Home and very friendly staff, excellent location, stunning views, that's for the positive sets.
The room with small balcony overlooking the sea is a bit demanding for the price.
The bedding, to change, the bed cracks at the slightest movement. You can hear the sounds of the rooms above and the nearby pipes.
Another downside is breakfast; canned orange juice, thawed pastries (while the bakery next door offers excellent, probably a little more expensive, but so much better), in short it's not up to a 3-star.

Hotel very well located. Room correct and clean. Kind staff. Classic breakfast but room too small. One entrance overlooking the street and another passing through the bar you find yourself directly on the Sillon. And there an exceptional panorama. Hotel located 20 minutes from the Walls. Only downside: Wifi. We'd have to fix it.

The surroundings are beautiful, the rooms are nice and clean, the staffs are helpful and professional. I would recommend it to someone who wants to stay in Saint-Malo.

Very good value for money. Nevertheless breakfast expensive for what it is and very small bathroom with some broken equipment. But we recommend it anyway.

We went to this hotel pure the second time. The location is just great for enjoying the sea as well as the old town of Saint-Malo.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location in front of the sea but apart from the renovated hall the rooms are dingy and very small The breakfast lounge facing the sea lack of air and space to find a pair of salted socks next to his bed at the finish n is hardly pleasant.

Very nice coffee and splendid view. The server is very friendly and the price is very interesting.

It is a fabulous place for people who love the sea, you can not find better in Saint Malo, even if the rooms are not really big, you can watch the sea go up and down from its bed, from my point of view it is really paradise on earth.

Beyond the purely beautiful site in this season, which was greatly appreciated from the panoramic view of the bar, the availability of the reception teams delighted us.

Simple room but clean and quiet. But the top of the top breakfast that one takes with sea views. Full buffet and bcp of choice.

Perfect stay, however a pretty unpleasant smell in the lobby of the hotel. The room was very good Good noise Sublime View. We will return to that.

It was a very nice hotel. Clean and very good bed. Our room was facing the sea and it's nice to fall asleep lulled by the waves!
Correct reception. Good breakfast in buffet formula! One regret is that the orange juice is industrial and not the oranges pressed.

Very nice. Optimal Location. Too bad that a double glazing is not already in place, especially in winter! Some investments seem necessary to me, so that general refreshment of the paintings of Windows frames, etc.
The staff is well in its place, discreet and efficient.

Excellent stay. Our room was just a little small considering the size of the bed. The location is perfect, we were able to enjoy the great tides, the first lodges! The staff is really friendly!

Nothing to report, hotel correct for its standing. The drink offered is a good idea. Regarding the room, it was clean with all the facilities offered. Bathroom also big enough for two. The sea view is a more significant one. We will return to that.

We very much enjoyed our stay at your hotel and found St Malo really beautiful. The location was superb and everyone we encountered absolutely delightful. We would love to visit again.

Old school beach hotel. Within pleasant walking distance from the center. Visited in july and had the beach in front of the hotel almost to ourselves.

The view was amazing and the location was right on the beach. The rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was nice with another good view.

Very welcoming. Room a little too heated. Breakfast was well stocked with beautiful sea view. Only downside with a reservation wonderbox, compared to the purchase price and the service provided we lose almost €40. So advice buy no wonderbox worth best book directly it is more interesting.

I wanted a weekend on the water, no disappointment!
Great location, not too expensive compared to the place.
The hotel is directly on the seafront. Ask for a room with sea view, you will not be disappointed.
The rooms clean although a little small but l "property is of ancient origin, so we're not complaining, and I was all alone.
The rooms are well laid out, themed marine (but not kitsch), with trim style "Boat Deck" in the bathroom.
The team I met was friendly and efficient. (reception and rooms)
Hotel is 15/20 minutes walk from the old centre, you go through the Groove and you enjoy the waves!

Very friendly, very clean and functional room with a great view for those who are lucky to be facing the sea. Breakfast in a beautiful setting. All this for a very decent price. During a stay in Saint-Malo, I will stay at the Kyriad Saint Malo beach.

August 2015. Excellent location. We had a sea view from the third floor and it was fantastic — literally overlooking the beach. Staff very friendly and the hotel is pet friendly also — we took our cocker spaniel. It's a 15 minute walk to the centre of town but plenty of restaurants within the vicinity of the hotel. The only inconvenience is the parking. The hotel have a limited amount of spaces so you have to reserve them early. Otherwise you have to park on the street which is free and unlimited… however, it does get busy particularly during peak periods so you could find yourself riding around for a while.

An exceptionel place with a fantastic view. A nice room, a friendly staff, a nice welcome and even the intrusive seagulls were cute. Over all we had a very nice holliday in July, and would love to come back some other time.

Hotel on the water! Wake up with the seagulls and lulled by the waves. Exceptional view. Bar terrace, just perfect! Staff was super friendly. Breakfast sea view. A short distance from the old city. Consume. Without moderation! We will be back, it's sure :-).

The hotel is located in an ideal place to visit the city intramural.
We were communicating rooms for 6 persons including one with sea view at the 1st floor. The rooms are spacious and very nice. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

I had the luck to have been able to choose my room with view on the sea and it was a real treat! There is no better view.
This hotel is very clean, well on thanks to the housekeeping team which is very nice and smiling.
The breakfast room is really lovely with its Bay window overlooking the dam and the sea. Very wide choice for breakfast was very good and thanks to the team "refuelling" nothing ever. Thank you contribute that my vacation week is superb.
The only downside for me was being able to pull every day because unfortunately no parking for the hotel.

It is undeniable that the hotel has an essential asset, its location a few meters from the beach.
The view of the rooms overlooking the waterfront is simply sublime.
Feel free to enjoy the calm of the small bar to daydream watching the kitesurfers work in front of you.
That said, the room was quite small and would require some refreshment (an example: the trunk of the store "patched" with masking tape).
She was however very clean and satisfactory bedding (excluding the pillows)
Welcome to our arrival in summer friendly. One of the next day, at breakfast and when we left, much colder with a staff who seemed overwhelmed.
I'd be tempted to conclude that the location can justify the €166 of the night, but not the only quality of the accommodation or service.

Great location, friendly staff, room very clean, a little rusty and SDB abyss downstairs door pane but nothing nasty. Quite silent hotel, 20 minutes from the train station and the intramural, with a magnificent view of the furrow and the sea.

Living up to our expectations:
Welcome, cleanliness of the room, sea view, biscuits and coffee available, direct access to the beach and the possibility to relax at the bar in daydreaming in front of the sea, close to Saint malo Intra Muros (the car has not moved for three days), small nice restaurant nearby.
