Superb hotel located in the airport. Welcome at the top. Friendly and professional staff. Good value for money with a real restaurant. Perfect breakfast. Anyway. We are in a real place of service / pleasure and not in a hotel passing between 2 planes.

I have been overcharged, I don’t think it was on purpose. However, no response to email evidence of overcharging. Phone call is referred to so called supervisor, which never never happened. I don’t know what else to do. They just don’t care.

Worst food ever. Extremely overpriced nothing major really. Just the convenience of being next to CDG airport. But my god the food and services are beyond horrible.

Just the class … Between the room, and the little surprises in the sauna, the hamman, the xxl pool, the cocktails, the service, the cleanliness, the welcome … In a word nothing to say … PERFECT.

Passing on one night to be close to the airport and we were pleasantly surprised!
Very comfortable room with our 2 children, very contemporary hotel, heated swimming pool just to erase the 11:00 of flights in the head, breakfast and other really top amenities.
A big nod to Jihade, who welcomed us and witnessed our departure in a really friendly, professional and courteous way.
We will surely come back for our next trips because it is a very good address.

Clean and design hotel but staff a bit soft.

Hotel close to the terminals, perfect for spending a night in transit. I can't wait for the pandemic to end to take advantage of all the hotel's services. Highly recommended hotel.

I spent 4 nights at the Pullman in a particular context of Health restriction, I thank the director of the establishment for having taken the time to receive me and for being very understanding open and attentive despite a situation of the most complex.

Great Hotel where we stayed 1 night after our flight to venice was cancelled. Staff were amazing and gave us free breakfast with our rooms for free and a late checkout. The gym is huge compared to most hotels and indoor pool with sauna and steam room is bliss. Will probably stay here next time we visit instead of in central Paris. Great amenities and staff. Beds and pillows were perfect and high quality. The organic chicken sandwich was HUGE and the 4 cheese pizza was amazing too but does have blue cheese on it. Lots of kids activities at reception and child friendly and Emirates staff stay here.

Great hotel, great location (sort of close to Paris), after landing in Paris it's just few minutes and you're in 5star hotel, I paid for breakfast and I can say there it's great! There is a variety of food to choose from. There is a nice pool, and gym, etc. I had great time & experience there.

Service at the Culinaire Bazaar Restaurant at the Hotel Pullman was relaxed, warm, and friendly. The French onion soup was delightfully crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside, the rigatoni al dente with strips of fresh vegetables and shavings of white truffle light on the palette, the grilled octopus plump and flavorful. Finished off with a chilled bottle of Bordeaux white and Paris tap on a cool summer evening, our last dinner was well worth the recommendation by the neighboring Novotel where we were staying for one night only in Roissy.

Really friendly and helpful staff with excellent english. Hotel is super clean, pool is bigger than it looks in the photos with large clean changing facilities and lockers. Food (including room service) is very expensive for what it is though.

Nice hotel next to the CDG Airport. The signage could be improved in regards to getting from the airport to the hotel. There is a train that can take you there but it was difficult to figure out for a newbie.

Fantastic hotel, would give a 5 star rating if the room service was respectable to their customers. Woman who delivered banged on my door like I committed a crime. Room service manager was polite and replaced food as it was overcooked.

A friendly hotel offering a multitude of services. Ideal for a break between 2 trips or for one or two nights. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the breakfast buffet is at the top!

Really nice hotel with great amenities only a free, short train ride away from the airport. Pool and saunas were nice, gym was well equipped. Dinner was very busy and not so cheap. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Hotel step is really spectacular next to the airport's terminal 3 CDG — PARIS. The staff is very professional. Perfect for business. Excellent breakfast and the decor simply amazing. B.

Quality establishment, both on the infrastructure part and on the part of the staff.
Even in the salon period the staff remain smiling and pleasant. The bar and restaurant are simply at the top.

Nice, fancy hotel. Close to the airport and linked to the metro. I really like check in area and reception. They look really nice and the are very efficient. Rooms are clean and well equipped with amenities. Free Wi-Fi.

Great hotel! The staff are super helpful and the desks are set up in a really cool approachable way. Breakfast is great and the decor is simply stunning! Food ofcourse is amazing! Nice pool but the gym could be bigger but has all the necessities. Highly recommended:)

Great location Helpful and welcoming staff. Numerous and very well kept facilities (spa, swimming pool, gym). Could be better reported from Terminal 2 but that's a detail.

I spend a night here before an early flight and definitely recommend the hotel. The staff really made me felt welcome and did a great job. The room are spacious and clean, and the fitness center well furnished. Too bad it is in the airport, as this is the best hotel (out of dozens) I stayed in Paris. Note for improvement: the staff did not provide me with my orders for the breakfast box and there should be a clock in the rooms.

Good hotel, large rooms, nice spa. Don't expect to be able to eat in the restaurant, they block all tables for external guests and in house guest without reservation don't have a chance for a table. Update 29dec17: no change in restaurant policy, external guest over internal guest.

Very good, modern hotel close to the airport. The rooms are large enough, very modern and beautifully quiet. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The shower takes some explanation, but makes a pleasant rainstorm. There is a large flat screen, a Bose Soundlink, ample storage facilities, a safe, minibar etc.

Very good hotel. Warm welcome smiling after the "course of the combatant" to arrive from the station CDGVAL. More signage would be well seen and a little less paved, inconvenient when you have to shoot big suitcases.
On arrival we forget everything.

