We stayed in the hotel during the first week of August and having a kid booked the communicating bedrooms facing the garden. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist and getting a free drink upon arrival was just amazing. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and quite spacious. Breakfast is diversified and tasty, we loved taking it on the terace. Having a closed terace/garden is great to relax and chill a bit before and after your visits. Location is great just across the beach and 15 min walk from the "intra muros" and you have plenty of restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back and I will recommend this hotel to everyone visiting St Malo.

Great location overlooking the beach, close to the shops, restaurants and the intra muros. Tidy rooms, comfy beds, great shower, free Wi-Fi. The bar is limited, but there are many places to eat within a short walk. Breakfast is very expensive! Underground parking is expensive, tight and limited. Parking on the back streets is free but you might need a short walk.

Good hotel, very good location facing the beach.
Very helpful staff. Small garden with very nice sun lounger.
The — : poor sound insulation, noise rises from the stairwell early in the morning preventing sleep.
Coffee and tea should be free for hotel guests.

Directly on the beach. The rooms are a bit small but clean. The beds are comfortable. The food was good and plentiful. Staff were friendly.

Stayed 2 nights, wished it was longer. Great location right opposite the beach our room had fantastic ocean views. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us. Only complaint would be the paper cups in room to make a tea or coffee. But the lovely lady at reception gave us some proper cups and some real milk. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to St Malo.

Absolutely first class. For a short stay hotel yours would be hard to beat. We particularly liked the fact that it was spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and managed to keep smiling even when subjected to my awful French. We were slightly confused on arrival by the fact that there is another hotel also called Oceania nearby which we went to first. We would certainly recommend your Hotel to anyone. Geoff Gamble.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast The pancakes are fine and good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The meal could be more balanced review with the caterer. The snacks were appreciated. Thanks again for the welcome.

We had a very good stay at this hotel, the welcome is warm, the staff is discreet and available. Very nice decoration and excellent breakfast. We especially enjoyed the sea view room. The hotel is very quiet and clean.

Very nice hotel. The family room with sea view is nice, only downside the stairs a little dangerous for toddlers.

The hotel is really nice and the room cozy, just a little small. The personnel was super nice. I would recommend this hotel just a few minutes walk from the old town.

Stay 1 night on April 8th. Cosy hotel facing the sea. Five minutes from the city. Very nice and welcoming. Room clean, a little small but the king size bed very comfortable gum this slight defect! The breakfast buffet is varied and the room with garden view is nice. We had chosen a sea view, a bit expensive but indispensable at this location!

Very good stay and great welcome. Really nice and professional staff. A small power outage in the morning put a little bit of atmosphere, but the incident was very well managed, without stress, without us being embarrassed. A small downside for the room window to the small opening and the lack of variety at breakfast. But we'll be back as soon as we get back:) Thank you.

Hello, the sea view of the room was beautiful!
Cependant, the family room is too small, especially with toddlers. My 2 year old son bumped twice passing between the bed and the TV cabinet (dangerous with the corners).
Dinner on the first evening with unsatisfactory service: 20min waiting without even having a glass of water with our children.
For breakfast, okay.
Otherwise the hotel is very well located, facing the sea and next to the city center.

Very warm welcome and good advice on the surrounding outings. The room is pretty and the sea view nice, too bad there is a lot of apparent dust (for a 3 star).

This is the second time we have stayed and each time we enjoyed the days we stayed at the hotel. Everything was fine, the bed was huge, maybe too big for the room but it was very nice, the only thing not very good was the hot food at breakfast which was almost cold, maybe better hot plates would help.

It was a very nice Hotel to stay in. Nice staff, reactive. Small flat, the size of the rooms: no space to work in the room.

Very good reception! The staff are very dynamic and friendly. The view (on the sea) of the rooms is very correct.

For a room to 179€ per night, a little disappointed. Bedding perfect but room cramped, the sink a little stuffy, struggled to empty. In addition, when we returned at 2 o'clock in the morning, not had need to use our badge : the front door was open, a person to ask us our badge. Went incognito in the elevator to the rooms without meeting a soul. It's scary in this period of insecurity.

