, at more than 200usd/night, is a disgrace. Rooms are small airless boxes, with paper cups for Morning tea. Food and wine ludicrously expensive… 60 Euro left me hungry, and having eaten unripe brie, and a main the size of a starter, and very sober. Will eat next door at the ibis tomorrow which I know to be moderate, but honest at least. Staff are nice though, and location good. Rating a star each. Otherwise naked profiteering.

Great team on reception my return visit loved room shower cafe for breakfast and Changed to elegant night dining. I recommend it to allow reviving from long flight in my case Australia, and readuvto commence visit to Paris refreshed.

Really nice hotel, the food is great over there. Everything is clean and nice, great bathroom and shower, and the beds are really comfortable.

Conveniently located hotel to catch an early morning flight. Surprisingly quiet given proximity to the airport. Showing its age, 6th floor rooms have been nicely renovated in 2017. Wi-Fi is free but breakfast pricey.

Good price when going through third party. Clean hotel and great for babies (play area, crib). Would go stay there again.

The carpet's worn out. The sink's clogged. Toilet flushing is leaking. The vent has traces of black.
Otherwise the staff is fine.

The venue is ideal for a European meeting, the services offered are quality, the hotel restaurant is excellent and brings incredible value for money to Paris. Only downside if any, the service at the restaurant lacked finesse during my visit.

Just round the corner from the free train shuttle at (Rossipole) is this hotel. Very convenient to both terminal 1 and 3 at it sits in the middle. Very good restaurant at least for lunch. Nice menu French Bistro style but rich in flavors. Good service. A few meeting rooms available too. I most are small but at least one can accommodate 20 to 25 people.

Correct Restaurant: Formula at €16 (starter + flat or dish + dessert).
Long Service at midday on weekdays: it is necessary to wait at least 25min.

The room is quite OK, excellent showers. Diner was quite poor (overcooked chicken grill) and desert took so long I had to leave before it was there. Breakfast was very good though. A good place for a business visit, but you maybe need some luck at the diner.

Very nice hotel just adjacent to the terminal. Perfect if you have the flight early in the morning and you want to be sure not to lose it.

Very convenient and very easy to access CDG train. Room comfortable and all very clean, also very quiet. Staff very helpful with organizing my partially disabled mother, but all gave us different information about our booking.
We had booked for 1 night with parking and breakfast, the first receptionist said they were both extra and we had not payed, and so it went on.
If you clearly know your booking and arrangements it's a great place to stay before a flight.

My family and I stayed here this past Sunday before catching an early morning flight from CDG. We arrived late and chose to dine in the hotel cafe. My kids has a Children's meal and when they went to eat their ice cream there were pieces of GLASS in their food. We showed the shards to our server who took them away and then we didn't see him again. When I told the staff members upon check out there were no apologies made. I am shocked that your establishment chose to do nothing. My kids were eating glass and not only was there no apology, but we were changed in full for their meals, with no replacements for the glass filled ice cream. I would not stay here again.

Located right next to the CDGval, the Novotel is very convenient for a night in transit between two planes. The interior is nice, clean room and comfortable bed.

Very convenient in that it is located very close to CDG airport. A hallway leads right to a shuttle station where a train departing every 4 minutes takes you to the terminals. In 10 minutes from the check out counter you are at the Terminals. Check in and out is convenient, staff is fairly friendly and helpful. Restaurant is of fairly good quality including the buffet breakfast. Rooms are serviceable especially for a one night stay before catching your flight. The signs to the rooms can be better indicated, and the doors in general are difficult to open and close. Hotel management should remove the key swiping feature in the elevator. Customers are either preparing for or returning from a long flight, and having to figure out to swipe your room key in the elevator in order to access your floor is a nuisance.

I only stayed here as I had missed a flight. I got in late and out early. Seemed like a nice enough place. Basic rooms. A busy café/bar. The girl at reception kindly loaned me an international adaptor.

Well no more. It's no longer young.

A good hotel, expect nothing special. Rooms are good. And the people speak good English.

The staff is great I can tell I've been between 2 et3 night per week for 10 years and I was never disappointed Pete.

We were looking for a hotel with a good location that would help with our 24 hour layover in Paris, and this was the perfect place. We arrived early — 10:00 AM — and our room was already available and ready. They were prepared for us at the front desk, and check in took under 60 seconds. Our room was large, clean and quiet. Able to take a quick shower after the flight before going into the city. It is right outside of the RER, so we could head straight into Paris, and it was connected by the airport shuttle, so it took only a few minutes to arrive here from the terminal — perfect combination. After our day in the city (and being jet lagged), we came back to the hotel and had a drink in the lounge before dinner in the restaurant. We had a great dinner and wonderful service — it was a perfect way to start out trip in Paris — and given that we were eating in a hotel, we were very impressed with the food we received. What was better than this though was the great breakfast in the morning. Not only great selection, but just great food in general. So exceeded expectation right across the board. It's not a luxury hotel — but had everything we needed, great service, very convenient and of course — a great location for our 24 stay over. Would stay here again.

Very convenient location right next to Charles Du Gaulle Airport. Clean and comfortable rooms with breakfast included. The only thing I'd say that A/C is not running as expected. Please fix this. Thanks.

Ok if you need to stay near CDG with not many daily trips to Paris. Remember a day ticket to Paris over the RER costs an adult around 23 Euros. Breakfast was good but A/C was in fan mode but not cooling the room a bit. The reception did not give me my credit card back once I paid upon checkout. I only noticed it when I got home after a 9 hour flight. I sent them an email asking for it. They first denied having it but later told me they found it and asked me how to send it to me. I asked them to DHL it to me and I'm still waiting. This was around 40 days ago.

Room OK. For this range of hotel pitiful service level. 26 people waiting to pay. 40 minute wait. 2 people at the reception who were struggling unable to edit bills. 5 days later I have still not received my invoice by mail after 3 raises. 400 euros they are already charged!

Do not book this hotel with booking. It is the first time in my life that happens to me that an hotel do not allow you to change or cancel an internet reservation well in advance of the date of arrival. Service terrifying. Although I told them that I needed to change due to changes in the airline, if they are screwed and will cash their money anyway. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who has mobility needs.

This is a nice and comfortable Hotel. Close to the airport and easy access from Charles de Gaulle. Perfect location to stay before flying or on arrival. The proximity from RER make it a very nice Hotel for tourism. The Restaurant is very pleasant and offer very nice food including casual food or high quality food. Rooms are very clean and pleasant! Staff was nice but they could not easily solve the electrical problem in our room (Electrical blow up at 4am). I recommend this Hotel for convenience and fair Quality-Price service.
