Gironde Hotels

We stayed here in May with a big group of friends while celebrating a 60th birthday—and it couldn’t have been a better base for a weekend of wine tours.

Great location, a short stroll to the old town.
We spent five nights at the hotel in September.
The staff were very friendly and efficient and the hotel was always spotless.

Lovely hotel in the very centre of Bordeaux.
The rooms have been recently renovated with very good taste. Beds and pillows are exraordinarly comfortable. The cleaning is excellent.

Hotel Majestic was an excellent choice for our stay in Bordeaux. The location is simply unbeatable.

We enjoyed our stay in Room 317 for three nights. The hotel is in a very convenient location for walking to many Bordeaux attractions. The front desk service is superb.

Fantastic location: In a very quiet side street but literally only 30 meters from the main pedestrian street (Rue Sainte Catherine).

We had such a wonderful experience at the Yndo hotel. The staff are warm, kind and incredibly helpful.

Stunning hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and well appointed. I probably had the best sleeps I've had in years in this hotel.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay with Stay City Aparthotel in Bordeaux City Centre. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to the central attractions.

Fantastic service by everybody, friendly. The hotel is placed in a super location. Walking distance to everything you would like to see. Hotel is placed in very quiet nabourhood. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is well located, within walking distance from the historic centre and monuments. The room was good size, cosy, quiet, well appointed and very clean, no spots, no old furniture or appliances.

Stayed 2 nights. Close to Bordeaux centre and shops. Walking distance to tram reasonable for guests with no special needs — Staff v helpful and friendly — especially Andrea at reception.

We stayed at the Marty for four nights over Christmas. The hotel has the immediate effect of lifting your spirits.

I had the pleasure of staying for 3 nights in November. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the service impeccable.

The hotel is very well located and we had a nice room with a huge bed and lovely big bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was located close to where the smaller ships dock on the river. Close to the trams and trains. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We cannot say enough good things about Villas Fochs.

We recently stayed here as part of a family trip to France. We were very happy with this property! Upon arrival, the team greeted us, took our bags in, checked us in, and escorted us to our rooms.

Le Palais Gallien Hotel & Spa is perfect for a relaxing stay in Bordeaux. From the first moment to the last, the staff could not have been more helpful yet remained unobtrusive.

Bordeaux is a beautiful city. I would visit again and again and I would always stay at Le Palais Gallien Hotel and Spa.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to the city centre, and the beds are comfortable, which made our stay very relaxing.

I enjoyed my stay at the FirstName Bordeaux. For context, I had a package with American Express, so I did get an early check-in and upgrade, both appreciated.

Had an amazing experience at Konti Hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and the service was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay in Konti Hotel. The main street in Bordeaux old is only 5 min walk away.
Rooms are stylish and clean. The breakfast room is awesome.

Immediately felt comfortable in this lovely hotel situated in a quiet side street not far from the gorgeous park. Travel to the centre an easy 10-15 minute flat walk, we also used the tram.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Maison and would gladly return. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt thoughtful and welcoming.

Doesn't get better than this in Bordeaux. Or anywhere, in our view. Staff — particularly Paul — were warm and SO helpful in every way. Very attentive to my wife, who has several health issues.

Le Boutique Hotel & Spa was fabulous! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the breakfast was delicious.

I had a great stay here this week. Awesome location, super friendly staff. When I lost and/or damaged mine, they provided me with multiple copies of a map of the city.

Was a nice location, great rooftop, the food is good. The room is not to my taste, but it is clean and functional. There was a microwave which was unusual but actually nice.

Quite simply THE best location in town — easy to walk to the best restaurants/ shops. Great service in the restaurants — try the Gordon Ramsey. The rooftop bar is a bit worn out.

Beautiful property inside and out with an extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Room was very clean and quiet. Well appointed and excellent bedding.

Central Hostel Review.
Overall, I had a good experience at Central Hostel. The location is very convenient — right in the city center, with easy access to main attractions and transport links.

The location is perfect, the staff are very nice and helpful, and the lobby is very.
Comfortable, with plenty of space to sit, work at a desk, relax, chat, or just spend time.

Bordeaux is a wonderful city!

Spacious apartment in walking distance from the Museum of Fine Arts and the Cathedral, in a calm and quiet area. Comfortable stay with two kids. You can find everything you need in the neighborhood.

This is a good hotel for the price, but has some blemishes. The location is outstanding — very close to transit and restaurants, yet tucked away so it's very quiet.

From Check-in to departure everything was great. We found the location to be perfect with the tram just around the corner. Also a pleasant walk of maybe 10 minutes takes you to the city centre centre.

Overall very good. Price quality ratio is good.

A comfortable hotel in a central location with plenty of restaurants and bars. The only negative is that the train station is a 45 minute walk or 15 minute tram ride.

I stayed at this aparthotel for six nights in July 2025. It was my third stay at this well located accomodation which was especially well priced this year.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay in Bordeaux after readying the reviews of the hotel. The room was very cosy, no flash but it was comfortable.

We had a 2 nights stay in the hotel and had a great experience. We checked in late, around 22h and got and Amazing big room.

Great centrally located hotel, clean, great helpful staff who could not have done more for three stranded visitors (scammed by a local booking!

Guillaume is a great host. He had lots of recommendations for food and activity, all of which were excellent. The rooms are clean and quiet. The breakfast was fabulous.

My friend and I had a fantastic stay at Les Seraphines.
Fantastic house with a nice room where you have breakfast, but also invites to relax.
