It's a B&B in a closed condominium. Kathrine (the owner) is very nice. She gave us a warm welcome and made us feel very safe. The room itself was very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. I think that if you consider the price, this is a very good option for you to know paris. If you pay the same for a hotel, you will end in some weird places. I recommend this B&b. And I might even come back in the future!

I have recently stayed again at the guest house and can report that the rooms now have new larger beds, and the shower room renovated.
