If you want a hotel that smells like urine, has disgusting stains COVERING the entire floor, you want to chance getting head lice, has a raunchy red light in your room, and you’d like to feel like a prisoner, this is your hotel! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Someone couldn’t pay me to stay there again. We called every other hotel so we could leave but they were all booked. Seriously people. I rarely ever leave reviews but I want to save you your sanity.

Service is atrocious. Complimentary breakfast was good. Nice spread. AC was not working in the room. It was never repaired during our entire stay.

Pathetic. The breakfast area is full of flies. One of our group person passport was stolen and the hotel staff didnt help to even get him cctv footage. Be aware of this useless hotel. Cox and Kings India is a bad tour operator. PS: What about flies? What about being a little polite while dealing with customers who are in trouble. What about asking guests for their room number while having breakfast? What about putting up a notice in breakfast area about being careful of theaves?

I put a star because there was a bed to sleep with clean sheets. Unbearable sewer smell in the bathroom, half of which doesn't work. Without counting the water pressure that is so low that a shower takes 3 times as long and the hair still on the floor of the shower. Finally, rubbish left by the former occupants under the bed and suspicious traces on the ground!? I strongly advise against it because the price is rather high for such poor service.

The Staff was generally friendly. They have to stop charging 3€ for a bottle of water in the vending machine. The room was very clean and the forniture was modern. Worst part of the hotel was the pub area, it was filthy.

Great sized room and the air con was relatively quite so didn't disrupt our sleep. The bar area isn't very big and the prices are a little steep in the restaurant but you can grab an uber to the Aeroville and get a good meal from the variety of restaurants. Overall service was good.

Comfortable beds and breakfast buffets say they could offer more but you can't always complain.

Taken a room here to compensate for a flight cancelled by Easyjet. The room was Bellina, but very dear. Kitchen mediocre and expensive. Often sarcastic and irritating staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rosa person to talk dry and not smiling. When you ask for information, you feel like aliens. The parking entrance and its use (place tiny especially for a handicapped) very badly indicated. And I'm not even talking about coffee at the bar that's bitter and cold, yuck! I reported it and as an answer "it's not me, it's the Director". We also try to place their parking service with the shuttle during your stay which proves more expensive than any other organization than theirs with a valet that takes you to the airport. Total lack of professionalism.

To answer the question of noise. Actually the outside noise is not noticeable from the inside. It's the inner noise that's embarrassing. When a tourist bus arrives and those same tourists do not know the notion of "speak in low voice" it awakens…

Taken between the restaurant and the self, the way to operate is not instinctive.
The staff is nice.
Price of breakfast too expensive the quality of the ingredients is correct.

It is a hotel shame, we had a reservation in this month of May which we had to override unfortunately.
We warned as soon as we heard of a serious disease intervention 17 days before the trip, I think quite a few days ahead.
Well, during that time I have been sending e-mails almost every day without receiving a single answer.
There's the great humanity of the hotel.
The day we can enjoy our scheduled trip… we are clear that we will not go here.
We have charged 100% of the reservation after all.

Not very nice.
Order 2 beer to the waitress behind the counter, she serves coffee, glass of Rosé, but no beer, "it's not her job".
She redirects us to the restaurant, the Manager we send "Buk" because it is not the time and you have to iron because they make their setting up.

Stayed here for one night due to a flight cancellation. Everything perfect, neat, and kind. 100% recommended.

Ham & Cheese The basic substance of the hotel has been very much in the years. Instead of improving this condition, we threw new furniture in the CI colours into the small rooms. The colour of the windows and doors is peeling off — in the sanitary area there are unsightly deposits — in the toilet bowl a part is broken out — a toilet brush is searched in vain. Because in my room the air conditioning did not work you could get fresh air just over the poorly insulated windows… the noise is unbearable. The highway passes directly by the hotel. Planes from neighboring airport flies felt 10m across the hotel. After a restless night there is a cold shower and a breakfast which does not deserve its name. The coffee tastes like the washing-up water which has been saved during the wash. The instant scrambled eggs looks and tastes like eaten before. If something is all you have to wait for longer waiting times or try to get one of the edible croissants or the cereal the next morning. The following things are positive: the beds are comfortable, the staff friendly and Internet is available free of charge in good quality.

Hotel at the airport. I ' ve put the Air France when the flight was canceled. Clean but poor. Inside is very similar to the IBIS budget. From the good-chic dinner! Breakfast is much simpler and poorer. There is a free "pink bass" to the hotel from the airport.

