Rude staff. The room was bad. Beds are uncomfortable. The breakfast was also bad. They hardly had anything and it's not cheap. They don't even have ice or water to provide to the guest. It claimed to have an view but all I had a view of were other rooms windows. There's nothing close to the hotel if you get hungry and want to grab a quick bite.

Very good hotel, clean rooms and it appears to be recently renovated. We were on the 1st floor and booked two double rooms. Customer service is friendly, mainly Vincent at the front desk on 6 March 2018 at around 22:00 was very helpful + cool guy and showed us the driving direction to some places of interests. Vincent speaks very good English…

This is not a luxury hotel however the rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel staff are helpful. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of breakfast foods. Outside the hotel there are not too many places to eat other than pizza places. Hotel is located conveniently from the metro about a 5 minutes walk and about 20 mins tobthe centre of Paris.

Home average bedding to review classic breakfast in a lost neighborhood of everything or you have to make kilometers to teouver a rzstaurant worthy of the name.

Excellent! Very good attention. They speak Spanish. All very well. Recommended 100%. A bit far from the attractions but the subway is very easy to use.

For one or two nights CA calves worth it, it's simple and basic, cheap! Too bad it is located in the suburbs of Paris.

Staff was very helpful, room was very nice and the beds good. The hotel is located about 20 min with metro outside the city center, and the metro stop is a 5 min walk from the hotel. The area around the hotel isn't the nicest, but there are a few shops and restaurants. Breakfast was great, with both egg/bacon, ham and cheese and croissants. We had a nice stay, but one thing bothered me a bit, and that was that their cleaning detergent smelled weird, and with no way to open the window, you had to wait until your nose got used to it every time you entered. Other than that I would recommend the hotel room!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The staff can speak minimal English, if you want to ask something more complicated they will not understand you. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is good, with an all you can eat buffet. The neighbourhood feels a little on the low socio-economical side, but had no problems with that. The hotel is within walking distance of multiple metrostations which can bring you within 15-20 minutes to the center of Paris.

Simple Hotel. The hotel's Wi-Fi barely works. It's expensive for the services it provides.

Very clean and quiet hotel with patient staff. It was nice to call it “home” while staying in Paris.

Reservation at the last moment (via shipped for the same evening) but the receptionists were very patient and attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean and with all the necessary to spend a good stay. The breakfast at 10 euros is not bad also.
Small downside: They do not prevent in advance that if you do not have a credit card you must give 200 euros cash for bail before you have the room.

The hotel is adequate. The hotel is safe and clean. It could be a little bigger though. They have no way to control the temp in there so it can be either hot or cold. There is no frig and no place to even buy ice. This is close to the train, bars and restaurants.

Good acoustics. Fair sized room. Clean. Bed was okay but could be better. Ok location. Good budget option.

Very nice hotel, despite the area is not amazing. If you have a car it may be a bit difficult to find a parking. The hotel has one but last time they didn't have the key for it…

Great home! The person that we have met is friendly, available, very kind, very helpful, smiling. We had a car trouble, she phoned the garage and we has helped. She took the time to tell us about the routes the sites to visit, and we found the tranquility of our tourist stay (the object of our coming to Paris)
The Room was very good and spotless and very quiet. The breakfast was of good quality and we have or take it on the terrace. We will come back and recommend it strongly.

Very nice hotel. Affordable price if reserve in advance on-site booking. Bedroom apartment very spacious with the possibility to make small meals. Very clean.

Wi-Fi did not work, area is not very nice but the metro is nearby. Breakfast is simple but good. And they double charged our creditcard on arrival. Make sure that they don't overcharge you…

Good affordable clean rooms, had a view of the eiffel tower from my room. Wifi was bad. You will be fine if you stay away from the day staff. They were terrible and rude.

The location was right next to a super busy highway in a super ghetto area but the room was clean and the guy behind the lobby spoke adequate English. For the price I payed it was as expected. There was no airconditioning and the rooms facing the highway don't let you open them so avoid this place in the warmer months.

Cheap and 10 min walk to the train into town. It is located in a ghetto which might trouble some but we did not have any problems.

Very basic and no frills. Rooms were quite small (which might be normal for Paris). The room was clean — however the air seemed stale — without circulation. Breakfast was decent.
