Café Hôtel de l'Avenir Hotel

This place is awesome. The rooms were very clean, the staff was so much fun, and I had a beautiful view of an old church. Highly recommend this spot as a hotel and a bar/restaurant. I will be back!

Great atmosphere, home, family cuisine menu of fish and meats to satisfy a Max of affordable palaces and concert at the cool one is good! Terrace for aperitif.

A welcome to the top! I dine and sleep in this property for several months during my travels, the reception is always warm! The staff and the boss are adorable and small care! This place has become my second home!

I reserve a room via a third party site and inadvertently enters an erroneous date. I immediately call the site, without success, then the hotel, explaining that I just want to change the date. No explanation holds, cancellations are impossible, the keeper and/or employee do not want to hear anything. Commercial attitude stupid and counter productive. I therefore return the sanction to the sender.

Although I Only spent 7 hours in this hotel I would recommend it. It's clean and nicely presented. Only downside was the shared toilet. We booked car parking close by and there is a metro station right outside so getting about was easy. Recommended and would stay again.

Very good café to eat and drink. If you use the hotel part is a bit noisy if you need a calm place to rest. And no air conditioning or ventilation.

Let me get the negatives out the way — you share a toilet (but not shower and sink) with a few other rooms and you can hear noise from the bar downstairs until midnight. Saying that, I'm still giving it 5 stars because the price was very good and those things didn't actually matter as the toilet was kept very clean and there was never a queue and we mostly stayed up until midnight anyway. It's about 20 paces away from the metro station so extremely convenient to get about. The staff were great, they were friendly and happy to help with anything. They didn't speak fluent English but I wouldn't expect them to. I speak some French and they were very happy and patient to speak French with me. There's the Marche Aux Puces ver near by (walkable). I would definitely stay here again as it's so convenient to get everywhere and a good price.

I stayed at Café Hôtel de l'Avenir on the last night of my stay in Paris, and the experience was great. Upon check-in, we were greeted in French and English, had help carrying our bags to our room, and were settled in quickly. They have a good lunch and dinner menu, a small but affordable bar, and the breakfast in the morning (6€ p/p) was perfect to get a start on the day. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Although the staff limited English, they are very friendly and respectful. The place is very tidy and kept clean at all times. The area isn't great, but there's a metro just in front of the hotel, which makes the location very handy. I would definitely stay there again.

Good hospitality, staff always helpful and courteous, rooms comfortable and clean, good food, affordable price, all to try and a greeting to the staff and a big hug to Sami.

The hotel in general is perfect, highlight for the security system at the gates of entrance and rooms all codes, the location is ideal is in front of the subway, in front of the mac donalds… For the nights dinner romantic in the hotel's restaurant, live music Friday my partner and my 4 year old daughter were delighted with good music and animation, for € 4 I left my car parked all day that for Paris standards is impossible to find… Now the best thing is the location and how friendly are the staff, impresses me have served in Spanish, Portuguese, French, English is amazing are very good people, concerned with every detail. A greeting to all and my most sincere thanks.

Vacationing in Paris at the end of April of the year 2015. Excellent hotel. Located very close to the Metro. Settled late, but we were expecting. Gave a welcome drink. Location, friendly, helpful. Asked for glasses in the room, issued at the bar without question. A small number, match the description on the website and photos. Works fine with Wi-Fi. Shower and wash basin in room, shared toilet on the floor. But it is not delivered. Breakfast 6 euros, to be paid separately. Juice, jogrut, baguette, butter, jam, coffee or tea. Nearby shop Monoprix, Mcdonalds, confectionary. We had a great time in Paris. Thanks for the hospitality!

Clean, modern, very well situated. Friendly staff, some that speak English and others that at least try. Within 100 ft / 30m of a metro station, grocery, and McDonald's.

Very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Nice staff. The location is brilliant, right next to the subway and close to most attractions. I definitely recommend this place to anybody going for a short visit, I'd come back.

on the ground floor a nice cafe/Restaurant is part of the Hotel.

EXCELLENT: Great place, very clean, very close to Metro, close to the city, very safe place, very safe environment, free Wifi and private shower. POOR: No elevator for 3rd floor and no private washroom. RECOMMEND: For sure!