The hotel is nice and the staff is particularly friendly but the room is extremely small.
70cm of room in the bathroom (to forget for a pregnant woman), a few centimeters between the table and the bed (on the other hand is gigantic), and cupboards for 1 person on 1 day.
As for the light, you have to wait for the bulbs to heat up…
Note that on January 1st the sheets were not changed nor the garbage cans emptied.
We were there in a couple from December 29th 2017 to January 2nd 2018 Room 108.

Very nice stay at this beach hotel. The staff were welcoming, the room was very comfortable and Pretty.
Only downside, the fire alarm in the middle of the night, for no apparent reason. We are however happy with our stay.

Wonderful staff. Room is compact. A little more storage would be nice. Excellent self serve breakfast. Sun trap courtyard for a relax. Well worth a visit.

A charming hotel, modern and decorated with a lot of taste. An ideal location, 10 minutes walk from the old town and 15 meters from the beach. A very professional, friendly and caring staff.
In a nutshell it was perfect!

Spacious room, located on 2 levels, comfortable beds and TV in every room.

Very nice hotel and the staff were helpful only issue is parking. The hotel carpark fills quickly and on street parking is a nightmare.

Lovely hotel, will definitely come back and stay again. Very accommodating and very friendly. There was a little bit of building work going on but it in no way detracted from the stay, the builders were very polite and moved things if we needed to get by. The decor was very plush, the bed was the biggest bed I have ever slept it. It was warm, friendly and in the perfect location for us.

We enjoyed a family loft room at the start of peak season (I'd give 5 stars if it wasn't so expensive! ) Super views over the beach as shown in photos I have shared. Staff were very friendly. Excellent location outside the city walls with restaurants within very easy walking distance both west and east of the hotel — you don't have to go 'intra-muros'. Lots of on-street parking available close by so no need to get a paid hotel space.

All the staff was very nice and kind. The room was very clean, day after day. Good breakfast, quite rich.
The position of the Hotel is perfect, a walk of 20 minutes to get to intramural, just in front of the sea to take advantage of the tide, supermarket 5 minutes if there are a little like.
I advice.
Two bits of advice, for breakfast, because pancakes are served, it would be good to invest in a hot plate, so that we can eat warm pancakes. And in the room, me personally I'll add a fridge, because there is the place.

Great hotel but air conditioning absent in room.

One night stay at the 4 floor which gives views of the beach and the sea. The beds are a bit too firm. The staff is very nice and friendly. The situation of the hotel allows to eat nearby. Book on the site of the hotel makes it possible to have a free drink.

The hotel had a good bathroom but I felt that the charge for parking was excessive. It was not easy finding a space on the road. Breakfast good.

Good home except that when we a welcome cocktail is not served. Room are too small. When you reserve for Valentine to 130 euros the night minimal attention. No rose not chocolate.

We had a good stay, super quiet, staff very nice, except the bed was too hard but changed me room.
But I would recommend the hotel.

Reception topclass service! the staff breakfast reagent and very helpful, our room had a lovely view, nothing to say, only "negative" is that our car with a roof of 2 chest, 10 m high det back not in the private garage of the hotel. No problem to Park ca car just in front of the hotel is more it is free.

We had a room overlooking the sea on the 1st floor and it was very beautiful! One negative is that we hear a lot traffic when the window is open but closed, there is no nuisance so it was very nice in the end.
Condition of the room: clean, well lit, well laid out.

Very good hotel value taken nothing to say. The only point is be careful if you go to this hotel with a child in infancy and su' need a cot call the hotels before so he can put you in a triple room for more space.
Breakfast is enough.

Great location, 3 to 4 minutes from the walled city. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Staff is overly helpful, making sure we were comfortable and clearly understood directions. We were able to check in before noon during a French holiday, the hotel was booked full, staff was able to accommodate. Parking is not easy to find around the hotel during tourist season, if traveling by car, reserve hotel parking when you make hotel reservations. I spent 30 minutes driving around to find a place to park each time I returned to the hotel. If riding the train, it is an easy 15 minute walk from the train station.
