Hotel room is nice. But would not have booked it if I knew the pool was closed. My children where very disappointed and in turn that makes me disappointed.

Stayed here during the race weekend and it is a great property, friendly staff and clean rooms. Electric car chargers were a plus as I have an electric car, and they let me charge for free over night.

I've stayed at this location many times I would have like to say its a second home away from home despite the FEMA overload, the staff has been very accommodating. However the manager miss Blanka, who is moved into her management position at the beginning of the year. After being here for almost a year prior I have watched her grow in her own position but the fact of the matter is she has a problem with her tone and the way that she approaches all of the guests not just including myself. Ive personally had issues with her talking over me disrespectfully using Authority position to undermine me. Multiple times when I have asked simple questions that really had no relevance to her. She needs to be reviewed for her own position. I do not appreciate her attitude or her tone she has no hospitality qualities and should be moved to housekeeping and instead. I am definitely not one to bash on people but she has made it incredibly uncomfortable. I am a gold member with Wyndham's and it states my checkout is not until 12 and that I have the right of my Reserve. And I have had her not only call my personal line at 30 minutes to 11 twice following her aggressively knocking at my door at was it 10:45. No call to the room was made she aggressively approaches every situation as if she is the boss and owner of this hotel which undermines the actual management. Miss Merchant is excellent she is the one to talk to.

Was there for FEMA. Staff was great. But for some reason the owner and one staff member wanted us gone. The staff member wanted to date my fiance but he didn't want her and when he turned her down they kicked us out. Not only that but spent Christmas in hotel my son had gotten a bike for Christmas and was told by owner to place it outside. Ummm heck no. We have already lost our home to fire during Harvey. And had nothing but clothes. My son had a few more things but when they threw us out we had no where else to go but the streets. Lived on the streets for 3wks. Hotel is ran like its a crack house. To many crackheads and drugs deals going on.

Awesome, Awesome front desk morning staff. Always so pleasant and so friendly. I would recommend this hotel to any one in the area. Would like to thank Brooke for making everything worth the stay. Will be back soon.

The hotel itself was nice and our room was very spacious and clean, the location was great as we were here for a racing event and there were plenty of restaurants around the hotel, but the ONE biggest negative about this place was the staff. Rude from the time we checked in till the time we checked out… I work in customer service and have for years and the staff at this hotel knows absolutely NOTHING about customer service. If I were to act the way they did or talk to customers the way they did I would easily be fired and at the least wrote up for my behavior. If they had all new staff that were friendlier then this hotel would have perfect.

I visited a friend who is staying here because of Harvey. It was very quiet, clean with very nice employees. Atmosphere was nice. Great breakfast every morning.

Unprofessional management who argued with me back and forth over email. Do not see how anyone could employ a manager who would do such things. Very unprofessional, and she also has limited literacy with the English language. Why someone would employ a manager who can’t type a professional email that isn’t riddled with typos and grammatical errors is beyond me. I’ll happily attach the emails as photos.

The staff is very courteous, caring, and really try to please their guest. The rooms are very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice and helpful people. Clean rooms. Pool and jacuzzi. Exercise room and a little office room with desktop computer and printer for guests. Small dining room for free breakfasts.

Brook with front desk was very friendly and went out her way to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. Had issues lady with morning front desk staff but overall great stay.

Loved my stay it was like the vacation away from home… If you're looking for quite nice and clean place I recommend this motel… Baymont Inn.

They have helped out tremendously with the community after Hurricane Harvey very friendly atmosphere and breakfast is always wonderful there thank you Baymont Inn & Suits.

We were in a shelter since we evaluate for Harvey. First great nights sleep. Staff is every helpful and sweet. They also except pets.

I was located on the first floor, and it was just a weird experience. The carpets in the hall and room had a kind of sewer like smell. The door to bathroom wouldn't lock because the handle was broken (which was not ideal for sharing a room with the three people). I wouldn't stay there again if I didn't have too.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Staff is rude and unwilling two accommodate our needs. After checking in and looking at the room manager would not refund us. Facilities were dirty and smelly. There are many nicer places to stay in the area that our cleaner and more comfortable.

Stayed here for memorial day weekend, rooms were very clean and spacious, beds are very comfortable, very friendly and attentive staff, housekeeping was perfect everyday. Complimentary breakfast with lots of different options. I love fruits so was happy to see watermelon, apples, banana and oranges being served along with waffles eggs oatmeal etc when I stayed there. The complimentary coffee and flavored water and cookies was loved by my children, it really helps the wallet, we are a family of four so these things do add up. I give it a thumbs up. Will be visiting soon!
