The staff were really helpful and very friendly. We stayed there for a family wedding and many of our family stayed in this hotel. Very well located for the local amenities and even a carrefour shop over the road. Recommended.

Terrible! Rooms are very hot 26-27oC (its only 10oC outside) aircon doesn't work. Dont waste your money.

The air conditioning did not work during the two days we spent there and no compensation was granted.
The service at the restaurant was very slow and bad: Impossible to have bread, it was necessary to claim to have cutlery for the second dish and they were laid loose on the edge of the table to load for us to recover them for the three of us. Yet barely half of the tables were occupied for three servers. The waitress was particularly inefficient, she would run in all directions instead of arranging her travels. She could really use some training.

Hallucinating how we treat customers in this hotel!
Following a change of route in order not to suffer from the SNCF strikes, we asked to change the date of reservation for our 2 rooms.
Finally, the manager considering that a customer passing through the Booking site is worth less than another customer refuses our request. So it keeps 140 euros and the possibility to sell these 2 rooms.
A level of CRM close to zero and an apology of a not higher level:/
The best being: asked the SNCF to reimburse you the hotel.
In short, if you do not want to be treated as an outcast, go through the agreement site.

Hotel in the budget range. Very small room no chair nor kettle… Direct view of the boulevard. Close to the Meriadeck centre. The hotel adjoins an ibis but the rates are twice as expensive (115 euros versus 62). It's a great place to spend a night. Attentive Concierge and reactive troubleshooting (ageing room). Offers a brewery but not tested.

Not the best IBIS. Wi-Fi is lousy unless you pay extra and car parking is expensive. Best find somewhere else to stay.

In the standard of Ibis hotels. Comfortable and perfectly soundproofed room. On the other hand I do not recommend the restaurant and especially the evening stage. Minimalist meal at least on Sundays. But I will come back to this hotel for the location and the rooms.

Clean rooms with ample floor space. Towels were provided and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The top bunk was unmade though.

Hotel OK you have to think about asking room with outside view as a first night spent in a room with seen on the wall d in front just not suppportable. The breakfast is good nothing special.

Room in accordance with the photo. However, a little small for 3 people plus luggage and stroller. But great bed, clean room and the staff at the reception was nice.

Instead what is necessary. Clean and well located. The breakfast area is sparse, but being a buffet (bread, brioche, croisants, cereals, jams, ham ham, cheese and a little more) compensates, to pay for the breakfast. The room is fair, but you have what it takes. In our case something small (uncomfortable access to the toilet) but clean. The location is very good, next to the tram and 15min walk from the centre (national theatre). Come back to this hotel.

The hotel is very quiet, comfortable and clean, however, I find it lacks catch close to the bed in the room. In addition the value for money of the restaurant of the hotel is not good. I had a very good stay in the hotel.

Right good connected by public transport.

Normally I like Accor Chain hotels and I generally prefer to stay in IBIS during my travels since it is cheaper and clean way to stay. But this time I was a bit disappointed because of the room weren' t clean and the price was much higher. But I can not deny that the location was very central.

Well located, good price. For a city break in Bordeaux is very good.

Very good quality for the price, and very close to places of interest (the center of the city is a 10-minute walk and there is a mall on the side). Beds comfortable, housekeeping could be improved. The absence of cold water. Staff very pleasant and correct, willing to help. Parking is quite small for such a large hotel, we were forced to park in the parking lot of another hotel.

I really liked the hotel. It is clean and located in a walking distance to all historic sites, shopping and restaurants. Staff at reception was very helpful.

Great location, nice view and friendly reception staff. Bar staff and room cleaning not so good and there was a very sharp wood screw sticking out point first about an inch from the bathroom door at knee height! You can leave luggage free of charge after checking out.

Very good hotel with a few rooms, parking I bar/restaurant very good quality.

The rooms are nice and clean. Comfortable beds. They have car parking underneath the hotel and it costs 80 cents per hour. The only issue we had was the amount of mosquitoes at the lobby and in the parking (really unbelievable for the month of July and the fact that the hotel is not close to water).

Practical, functional and well priced. Breakfast expensive, as almost always in hotels. 9, 90€ per person is a lot of pasta. Yes, if you want to put up, this is your option, if you prefer a coffee and a bun, to the side you have 48, for a little more than 3€, you have a coffee and a bun freshly echo.

We go to this hotel every visit and that's fine. Bedding at the top and perfect location.
A small downside the head of the breakfast on May 25th is very unpleasant and disrespectful with its employees.
We were shocked at his behavior and the humiliation of his employees in front of the clients. …

Welcome. Small but complete room. Good breakfast buffet. Staff smiling and friendly. A renovation coup would be welcome on the floors.

Small bathroom with mini bath-shower. No Bidet x3 People 2 Asciugamani in total per day x all uses. But can you?

It is a perfect hotel for a night, with all that is needed but without much luxury.

The location is very good, near the tram Palais de justice. The room was clean, but it seems that is not very new. To take advantage of the breakfast it is better not to arrive too late (ie before 9.30 am), because some things are just.

Breakfast expensive and formatted "ibis", mismatch between the size of the dining room and the number of rooms, staff understaffed for service and the renewal of the dishes: all this contributes to a very bad experience.

The treatment of employees is very polite. They do what they can because their days are endless. The dirty room and the rest of the facilities also. In the carpet of the hallway had stains of suspicious origin. Uf. That is, if, cheap, and good location.

Hotel room was small but functional. Only downside the very noisy air conditioning.

Adequate size room. But I Can't believe there is no kettle, ironing equipment, fridge! However, this is probably consistent with other Ibis hotels in France.

Location is very good. Room basic with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Room service efficient. Free Wi-Fi in rooms. Hotel restaurant food good (competent chef) but service poor (chaotic and slow). Warning: no hot water kettles whatsoever (must have lost one they hired to us last year) ; so bring your own or ask for tasses d'eau chaud at the bar (which they kindly obliged).

Attention, problem with heating and air conditioning. Devices arranged in the rooms (installation of the 1980s) make a phenomenal sound. I asked to change the room and Ditto! Suffice to say that the room is not control temperature.
Hotel not worth its price.

Company seminar, nothing to say, not too insulate, wake up to 5 hs of mast by the oddballs of my box, ah young people that they sleep 2 hs.

Tiny bedrooms (I've been at 109 and does not enter a suitcase by rolling between the feet of the bed and the wall), the elevator does not work and looks like lead damaged months. The bathroom, well, the shower turns into a swimming pool. The best, the location and the price, is in the center and has a train at the door. Not realistic to take the breakfast, there is a café/patisserie very good to 30 meters.

Simply excellent, the staff is nice and smiling in all circumstances! The rooms are spacious and well equipped. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend a few days in Bordeaux.

Whilst the location was good the room was very small and had basic facilities.