The hotel was steps from getting off the airport shuttle train. No need for other forms of transportation! Super friendly and helpful staff. Immaculately clean. QUIET! No airplane noise. Great dinner and excellent wine at the in-house restaurant. Would recommend highly.

We checked in to the hotel as our flight was in the morning. Rather than risk missing our flight, we checked into the hotel the night before. The hotel was quite impressive and exceeded expectations. With good sized room, the hotel was value for money. The restaurant was excellent and the vibe of the hotel was pretty cool, the way hotels should be these days. Our only suggestion would be that having a complimentary porter to help with the luggages between the hotel and the station would be useful.

Given that the hotel is of a medium high level, so I am satisfied, the number of "young" at the front desk without an executive of experience, sometimes creates approximation and insecurity that for a Hotel of this type, it is not good. In any way the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful room. Wonderful and helpful check in and check out experience. Great air conditioning. Complete, wonderful buffet breakfast and good dinner offerings. I would highly recommend Pullman hotel at the CDG airport outside Paris.

This was our second stay at the Pullman and just like our first experience, it was fantastic. From the friendly and helpful greeting on arrival, to the excellent food in the restaurant, the enjoyable experience at the bar, and the very comfortable room, everything proves that this hotel is incredibly well run by caring and happy staff. It's the sort of place we would come just for a break even if we weren't flying the next day! Thank you to everyone.

We especially want to commend your reception person, Ms. Francesca (we believe). We were very tired when we arrived on Monday afternoon, August 21 (flying from Seattle to London to Paris) and we had a difficult time finding the hotel because of poor directions. She made us feel welcome and well cared for. She got us quickly to our room. Please give her our grateful thanks for a job well done. Other reception staff were also quite helpful later in our stay. We look forward to our return on Tuesday.

We normally stay at another hotel in the airport, we are so pleased we decided to change this time to the Pullman. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. If the staff member did not know, they immediately asked there colleague and we got our answers. We ordered in to the room — the service was a little slow but the food (the burgers) were amazing and we also tried the desserts. Our children did not leave anything on the plate. Check out was easy and they ordered us a taxi (it was raining and had nine bags and three kids) the travel time was no more than 8 minutes and the cost was 30 euros — yes maybe a little expensive but no hassle no bags lost I was over the moon. Thank you Pullman CDG — Wr will be back.

Chambre très confortable. Lit douillet. Ambiance du Hall d'accueil très froide. Service du restaurant déplorable: temps d'attente très long pour avoir les menus puis pour être servis. Erreurs de service multiples (bouteille de vin servie sans verre à vin. Verres à vin réclamés posés devant l'assiette — entre convive et assiette. Dessert servi sans petites cuillères. Petits pots de sauce individuelles déjà ouverts et entamés par de précédents convives…

Stayed here for convenience as we had a very early flight. Location was great and the amenities were really good and clean. Staff were some of the friendliest I have ever encountered in a hotel (anywhere! ). Restaurant/Bar service was verrrrrry slow but food was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you need a convenient location near the airport.

I stayed at the Pullman Roissy has a stopover night from South Africa to the US. It's an excellent hotel with fast-check in and check out. The room was comfortable and internet much faster than what I'm used to in South Africa or the US. I didn't eat at the restaurant or bar in the hotel. There is really no grocery store or other restaurant (aside from at hotels) in the vicinity. You could take the free shuttle train back to Terminal 2 where there is a small shop or two. The only mishap I had was with the swimming pool. It's a large pool. Very nice. But you have to approach it through the locker room, and when I was there the water pools at the base right where the locker room meets the pool room. If you are fully dressed and just wanting to check out the pool, you won't notice this water. I walked straight into it before I knew what was happening, ankle deep. Since I had a transatlantic flight that day and entirely wet shoes, that was a problem, and wold have been serious if I hadn't had an extra pair.

On arrival, the receptionist was far too aloof. What is all that about? Rooms are great, but this is why we choose to stay here and were not disappointed. Went for dinner, big fuss because we hadn't booked (we were travelling and didn't give it a thought) and then 'squeezed' us in like doing a huge favour. Waiter was way over the top, I think he is playing to the US crowd — called me a 'princess'. Yuk. Food wasn't great, chips were luke warm and changed on request, my husbands mac and cheese was dry, he sent it back, and when it was finally replaced, it was actually cold in the middle. (and nothing like mac and cheese in the US). Waiter gave me a free coffee by way of compensation, no apology, no manager. My overall impression is that the restaurant is so busy, they don't really care and the chefs have low standards. The main meals were tasty, but if the sides are cold, it really is not good enough. Over priced and would go somewhere else next time we are in Paris.

This hotel was very contemporary and comfortable. We loved the design and urban decor. The bathroom design was impressive and the fact that the hotel room had electrical outlets from abroad make this hotel a travelers dream come true. The food was also amazing from the restaurant. Entertainment options were also great.

The King Room is very spacious and well-equipped plus we had access to the gym, pool and sauna which was awesome! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of choice. The restaurant is expensive (but I guess it's because it's in Paris and at the airport) but the food is great. Very relaxing experience overall :)

You should avoid this place. I had dinner. It was overpriced and mediocre. But so so stylish. Honestly, they redirect their efforts in making the place trendy and stylish, and instead focus on substance, like making a good meal.
