Handy for airport and trains, but rooms are basic. Staff friendly!

A nice hotel, friendly staff spacious and clean room. Shuttle to the airport is done quickly machaallah. I recommend it to all travelers.

Affordable, super quick ck in and out. Free breakfast was nice. Located next to the CDG free train to the terminals. Small room was very clean/quiet. Very comfortable bed, super fast Wi-Fi. Which was also included. Great place to stay for a layover or early departure. Free bus to a huge mall.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The location is ideal, a short walk to Terminal 3, the RER train station and the trains to the other terminals. Breakfast is included and the selection is more than adequate. The freshly squeezed orange juice is a nice touch. I've stayed here twice and given the option in the future, I'd stay here again.

The hotel is a short walk from the airport terminal. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The room was as expected, small and quite clean. The breakfast is busy and the staff do a good job making sure there are free seats and clean tables. There's a small outdoor patio where you can sit as well.

Very comfortable really to rest. Next to the airport and zero noisy. The rooms are comfortable and the cleanliness is very good. The pressure for a good shower it is perfect. Maybe you are missing gastronomy, and what there is little to eat in the room and don't have pava electric, but there are several places nearby to dine. The breakfast very rich and varied.

Well located, small rooms. Paid for a suite and they gave me two small rooms in stead. They gave my suite away for no reason.

Lovely Hotel at CDG Paris. It has rail transportation to and from terminals. The buffet Breakfast is really good with lots of choices. The staff is very friendly, Good English and Nice rooms.

Nice room we stayed in, star wars theme. Be aware there are two hotel ibis, make sure you go to the right one. We did not at first. It was fine in the end, clean and I believe it was newly renovated. Accessed by the shuttle bus. Really close to the airport.

Close to CDG Airport terminal 1/3 so it's a good place to stop by to fix your jet lag. Close to the train station so it's a good starting point when visiting various places in France. Rooms are comfortable, clean rooms and bathrooms with bathtub included. Daily room service will tidy up your room and no issue with missing/stolen items. All-you-can-eat breakfast and decent food. Not much to do in the hotel itself, but it is decent budget accommodation for holidayers exploring France.

For the price it is really nice hotel. Bed is big and comfy, bathroom is good designer simple and useful. TV is poor quality and it is small but rather than that everything is ok. And huge plus for the Start Wars design.

Good location, but long wait before getting the room keys. The restaurant is quite expensive while very average, and there is no room service : you must come, pay and take your plate up in your room by yourself. Otherwise, rooms are ok, beds are good and everything is clean. Good breakfast.

Great short stay hotel, rooms are tiny, no baths! Breakfast was good but no tea and coffee in the bedrooms! For me that was a downfall but otherwise a great place!

Star Wars themed hotel! We stayed in room 377 the night before our big flight back to the US. VERY spartan with minimal amenities but it had 2 extra fold out beds. Breakfast buffet was better than some 4-star hotels in Paris. Can take a train to all the terminals.

Great hotel for its money, new, cozy, and with a great location. Terminal 2 can be reached in 3-4 minutes by internal train, and the city centre can be reached in 35 minutes. The rooms are comfortable, the service is excellent.

Well located and quiet, only lack attention in Spanish.

Really enjoyed this hotel — it had everything we needed for an overnight stay, free breakfast (which is decent), and it is so close to the train stop. Added bonus is the TravelCar rental place is located directly below the hotel in the car park — super convenient for a quick trip into Paris!

The sound of airplanes that resonates between buildings can affect the quality of sleep.

Very nice surprise. I was used to the classic Ibis located right next door, but I do not regret having tested this hotel. Room and bathroom significantly more spacious and comfortable.
And here it is not panic at breakfast.

The hotel is ok.
I liked the idea with the shuttle, that can bring you to the airport and back.
The bed was good.
Breakfast is a little poor, toaster was not working.
I ask for a late c/o BC my flight left in the nicht, but it was not possible so I rented I day xtra with no hot water BC there was no hot water that day.
The plants in hallway are dead.
The frontdesk and housekeeping are polite and friendly but they can't speak normal english.

Great location Service at the restaurant is unsatisfactory. When the cooks have to bring the plates in the room, you may think that there are deficiencies in the level of some members of the service! Damage.