Standard roadside hotell in same league as best western, ibiz etc. Practical and clean but a bit booring rooms. Wi-Fi is included, kind of, since even though you can connect you get the same speed as with an internet connection from 2008 with a whopping 0, 7Mbit/s Got one night due to overbooked flight were stay a meal was included. The dinner consisted of buffet food where the starter and main course was ok but a bit bland as buffet food usually are. Desert table was a bit sweet for my taste and chocolate fondue tasted like it was made from mixture and not real chocolate. The selection of cheese was however good. Breakfast was ok. Bad coffee but good pain chocolat. Good service at the buffet with friendly and helpful staff.

Nice and cozy hotel, rooms on the ground floor are budget but there is free Wi-Fi. The buffet is great and the staff are really friendly.

Small rooms, ideal to spend a night before going to the airport, the restaurant has good quality at dinner time but lacks in the breakfast quality and variety.

This Campanile is worth 5 stars for the relatively low price compared to all the services it offers: the cleanliness of the rooms, the restaurant inside the hotel, the breakfast with huge buffets! The bar with TV and small sofas to relax.
It is the right place to stop waiting to catch a plane in the morning after.

Ras. Room and Breakfast OK. 20 min from CDG by the free shuttle line "PINK".

Weird room gave me claustrophobia, too tiny and not cosy. Cramped lobby and barren exterior need lots of work.

I'm staying there to wait for a train at the airport. The rooms, the restaurant was very nice and I have very good memories of that hotel.

Bad experience the food from the restaurant is bonneC'est the only positive point as for the rest the room I found the room and I even had the chance to meet on the tiled shower in the little cockroach.

I can't believe I stayed there even one night. It's marked as a "Hotel", but it is in fact just a Motel. Very very poor service.

Hotel with a very good value for money the rooms are spacious modern we received a great welcome from the night watchman so I would recommend this hotel.

Good restaurant, clean and correct room. Warm and comfortable bedding.
The staff at the reception was especially pro, informed us so that we would be on time the next day for our flight.

The reception is staffed 24 hours. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The price is acceptable. The shower is decent. The location is quiet despite its proximity to the airport. Check out is at 12pm, so there's time to catch up on sleep if you've been traveling. I do not recommend if someone wants to visit the center of Paris because of the distance.

An OK place which caters almost entirely for people staying one night before or after flying. Rooms are OK if a little cramped and reasonably comfortable rather than luxurious. Parking can be a bit tricky. The hotel is among five or six similar hotels just close to the airport. Restaurant is actually quite good.

Hotel to avoid. Rude, dirty, dishonest.

Functional but poorly soundproofed room (until ̀une o'clock in the morning "clowns" shouted and made noise in front of the hotel). Bad surprise with the parking paid (with a parking from 11pm to 02:00 we paid 12 euros! ) which makes the price of the night rise significantly. Decent Restaurant, no more, with a rather limited choice of hot dishes for the buffet (pork loin — small chicken thighs — fish and accompaniment, pasta and ratatouille. As for the entrance buffet, it was very limited also. Anyway, I don't advise.

Good price, but far from Paris. They don't offer information to tourists. Transfer to the airport is at an additional cost.

Cozy and very friendly. Very close to the airport, and there is a free shuttle every 20 mins. They provide breakfast with a great quality, but a little expensive. Ham, cheese, five types of breas, pan cakes, sausage, three types of yogurt, jams, nutella, honey, fruits, cereal, milk, orange juice, apple juice, and coffee. Feeling the lack of room services. The number of towels was different everyday. And no football channels… Overall, not bad.

Had its best time! Smelly rooms, lousy breakfast for a lot of money and broken shower. Would not recommend it at this time.

We had to stay the night as our flight was delayed due to weather reasons. Staff in the hotel was very nice and kind to us and helped us enjoy as much as we possibly could that night. The room was way better than what we expected and I would really recommend this line of hotels if you want a cheap and at the same time cosy hotel. Btw, food was amazing and as it was a buffet we really got stuffed!

Very small buffet room very bad.

