A beautiful hotel on the Ile St Louis… our room was small as was the ensuite bathroom but that was fine for our needs. Perfect location. Wonderful, friendly staff. Price was reasonable for such a central location in a big city. Highly recommended for a low-key adventure to Paris.

The hotel is simply charming! The breakfast was a wonderful way to begin each day, and the location was perfect. It is an easy walk to most sites. The shower was large and plenty of hot water, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Also, there are several yummy restaurants close by. Thank you!

A very well located hotel in a safe and picturesque location of Paris. The rooms are well appointed, simple and elegant. Comfortable beds and a spacious shower which was powerful and warm.
The spiral staircase may be an issue if you have mobility problems, there is a lift but it only takes you mid-floor.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The only thing missing for me was a bar or some alcoholic drinks in the minibar (it had soft drinks only).

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at this place. It gives a typical home away from home feel with every supply well thought off.
The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to fold in and out. The aircond has a heating funcrion which is great. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make a meal including salt, sugar and oil. There is even a coffeemaker with 4 pods provided.
Location wise is excellent and so well connected via the Porte Neuilly station.

Location, could be better. On a very "gloomy" road. It is like a suburb of Paris. The cars outside; had been broken into. This made a slight feeling of insecurity outside. Security cameras should be used. However, the building itself felt safe and was amazing. We had access to towels, and were given mints and keyrings. Great hotel overall. The lift however went incredibly slow and felt shaky!

Had a fantastic stay, Michaela & Audrey were very welcoming and helpful during my stay & the apartment was comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Thanks guys, I hope to be back in the future! Michael.

This hotel is a gem. The location is awesome. We were looking for a hotel in neighborhood that was central, quiet (but not deserted) and Ile St. Louis is perfect. My daughter and I felt safe at night. The lobby is quaint and great for waiting, having coffee etc. Breakfast was fresh with locally sourced products. The hotel prepared breakfast to go for us when we had an early morning tour. The staff, Nida, Winnie, Anita, Julie and others were all welcoming and eager to help.

Great location, professional and friendly staff. Historic building but rooms are updated and very nice.

Nice service and exceptional location.

Tiny rooms, but air-conditioned, clean and modern. No Wi-Fi in some rooms. Good location.

Very good for short stay! Clean, good service. Not so spacious. Late breakfast (after 8 only! ). Perfect location and proximity on foot for many sights.

The hotel is very elegant and has a very Parisian style. The staff is really kind and very helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The hotel is at very goo location — 3 — 5 minutes near the Arc de Triomphe, 1 min to champs-élysées and to the metro, 15 min walk to the Eiffel tower and have supermarkets nearby.

I stayed at the Balzac 10 years ago in a room on the second floor overlooking Rue Balzac for work. It was a gorgeous 5* room and hotel. I returned with my husband in Jan. 2023 and we stayed on the fourth floor for a week. These rooms need renovation. Worn fabric, but tremendous location. There was construction noise every morning starting at 8am and ending around 7pm. They are constructing a restaurant on the top floor. The restaurant and staff are stop notch.

An excellent Parisian experience, highly recommended. The hotel is classically designed to the finest details and makes you feel like you went back in time. The breakfast was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. We spent 4 nights with our 3 children in 2 connecting rooms and had everything we could wish for. Thank you!

Perfect, well priced accommodation close to the metro and supermarkets. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room is quite well equipped except for a chopping board and perhaps a second mirror. We were in a room at the back overlooking an apartment block which was relatively quiet. Close to central Paris with easy access and good value for money.

Great value for money.
Rooms clean and equipped with everything. Strategic location, calm and very stately neighborhood. Excellent staff. Recommended!

The staff is very helpful and all of them spoke english and french. We liked trying to speak french and they were willing to correct and help us. Unfortunately the don't have air conditioning, so be sure to request a fan if you plan on going in the summer. We were there during the last rwo weeks of July with temperatures of up to 37 during the day. The closest meteo and station is abou 500m. We received breakfast every morning.
