Grate place to stay. Clean and beautiful lobby. Best location near by restaurant.

Delightful room, microwave, fridge, couch, workout room. Nice breakfast spread in the AM. Laundry. Great staff, extremely friendly. Came through with a large caravan of folks on tour and truly a lovely experience. Very comfy beds.

Absolutely fabulous, handicapped room very roomy! Very clean, friendly helpful service! Will be back quite often.

Attended cousins baby shower. The conference room was very spacious. 5 large round tables and an attiquite space for food. Easy access to lobby so you're not disturbing hotel guests.

Stayed here a couple days and it was actually pretty nice. It was fairly comfortable in the rooms with all the things you would expect in a two to three star hotel. The breakfast was ok the hotel was kept clean and presentable all the time. The pool area and water was well kept. No problems other than I would suggest adding fruit to the breakfast menu.

The hotel was great. The prices are really cheap for how nice the rooms where. The only reason I give it 4 syats instead of 5 is because they did not have bacon as part of the free breakfast. My family had a great time. The beds we're really comfortable.

Nice location. I found the rooms to be clean and the staff was friendly. They offered a nice hot breakfast. I did find the parking to be a bit congested. I would not recommend this is you after driving s large truck or an RV. They are right if the interstate and very close to restaurants and grocery stores.

This is a very nice place! Very clean and friendly staff… room was very nice and spacey! We stayed for the weekend and it was great felt like home.

First night was great but the second night was the worst. Me and my husband went mutiple time calling going to the front desk the running up above our room was jumping for over a hour An as we called and reported it the noise got worst. We was ask to move to another room I feel they should have been move. 11.00 at night we moving all of our belongings to another room to get some sleep. My husband stays 5 days a week at Comfort inn with his job. This was a bithday weekend and he said let's stay at the Comfort Inn. Never again at this one. Thanks for the terrible service.

Friendly staff… great clean comfortable room. Nice beds… king rooms have personal sauna spas in room. Our queen double has a nice couch and sitting area. Very spacious. They are pet friendly with a great price next to wonderful restaurants… don't recommend the Outback. Horrible customer appreciation.

Place was really nice, but you can hear every move the person above you makes. Woke me up two days in a row at 6 am, even with a white noise maker going. If you go here ask for a 3rd floor room.

I didn't stay had a meeting there & our accommodations was great.

Clean updated rooms, VERY comfortable bed and pillows, available to buy, if you would like at the end of your stay, well lit parking lot, good continental breakfast bar and staff there keeping items stocked and helping guests out as needed. Efficient kitchenette, microwave and mini fridge in rooms. Washers and dryers for guest use. Clean lobby and interior hotel. Very satisfied! Everything we needed for our stay!

Clean rooms, pleasant service, and I somehow ended up in a room with an awesome hot tub in it. Definitely made my stay much more enjoyable.

If I could rate lower, I would! Confirmed reservation (which had been moved from a sister hotel next door due to overbooking. My reservation had been made 3 months prior to our arrival. ) Angel via phone on Friday, Nov 12 and told her we would be arriving between 11pm & midnight. She told me that would be fine. We arrive at 11:30pm after driving 7 hours only to find out that our reservation had been cancelled for no reason & with no notification at 1:30pm. I was told there were no rooms available. Monica, the lady working the front desk did call the person that cancelled the reservation & was told she was told to do so by the manager. She called the manager to see why it was cancelled & was told that the sister hotel next door had availability so the reservation was moved back to them. Monica called Baymont Inn to make sure they had our reservation. All I heard her say was "at this point, they don't care. I will send them over. " She told us that Baymont had our reservation. We go next door to Baymont to check in & we are told they do NOT have a reservation for us & what he told Monica to tell us was he had 1 room available & it was located in the lobby. The man at the desk informed us that there would be about 60-70 people congregating in the lobby beginning about 2am & be there till sunrise. He said "They are not quiet & the guest that was in there last night checked out about 3am due to the noise". That info was not relayed to us!

I must say that I might be out of line for leaving a review considering I wasn't there to stay any days or nights but I did noticed how modernly fresh the placed looked upon entry into attending a Baytown City Council District 3 campaign for Teclesha Blanchard. Place felt like comfort & suite all at the same time! It represents the City of Baytown very well!

I have to say we loved staying here! The staff was great, all smiles. It was very very clean. Great breakfast! They treated our kids great. We had a great time and stay.

Amenities were all good. Pretty quiet location. Very helpful staff. Definitely recommend for an extended stay.

Recently stayed asked for extra pillows and blankets due to sleeper sofa was told there in the room looked everywhere no extra pillows or sheets or blankets went downstairs same answer… then double bill not once but twice will never stay at this chain again.

I enjoyed my stay. Great price and good location. I may have gotten bed bugs at this hotel though. I'm not sure because I also stayed at a Hampton in Houston about 4 weeks after my stay at comfort suites. I advise everyone to be more careful at any hotel. I've learned the hard way to inspect my luggage and make sure to take precautions to exterminate bed bugs before you go home.

Enjoy every minute there, Spanish housekeepers are very friendly, if you do not speak or understand Spanish just download a translation app to communicate with them!

This place charged me $25 a night for my dog I am a truck driver who was broken down staid for one night that my company would be keeping me here for the time and changed it so I paid $75 cash for the dog and on my check out after one night I wanted my $50 I over paid for the pet and they are refusing to give me it back.

Thought all was good, except when I received my credit card statement saying that I stayed 2 nights. As with most hotels, I stayed the night and left the next morning by checkout time, and I left my keys in the rooms. AS WITH MOST HOTELS, thats all you need to do and they don't charge you a second night. They stated when disputing the charge that the maid remembered me staying a second night, now how can 1 maid that cleans countless rooms remember a person staying a second night? When receiving the fax showing that I stayed a second night it shows my initials agreeing to 2 nights and with the initials of the person who checked me in and checked me out. Now how can a typed form with my hand written signature have a typed out initials of the person who checked me out? What is going on here? I never would sign a piece of paper stating that I was going to stay 2 nights. I guess I should of stayed somewhere else where it would be less costly times two.

I work in Baytown, Live up by Livingston. Wanted a night out with my wife. We decided to stay at the Comfort Suites-Baytown for the distance from my job. The Service Was 5-Star! The attentant Cafe (hope that is how you spell her name) was very friendly and helpful. We had the jacuzzi suite, very nice for other than my wife adding to much bubble bath. The free hot breakfast was simple but nice. Upon check out still recieved friendly service. I highly recommend Comfort Suites-Baytown to out of town travelers, or just couples wanting a night out.
