Bad attention. They wanted to give us a different room to the reservation. The toilet was clogged. And I found a glass in the pizza that I asked the room.

Well located on the coast, friendly treatment, decent breakfast and reasonable price make this hotel the best choice in Puerto Natales.

This hotel for its location is a privilege, it has a view of that sea entrance that looks like a lake for its quietness, in the background its mountains, swans, flamingos and others that are really a postcard and snowed even more, the sentarce in those halls that invite you to enjoy such Mara Villa that takes your breath, and it makes it very interesting, the people who work is not alive to make you have a good time, the hotel is very cozy starting with the entrance. It has a computer room to be connected with everything we want, the price in accordance with a hotel of its category.

No gringo discount and they made us pay twice.

Looked nice in the lobby, but upon check-in, the nightmare started. We found out they overbooked the hotel, and we would have to stay in another hotel. That's pretty poor to start with, but fine, if they make it right. First, we were part of a group, so they needed to move all of us. They said they would not do this, which again shows bad service. So, we said, Ok let them cancel their reservation so they can come with us. They said no. Wow! So we cant cancel, but they can cancel us! Wow! At this point, we were about to leave, when I remembered that our groups next set of reservations in Punta Arenas, was with the same company. I told them we would cancel all our multi day reservations in Punta Arenas unless they made this right. An hour later, they finally booked a room for our friends too. This brings us to where they booked us. It was a nice boutique with great service. But, it was certainly a drop in quality, location, and amenities. The rate was less too. These crooks made us beg while they still made a profit off us. I wouldn't give these people a dime, they take advantage of the fact most people wont visit twice. If they actually cared they would not double book, and certainly make it right if they mistakenly did so. Our W Trek grocery and supply shopping was an absolute mad rush because these idiots took all our time. I am considering disputing the charges with my CC company, after all, I didn't stay there.

I love this hotel, good view if you pay for the rooms to the sea, nice inside, cozy, good drinks. And amazing breakfasts.

Located in a privileged location in front of the bay and close to Bulnes Street, the most commercial of Puerto Natales. It has spacious rooms. Not all overlook the bay, important to keep in mind when booking.

It offers what it announces. Good service and meals. Prices agreed. Helpful staff and very well maintained. We had a problem with the reservation that was sorted out.

This was a nice hotel. The view from the room I had faced the back and was quite underwhelming, but the room was nice and clean and they gave us water bottles since water in Chile is not always potable. Puerto Natales is a very nice town though, so I would recommend exploring. The Plaza de Armas is very nice and there are a few bars and even a brewery where you can unwind at night.

Right at the edge of the scenic Puerto Laforest, this hotel is perfect for being one with nature. Commune with the lavish green landscape, away from the bustle of everyday life. Some suites have balconies where you can spend peaceful evenings watching the sun set. The overall experience is about the pure feeling of being in contact with nature — One of the most beautiful sites I have ever been.

Their lobby is the best place to eat and hang in the city.

Comfortable rooms with respectable size but very small bathroom. It has cousy and large lobby with nice atmosphere, and good view of the water. I gave 4 stars since there is NO Minibar!

We were the last weekend along with my lady and certainly nice of wonder, with hospitality and friendliness of its people is rarely seen before.
A thank you is special to OSVALDO the barman of the hotel a professional person with a unique sympathy.
He provided no cost a bike to go out and walk the waterfront of Pto Natales which is beautiful and gave us tips for getting to know the city… We hope to return soon to this wonder at the end of the world and certainly the best hotel of the city "COSTAUSTRALIS"… A hug to all his people.

This is a very good tourist class superior hotel, clean and cozy although I did not have a minibar in my room. Breakfast is lovely and plenty with some variety. Reception staff very friendly and ready to help when needed.

It has pleasant spaces and callers to the rest, enjoying in a coastal environment and with extraordinary views to a single mountain range.
