Hotels in Aquitaine with a Pool

Very welcoming after a day cycling in a heatwave! Aircon, swimming pool and cold beer. Excellent breakfast before we were back on the road the next day. Fantastic hosts — friendly and helpful.

The hotel is small and tucked away in the village of Le Porge which is North of Arcachon Basin and only 10 km from the Atlantic Ocean.

The hotel looks a little run down. The rooms were clean and looked like new.

We ate in the restaurant, service and food were great with classic touches. The building is a little faded but still very worth a visit.

Most friendly host, speaking good English and was prepared to help with my schoolgirl French. Beautiful tranquil spot, comfy bed and very enjoyable food.

We ate excellent sauerkraut, in an ideal setting. The owners are welcoming and caring.

A great place to stay when vising Cognac. Very close to the Velo Flow. The hosts were very friendships and helpful and the accommodation was superb.

The hotel is situated near the Bordeaux Expo, a tram station is 5 walking minutes away from the Hotel and takes you in approx. 15-20 mins into the town centre.

Although this hotel is situated on outskirts of Bordeaux it is perfect if you have a car.

We had a perfect 5 night stay. It is definitely a top end 3* Hotel, wonderfully presented & clean.

We arrived early but Madame answered the bell, welcomed us in English, was very pleasant and showed us to our apartment. It was simple, well enough appointed and very clean.

Superb stay. Little self contained room. Small, but perfect for us. Small enclosed yard. Ideal for our dog. Brilliant breakfast and bars and restaurants a ten minute walk away. Good parking.

We had an amazing stay here. The room was perfect and really spacious. We loved the beach which was so quiet. Excellent breakfast as well and all the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Hotel de Toiras is situated in St Martin de Re It is a small beautiful hotel with an incredible view of the harbor and the town. It is so quaint and welcoming.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms, breakfast like as if I was in a starred hotel, and extremely friendly amd accomadating staff. Will definatly be coming here again next time I pass through the area.

We stayed in this hotel for one night as a stopover on our travels north. The hotel was comfortable but the overall feeling was of it being dark.

Super cute hotel, the staff were great and the rooms very clean. It’s a bit out of the way which is nice. We didn’t use their facilities. But the pool looked nice.

Le Chat Botté is a very charming hotel situated right in the heart of Saint-Clément-des-Baleines nearby the church and some good restaurants.

We had a truly lovely stay at La Prieuré Corrèze this past week. The hotel is charming and beautifully maintained, with immaculate food and drinks and a fantastic swimming pool.

The building is beautiful as is the outdoor furniture. We had a large room that was oddly furnished and felt empty and out of sync with the outside decor.

A wonderful overnight stay at a beautiful boutique hotel in the stunning town of St Emillion. La Villa de Vignes is a gem located right in the town.

This was our home base for a few days in Saint-Emilion and we enjoyed every aspect of it. Not only is this a top-tier winery (Grand Cru Classe') but the hotel in the chateau is beautiful.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful headland position overlooking St Jean Luz. The ocean views are stunning, especially from the attractive pool.

We had a really nice stay at La Reserve last week. The main draw of the hotel is undoubtedly the location and incredible view.
