Hotels in Gironde with a Pool

Le Palais Gallien Hotel & Spa is perfect for a relaxing stay in Bordeaux. From the first moment to the last, the staff could not have been more helpful yet remained unobtrusive.

Bordeaux is a beautiful city. I would visit again and again and I would always stay at Le Palais Gallien Hotel and Spa.

This gem of a hotel is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Bordeaux.

We cannot say enough good things about Villas Fochs.

🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good.

6 of us stayed for 3 nights and we were not disappointed. The rooms were well appointed & well serviced during our stay. The reception staff were excellent and were helpful.

The hotel is well located, within walking distance from the historic centre and monuments. The room was good size, cosy, quiet, well appointed and very clean, no spots, no old furniture or appliances.

Stayed 2 nights. Close to Bordeaux centre and shops. Walking distance to tram reasonable for guests with no special needs — Staff v helpful and friendly — especially Andrea at reception.

This is the best Ibis/ Ibis Styles I have ever stayed in! Modern well-equipped and close to the main station, buses and trams.

A lovely hotel; they provided free croissants and water during the day. Near train station, good location. Very clean.

Very nice hotel near the city center (15 minutes by car). The room is a bit tight but nicely decorated. There is a water station on each floor that supplies sparkling water.

Easy to find, come out of St Jean station by Halle 3 (Atlantique) side. Turn right and 5 minute walk. Very modern hotel. Don’t expect room ready early as they want you to pay extra for this.

Love the vibe, understated (loved it) the staff service everyone was efficient reception, concierge, Very personal & detailed welcome. The Morimoto restaurant, breakfast staff.

Very comfortable beds, generous bathroom and excellent shower. Housekeeping team were brilliant.
The reception staff need training in 5* customer service.

Doesn't get better than this in Bordeaux. Or anywhere, in our view. Staff — particularly Paul — were warm and SO helpful in every way. Very attentive to my wife, who has several health issues.

Le Boutique Hotel & Spa was fabulous! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the breakfast was delicious.

Quite simply THE best location in town — easy to walk to the best restaurants/ shops. Great service in the restaurants — try the Gordon Ramsey. The rooftop bar is a bit worn out.

Beautiful property inside and out with an extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Room was very clean and quiet. Well appointed and excellent bedding.

This cozy and charming hotel is owned by Nicolas, a very nice and gentle guy. Has only about 6 rooms, ours was very large, comfortable and beautiful.

We had a fantastic experience at La Cabane d'Ambroise. The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home.

We found the hotel lived up to our expectations. The location is excellent, not far from the Opera house and cathedral.
The room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom.

Difficult to reach. You have to drag your luggage from the public underground car park about 500 metres away. There are actually two hotels and we arrived at the wrong one.

We loved our stay! Maria Louisa is a wonderful host! The room was wonderful. Big with a lovely shower and comfortable sitting space.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The room was spacious, clean, and we slept like babies in the incredibly comfortable bed.

Our experience was excellent from the moment of booking to check-out. The hotel staff were absolutely lovely and friendly — they helped us with everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome.

5 minutes walk from the train station and with the D tram stop across the road, it provided quick and easy access across the city.

Overall very good. Price quality ratio is good.

A comfortable hotel in a central location with plenty of restaurants and bars. The only negative is that the train station is a 45 minute walk or 15 minute tram ride.

Very welcoming after a day cycling in a heatwave! Aircon, swimming pool and cold beer. Excellent breakfast before we were back on the road the next day. Fantastic hosts — friendly and helpful.

The hotel is small and tucked away in the village of Le Porge which is North of Arcachon Basin and only 10 km from the Atlantic Ocean.

The reception and restaurant staff were professional and amazing today even with the restaurant being very busy. Highly recommend.

We stayed one night during our cycle trip. The staff was very friendly and the room clean and spacious. The location is superbe, 10 mins walk from the main square surrounded by green.

Wow, what can I say, we had the most amazing few days staying at this beautiful hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay. The chateau is lovely and the hosts all very friendly. The tour of the caves is very much worth it and made the experience more rich and the wine was even better after.

My fiancée and I really enjoyed our time at Aux Ducs de Sienne over the Christmas Holidays!

Sadly we didn't stay here but stopped in to have a cold drink and something to eat whilst on a bike trip around the St Emillion environs.

A very small, but comfortable room with a good shower. The bed was too small, I guess 80x180. The staff are efficient and helpful. The breakfast, included in our tariff, was excellent.

The hotel is well located and facilities and breakfast is good. Free car park is great if you come with a car. We had an issue with one of receptionists.

The hotel is situated near the Bordeaux Expo, a tram station is 5 walking minutes away from the Hotel and takes you in approx. 15-20 mins into the town centre.

Although this hotel is situated on outskirts of Bordeaux it is perfect if you have a car.

Fabulous place to stay. Every aspect is perfect. Easy to find. Clear instructions for access. Everything is spotless and well maintained. I wish I had booked more nights but am on my way home.

We are repeat visitors! The most warm and welcoming family owned winery and B&B. Picturesque setting amongst the vineyards, and a short drive to the village of Blaye.

We stopped by for wine tasting at this wonderful huge property with a pool, and reasonably sizeable 9has vineyards including 1ha planting Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, and Semillon and Muscadet.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B. Julie was an excellent host—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made our experience even more special.

Christophe and Patricia are charming hosts, offering guests a simple but comfortable guest house for a visit to Bordeaux.

What an amazing place to stay in Bordeaux. We spent a wonderful week at Patricia and Christophe's beautiful La Maison Bastide on the right bank (rîve droite).