It was very good. I was quite satisfied. Only two points _ 1-charging a deposit of 20 euros for a transformer seems to me inappropriate.
2 — Restaurant service for dinner may be better. There are few people to attend and it takes a long time to take orders and bring meals.
On the other hand, the rooms are of very good quality. They were very clean and the detail of the water and sweets was excellent. Thank you!

We got in late, spent the night before our return to the states. Everything was immaculately clean and efficient. In the morning we were able to walk to the tram to take us back to the airport. I wish we could have found the tram the night before. An email explaining how to get to the hotel by tram would have saved a 7 minute, 16 Euro, unnecessary cab ride.

Recommended for an airport hotel! Clean and modern rooms, but unfortunately a little small. Breakfast was adequate and the way to the airport by train went quickly and without any problems.

Check in was smooth, and the location near CDG excellent. A train just outside the hotel puts you at your terminal Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Very quiet and clean room, small but very efficient. Breakfast was included and very good. I had reserved a room on a higher floor away from elevator, but upon arrival assigned room was on 1st floor next to the elevator. Desk staff quickly relocated us. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

The room was adequate for our stay. We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant for dinner as we had an early flight the next day. This was by far the worst and most overpriced meal of our trip. We waited over 20 minutes to be waited on after we first sat down and our drink orders were not served until the food came out 30 minutes later. The food was nothing like described and we were served one meal incorrectly. The staff were all extremely rude and would only speak in French. This absolutely ruined our stay at the hotel and I would never stay in another IBIS hotel or use one of their restaurants again.

They should speak Spanish, other than that, the taxi that took me to the airport to the hotel I charge 8, 90 eruos. The one who asked for the hotel girl, for the reverse journey. And at 9:00 in the morning, I get 30. Aside from that when I wanted to ask you because it was extremely grocero.

We were in transit from Spain back to Raleigh, NC via Paris, and didn't have time to get into Paris, so we just wanted a comfortable, not too expensive Hotel close to the CDG airport. The price was reasonable, and our room was VERY quiet, and everything worked fine. The hotel was immediately adjacent to Terminal 3 (about 200 feet), so all we had to do was walk from the hotel into the Terminal, and then take the quick inter-terminal train to Terminal 2 to catch our flight. It was all very easy and convenient. A full breakfast was included, standard fare, nothing fancy, but the access to coffee was easy, which I always appreciate.

I asked for a view with the airplanes taking off and landing and they gave me an amazing room with the view I wanted. They also left me a bottle of water and a bag of sweets which was amazingly nice of them. The staff were amazing and friendly (I got to keep the thumbs up pen, I love it). The room itself was beautiful with an amazing bathroom and the bed was very very comfy. The hotel itself is amazingly themed and I love the touch of Star Wars everywhere. The breakfast was lovely as well and I love the seating as you have to sit with people you don't know and I ended up chatting to a lovely woman. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in and I will be staying there again in the future. It's also very very easy to find (around the corner from the CDGVAL and RER station). I can't recommend it enough! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to stay again, and perhaps find a way to stay longer. Our kids absolutely loved it. But our mistake was having dinner there. We arrived for dinner around 8:15pm, and although we could see open tables, we were told to come back at 9pm. We were very tired but the kids were hungry so we came back at 9pm and seated promptly — there were many tables open at this point. Someone took our order. First to come out were 2 of our 3 entrees. Still no drinks. The 3rd entree came out incorrectly — I had asked for a modification that they said would be no problem. It came back 2 more times incorrectly. Still no drinks (even no water). Our waitress seemed to have disappeared so we had asked other servers. Eventually we got the drinks when we were almost done with our meal (after asking for them 3 times from 3 different people). They did not bring out any ice cream that was included in our kids meal but at that point it was so late. No apologies, paid full price $40 EUR. There seems to be no process or training for the restaurant or wait staff. We would never eat there again unless we arrived very early and the restaurant was empty and we were desperate for food. But other than that, the hotel and breakfast experience were outstanding!

The hotel is very convenient located and organised for a transit passengers. Not more than 30 min from any of CDG terminals by free internal transfer. Good rooms, stylish space, convenient beds. The breakfast from 4-30. I recommend it. But, it needed to be careful in the process of a finding the way to the hotel. There are some Ibises in the airport territory. And one small inconvenience, the tube for shampoo in the shower area was absolutely empty.

