We do not recommend anyone to stay at this place. The property itself is beautiful, but the owners are not particularly nice or hospitable. We booked two rooms at this place for five nights and drove about 50 miles to visit the place. This was prepaid. The day after the first night, we asked an employee to borrow a rake to clean the pool, which had a lot of leaves and insects. We offered to clean this ourselves. The staff lady fetched us a rake, but soon afterwards the furious lady came running to the place and told us to stop bothering her staff. She said at the same time that there was nothing wrong with the pool and that we were unwanted guests and that they wanted us to leave. A few hours later when the owner returned I tried to ask what we had done wrong and why we were unwanted. When I didn't understand what she said and asked if she could say this in English, she got angry and left. We tried to call the owners to talk about this, but they did not pick up the phone. They visited the property several times but refused to speak to us. We saw no other option but to leave the place after two nights. They also refused to refund any of the amount. It can also be mentioned that there were two large dogs on the property. These were swimming in the pool and there was dog excrement all around on the lawn where we as guests were to stay. We have traveled around a lot but never been treated in such a way and it ruined a lot of our holiday.
