A very nice hotel where I had two very good nights. The neighborhood is very quiet. The rooms are very clean. No dust, no limestone in the shower. The bathroom is very functional and I enjoyed the separate toilets. The bedding is very very very comfortable I slept there like a baby! And of course the room is air-conditioned, which allows you to really rest in times of high heat! In short, a nice little hotel to recommend! Only downside the bar. Why close it on the weekend? That's too bad.

My daughter and I stayed at this property and found it very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room we had was a nice size with double sinks and big windows. The air conditioner didn't seem to work for us so we left the windows open which let in a lot of street noise. Overall a good stay close to cafes and metro.

Small 1 person room. Bathroom was a little 'too optimized'. But you only have too sleep there. It was clean and quiet.

The service:
The gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot, who greeted us at the hotel reception is very friendly and friendly, we were able to entrust him with our luggage while waiting for the room to be ready as well as at the end of our stay to enjoy the city more lightly. He also provided us with a map of the city, explaining the main sights to see in the surrounding area.
The rest of the team is equally friendly and helpful.

Well set out, relatively close to everything, very helpful staff… tiny spiral staircase was a bit tricky to navigate with suitcases. Room was great size and amenities were top notch.

Very nice and friendly service.
The décor is super pretty and once the door to the room is open I find it very reasonable, magical. I'll advise you — Price very well for the location.

I had a great time here the staff are amazing. The hotel is close to everything Cafe’s restaurants clothing stores shoe stores florist international cuisine markets rail bus you must get what I’m trying to say. Within 40 minute walk to hop on hop of tours cannot say enough THANK YOU!

Lovely place if you plan to just go there to sleep. The apartment was pretty tiny, but as we were spending the day outside it was more than enough. Hot water and clean toilets, and radiators that actually work. 15min away from the Moulin Rouge. Lovely staff.

Warm welcome of the staff ready to everything to satisfy the customers. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The nice area surrounded by restaurants and bars and the Metro very close. To discover.

Decent rooms, very clean. Hotel has lift and is really convenient for taking metro to major attractions.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and had a great experience. It was clean, staff were very, very friendly and helpful and the breakfast offered a good variety. I stayed with my mother and my adult daughter and there was a big bed for 2 and a smaller private area for my daughter with a closet and a clothes storage rack which was enough for all of us. Breakfast was the same every morning but had enough variety.

The rooms were a little small but still very well maintained and very clean. I would recommend it to anyone who chooses your hotel. The location was really good, close to public transport. The staff are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

I loved staying in New Hotel Opera! The rooms were very spacious and the location was great. The corner Boulangerie was very good and near the metro! The location was very safe, clean and would stay there again if I ever go to Paris again :)

Great location! And nice rooms.

Very central. From there you can go by metro to many places. Well located and quiet area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable rooms, good views. The breakfast buffet is not very varied. Only the service of the dining room is not very good, they did not worry about attending to the diners, nor of replenishing the cutlery that was missing. I think it's a detail to improve. However for everything else it is a highly recommended hotel quality and price.