Very comfortable, efficient. Good breakfast. Suggestion that staff (one in particular — a young man at the time of my check-in) who was efficient but did not smile at all. Some training should be done to teach customer service "welcoming attitude". I spoke with him at check in and then to get my key remade and both times he efficiently accomplished the task but was not "friendly" and kept a straight face. Even a fake smile would be appreciated!

The room is typical for many hotels near CDG: a bed that takes about all the room. In our room the bed was of a good size. Otherwise, everything was fine. The breakfast is good, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is certainly fine to spend night between flights. It is not in the village of Roissy itself, but in a small piece of land between a highway and a train station. The location is, actually, an advantage since you do not need an often infrequent and crowded hotel shuttle. You just take the airport train and walk to the hotel. HOWEVER: it turns out that there are 2 Ibis Style hotels by the airport, and it is very easy to get confused and go to the wrong one. The error can cost you a long walk with your luggage and a serious amount of wasted time. It should be easy to the hotel to send you an email before your arrival and explain exactly how to get to the hotel. The staff at the hotel claimed (after I had told them so) that they, if fact, were doing so. Somehow I never got that email.

General appearance very nice and very well placed for the airport. Room correct, and rather clean. Closure exceptional to the restaurant 30min before the time indicated in the receipt so we could not eat in the evening. Simple breakfast.

The location close to the airport and CDG Val was excellent. The room comfort and cleanliness was good. Unfortunately the buffet breakfast was disappointing as many food options were unavailable and there were too many people in a small space trying to access the food and drinks, which made it difficult especially for the kids. Improve the breakfast experience and everything would be great!

Nothing to say about the hotel part. The room was very nice, good size. Very well located. Very disappointed by the restaurant. It seems that a command error is in the original. No information, more than an hour waiting for 3 burgers everyday. We appreciate the gesture of the manager. But it was unpleasant!

Pleasant stay. The hotel is near the airport and just next to the RER station. It has a private parking and covered (basement) convenient but expensive and not easily accessible with a vehicle of large size. The breakfast is classic for a IBIS style. The products are fresh and the staff present to replace the products exhausted.

I like it, But I did not find much difference with red label ibis. I missed eggs for breakfast. And not many options for after hr eating. In the other ibis you can buy all you need from the machines. My Australian friends could not have lunch when they arrived. No cafetiere open. Room is comfortable and quit, but next door even though is a litle smaller has the same comfort.

Overall very good, but the first room I got, there were uncomfortable cigarette smell. Don't smoke in hotel rooms, smokers! I requested and got another room, this time higher floor and much better view. It faces to the west and can see both runways of CDG, on the right Terminal 1 and runways, on the left Terminal 2 and runways. Also the second room was a bit larger, so somewhat different sizes of rooms for one price. The hotel has a restaurant which is open until 11pm and is a short walk from a CDGVAL station.

Hotel very well located in the airport. Room with good bedding and clean. Only negative point it was cold in the room. The heating was not working. For breakfast it is a little complicated to use in a smaller space it hurtles it's not terrible from ibis. Good quality / price ratio.

Convenient location at airport, clean room and comfortable bed. A little confusion about using the room key for elevator and lights, perhaps front desk could remind at check-in (while this may be common at all Ibis hotels, we do not frequently travel in Europe. ) Good breakfast.

I love this ibis style hotel. Very easy access by free airport shuttle and come with a good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and fruits! Confortable for a transit stay and even for going to the central Paris for a day!

Friendly and helpful staff, uncomplicated Check-in. Spacious rooms, good beds, perfect sound insulation. The Breakfast is very tasty, the staff unfortunately, in the collision time with the Reloading overwhelmed. The location is beyond any doubt, if you stay during a Stop-Over. With a little time, it is sufficient thanks to the direct connection via RER even for a dinner in the City!

The room was in the image of the Ibis chain. But we were more than disappointed by the hotel restaurant. The servers were slow and little focused on the clientele. Like the previous year. We had already had a very good night in this hotel, and a bad dinner in this restaurant.

We were very well received gracious and gracious staff. For the breakfast so crowded that the dishes are often stormed and the staff is overwhelmed it is not their fault, perhaps a person in addition would be needed. Otherwise all very well besides I come back again in July.

Easy and quick access to CDG by shuttle train. Very friendly staff, hotel is new and decorated modernamemte… A 10!
