Very unhappy with this experience, we had bought a night pack — access to the water course and today we are informed that there are too many people and that we will not have access of the day! So we drove 4 hours to not have access to the service we bought!

The room (balcony, sea view) was fine, the view is beautiful. The room is relatively quiet (except when neighbors slam their door/plug their phone on a socket). The storage is well thought out. The whole is clean and maintained, but the walls and furniture show wear and tear.

The bedding is the big black spot. Alone having asked for a double bed, I found myself with two single beds attached (no interest) that did not have the same mattress (not the same height! ). In addition, suffering from spondylarthritis (this is a thalasso hotel, it must be able to manage the pathologies of visitors of the thalasso), I need a minimum of softness at the reception of the mattress and neither of the two mattresses (hard, very hard) corresponded to my need. The hotel does not have mattresses in stock to compensate for this kind of situation. We tinkered with a solution based on duvets stacked under the sheet (never changed in 6 days for that matter) that helped but did not solve my problem. Average sleep time, 4 hours per night and pain from contractures in the back and neck at the end of the stay.

The half board was excellent. Good breakfast and excellent half-board menu, varied and very well presented. The desserts were sometimes unfortunately frozen to the heart, despite an order at the beginning of the meal. The setting of the dining room is just perfect, whether in the dining room, in the veranda or on the terrace, the sea view is exceptional.

A charming hotel, very well located. It looks directly onto the that runs along the beach so the majority of the rooms have seen it on the sea. It's very nice and the panorama is really nice. The downside being that in times of high winds and high tides we are also in the front row. Personally, I don't mind, but it may surprise.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and bright. The bedding is of good quality, we sleep very well. The bathroom is relatively spacious. The cleaning is impeccable, which should not always be easy given the amount of sand being carried in the area.

The restaurant part also overlooks the sea. You can enjoy a most enjoyable show while eating comfortably. I give a special mention to their leader. I spent a week in the hotel and enjoyed every meal. It's varied, the quantities are perfect (neither too much, nor not enough), the cooking is controlled (not easy for fish), the seasoning is impeccable. They really have a great cook, if I lived in the area I would stay there just for the restaurant.

The rest of the staff is also fine. They are available and nice. We feel that they make the effort to know their customers and that we are not just a number. We stayed there with a baby, which is not easy to manage when traveling, all the staff did their best to make our stay easier. They do it well, we didn't feel it was forced or that it cost them.

The hotel has a small parking lot that's a plus.

Very mixed on my stay at this hotel.
It is ideally located and the room was clean although very small. But the staff clearly lacked professionalism promising us services that they could not achieve and especially after a visit to our room, left our door open all afternoon and hardly apologized! Fortunately nothing had been stolen. I will not come back!

Friendly staff We experienced this hotel, close to the thermal baths, via 1 private sale: nothing to complain about; Clean room, breakfast offering a wide selection of homemade and local products in part. A great dinner was served to us. A remake without hesitation.

Hello we had a very good weekend at the hotel: a very good reception, a small room, but everything is well appointed, very clean, well located in relation to the centre of Saint Malo and a superb view of the sea. Very well.

Impeccable Service: The professionalism of the staff and the chef is worthy of a 5 *. We extended a one night stay so the hotel upgraded us no charge in a room with sea view and balcony… Go for your next vacation!

Stay more than pleasant. Room with sea view. I would recommend this hotel as well as the restaurant. All the staff are very nice and available. Only small downside: the bed consists of 2 beds of 1 person.

Microscopic room. And what about the half board menu at 32. €50 which is not worth the one at €20 of the map. It's really taking people for jerks! We will pass on the cocktail took on the coffee table of the Reception. In summary price of a good hotel providing an innkeeper.

We stayed for two nights and the room, dinning room and breakfast were perfectly adequate for us. Good position and on site limited parking with helpful and welcoming staff.

We used this hotel just to sleep as a base, support for the holiday on the Breton coast so my judgement is partial. The rooms are small but cozy and C, it's all you need to feel good. The sea view is great and you enjoy the tides show twice a day. Working and clean bathrooms I just missed a power outlet but otherwise it is to be tried.

Spotless room, the Service was well, nothing to say bad about the hotel.
And the location on the beach is superb.

A big congratulations to the head chef, as we feasted at every meal.

We booked our room view of sea, arriving around 10: 00. I wish I had a room in hotel 2 * the Jersey but we has not been asked to choose between the 2 hotels, damage unless there was more available sea view room and it would have been nice to know.
The room was very nice, clean and immaculate bedding. We enjoyed being able to take a hot drink arriving in the morning through the provision of a kettle in the room as well as a café.
There is nothing to say about the bathroom: shower spacious, dry hair, functional towels in number available is sufficient.
A small downside, however, a few /traces tasks could be cleaned up on the walls.

Balcony sea view, show guaranteed during the high tides, wonderful view from the dining room the card a little restricted, and the menus means. Room small without safe, clean good quality of service. Thalassotherapy is perfect, a week of dream again. We will return with pleasure!

Hotel very cute on the dike of the furrow directly but very expensive for the benefit and any family-friendly, no solutions for dinner and we have been penned on the side in the breakfast room for do not disturb. Obviously we genions staff.

We stayed at the Jersey from 18 to September 24, 2013.
Upon our arrival, we were offered a room on the ground floor, sea view, with private terrace.
We had a perfect week!
Everything was perfect: the room (to be given to own however) was very nice!
