Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

Located in the center of the city a few minutes walk from the Palace of Justice and the cathedral. The hotel's facilities are outdated, a refurbishment would be needed.
Negative point: the smell of the hallways is unpleasant.
The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped.
To be improved: toiletries are limited.
Positive point: the reception staff speaks Spanish and gives interesting recommendations.
Value for money: expensive, like everything in Bordeaux.

For a Short Trip okay, Bed rather soft but also fine. Unfortunately no DE channels on TV. The biggest Shortcoming, however, I find is the lack of power Plugs (Scarcity) throughout the Room. For two, you fight to be able to recharge all your Devices.

Solid hotel. Best part of the hotel was the staff. They were very gracious and super helpful to an American who only spoke English. Knowing that my trains were cancelled due to the strikes happening they did everything they could to ensure my trip was salvaged. Thanks to them I didn't end up having any issues. Some of the nicest hotel staff ever!

Hotel finally quite eccentric despite the name. Common and approaching aging but Novotel level rooms. The breakfast offers quite a few choices and the staff is not particularly rider.

By going to a Novotel of the chain Accor, one thinks luxury hotel all four pin… Too bad, I fell high, the sixth, the floor where I was, was not renovated. The furniture is in place, everything is there… But the yellow on the wall, the carpet néttoyée but cool for twenty years with a very limited smell… I advised them to close the hotel for work, this would have been better…
I advise you to ask if the work is finished, and the hours of noises… Otherwise, next…

Excellent Restaurant of Saint-Brieuc with free and delicious Asian flavors. Impeccable and high quality seafood.
Reasonable prices to overgrow. The city's unavoidable establishment.

The hotel is very good the attention of the staff correct the beautiful city and its tram system, I loved it.

The hotel was very nice and the room was very good. A few steps from the courthouse and therefore the tram stop "Courthouse which is really great for transporting to Bordeaux les +: — Nearby tram station — very well soundproofed —: — Expensive breakfast — family room a little tight.

Perfect Hotel. Large and clean room. Welcome staff to improve. Breakfast good (but the quality drops over the years). Avoid the restaurant: sad, dishes without flavor, service provided by young employees who are asked if they were one day at the Hotel school (we are however fans a hotel says 4 *).

Very good hotel. Personal very considerate and pro. Room very clean, quite large and functional.

The staff was very helpful Rooms with comfortable bed and sofa. A little neglected the daily supply of coffee and glasses in the room. 99% of employees do not speak (even improvised) Italian. Often the room cleaning staff disturbs the morning. The TV for us Italians is a luxury that we can not afford there is not a single channel IN Italian. Reason? Most of the customers are French, English or Spanish… so they are useless channels in other languages. Well if I were to go back to Bordeaux again I certainly would not choose the Novotel Bordeaux Centre.

Very nice and comfortable, especially for families with children. You can walk to the center, well located.

This structure is well located in relation to the centre and the activities, easily reachable by public transport. Unfortunately it starts to show the passing years: it should be renewed otherwise the ibis next door is more Attractive.

Comfortable Hotel, our room had some flaws (sink a bit clogged, toilet door rubbing on the floor. We may have stumbled upon the wrong room.

A good Novotel, with its room for 4, 2 adults and 2enfants, its parking and its Super breakfast Novotel Buffet, with fluted Bordeaux in premium…

Nice rooms, Two bathrooms each room, not too far from the river front. Very helpful and professional staff!

Location is decent but rubbish service. How many people are there in the room? Two. How many teabags will you get? One. How many times will you call to ask for more? Five. What will they give you? One teabag. I cannot believe that a hotel with a brand of Novotel is doing this. Look at the long queues and the uninterested staff at the reception it will turn you off!

For the price and relative close proximity this is a great hotel. Friendly staff that speak multiple languages, decent breakfast and room size. Our room had a mild scent when we walked in but a few minutes of the window open and it didn't come back.

A very tired looking hotel really is not a 4 star rooms nothing special and breakfast fairly basic.

Expensive. Miss leading on parking and not so clean.

It is perfect, the hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and they are very well insulated. I recommend!

The Windows don't open, they weren't able to print the correst adress on the receipt and the internet connection is shaky, to put it nicely. Would not return there.