I had to be sent to this hotel for Missing Air France flight. Few things. 1. They do not provide bottled water. (my first experience in my life in hotels not to do this. Been to more than 30 hotels ranging from budget to 5 stars) this is not good. You need to buy them at the vending machine or from the restaurant. Water costs more than oil here. 2. They don't provide tooth brush and tooth paste. Especially not good when your luggage containing these items are not with you. 3. You need to buy 7 euros worth of tooth paste. Which they do not have stock. So my mouth will stink or I need to pay taxi fair and go to pharmacy to get those essentials. 4. For missed flights, the room I got was like from some haunted hotel ghetto room. Air France would need to review this rooms which I will give feedback. 5. The choices of food for room service is limited, and they do not have English version so which makes it difficult for tourists. 6. Menu in restaurants not in English, I belive their target audience is not the rest of the world but only locals. Probably why it's too difficult for them to print English version menu. 6. I would never pay for this hotel if I were to stay in France. And I recommend those reading this not to either… Not sure about other surrounding hotels… You could check out their reviews. 7. I still cannot believe I need to pay for basic hygiene things which they do not have stock in their inventor… Absolutely embarrassing.

Not great but still good for single person. Close to airport. Hotel shuttle charges 5 euros to & fro airport. The restaurant dinner options are I think too less and expensive. Cold buffet starters if you like are not high priced though. If you are transiting for 1 night I think it's good. Evening there's lots of people in the bar if you don't have company.

Very close to airport, shuttle available and not costly Room is very small but it is OK Breakfast is acceptable compared to value of money.

Wir wurden im Hotel mehr unfreiwillig untergebracht, weil unser Flug gecancelt wurde. Allerdings stellte sich unser Besuch dann als überraschend gut heraus: Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und nett, obwohl viele Gäste anwesend waren. Die Zimmer waren schlicht, aber sauber. Das Badezimmer war gut ausgestattet und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Einziger, wohl kaum vermeidbar Fakt war, dass man leise (! ) Autolärm hören konnte, was meiner Ansicht jedoch nicht wirklich störend war.

Very good hotel, not against the restaurant I recommend, we waited three hours and bigger things on the buffet. For breakfast I'm going. However Parking expensive €15 for one night.

Hotel quite OK, if a little noisy at the level of the rooms (insulation between them). Meals and varied. Clean and functional rooms. Friendly staff.

Respected fellow travellers, consider this review as a warning. Let's start with the check in. The receptionist wearing black suit unwillingly greets me and looks at his paperwork waiting for me to state what the hell I want… With a fair amount of difficulty I manage to explain that we came with a medium sized truck and we need a place to park, the man slightly grunts something. I ask if I could leave my luggage for a few minutes at the reception to help my colleague with finding a space, he detertminately slices off a NO, not here. Later on, coming to the first floor, a odour surprises me with a memory of a football locker room after a game. Entering the room I find myself in an obviously under maintained and very cheap equipped room with sticky stains on windows plain wood chair, in the bathroom the vent cover hanging crooked and the shower spraying on both sides of the handle… Yellow brownish stains on the wall near the toilet. So, this is enough about the first impression. Generally, 70% of the staff is as friendly and approchable as a rattlesnake, 90% of the staff speaks very little or no english, bar is severely understaffed (hats off to the bar lady, she was the bright spot of the otherwise disappointing experience). Next, choice of drinks and food… Drinks are few, and food hardly qualifies as food, wich was enough that after a 12 hour construction work at the nearby exibition I still decide to search another source of food.

We couldn't enjoy the breakfast buffet at will because we had the plane very early, but it was good as well as the evening.

I wonder if I'm in the same hotel as some… Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Full breakfast and hearty because it is a buffet. Map of the restaurant could offer more choice… Nice and friendly staff.

Avoid rooms near the elevators, depending on the rooms bedding is very noisy and extremely soft and uncomfortable. We feel that we're not the first to sleep!
If not unlike a told you at the reception, you can walk to the Mall Aéroville walk (10-15 min) and finally the Gold Shuttle, you will prefer a hotel across the street. Free and much less crowded.

Room was clean and convenient to CDG. Staff was less than friendly. I observed Said berating a parent for losing a room key. Really.

Too many of these crapy hotels with the same name. All the staff is super mean. Rooms are not clean. Gross.

We parked well but it is January.

Nice reception but there is not water hot in January to take a shower and the room temperature was not even 15 degrees and it was cold finally what to get sick.

Very nice hotel. Restaurant waiters let it down. Besides that, it attends the needs of travelers for fairs in convention center.

Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The service is horrible. The receptionists are rude. The rooms are so small. There is hardly enough space to walk around the bed. Avoid this hotel.

I arrived late in the night, people are friendly. Bar is expensive, one beer 6, 50 Euro My room was really ugly, the bed was acceptable but the shower was very good. Breakfast is additional 9 Euro, quality is lower medium. It is ok if you stay one night. Not far to the fairground and CDG airport (By Taxi 12 Euro).
