Kind and friendly, but room without fridge and with a ridiculous safe. Inconvenient bathroom put in a room of 1 x 1.5 meters. Breakfast not recommended. The strong is the location.

The hotel is very good and the location is great. Too much noise in the streets adjacent to the hotel that prevents sleeping. A breakfast at 12, 50 "buffet" or lacks terribly everything there is written on the map. Lack of salty products! Where are the fruits? The small pastries were nothing fresh it's a pity there are plenty of bakery next door! In addition, there seems to be a right pass. Some do not queue to pay and it does not bother anyone…

Location at the top, nice rooms ask to be sure the back rooms otherwise slightly noisy suite situation in the middle of the staff and top executives I really recommend.

Superbly located right in the centre of Bordeaux. The rooms are very well decorated and very comfortable.

The bathroom/toilet is far from optimal, serious progress is to be made. The insulation is not great either, disgruntled customers from the next room inconvenienced us for 20 minutes, their complaints were clearly audible!
Very good breakfast on the other hand (I just regret that scrambled eggs are not offered), comfortable bed, extra heating in supplement, ideal location in the centre of Bordeaux.

A charming hotel very discreet. Do not go for a view of madness, but the room was beautiful, spacious, very nice welcome! You are right in the center for not much, with real comfort! I highly recommend.

Nice hotel in the inner city, a bit loud in the evening. Walls are very thin. Breakfast could be more.

Clean rooms and great location, but the rooms above us partid all night and kept us awake until 4am.

Large beautifully decorated room but noise level important Street: awakened by garbage, cleaning and telephone conversations of a maid. Probably best in this beautiful city of Bordeaux…

Stayed here for one night on a business trip.
Positive: very well located, in a very busy street, full of bars and restaurants. The hotel is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is varied and well decorated.
Negative: a tiny room just off the kitchen and the elevator. The office was just too tiny. Cannot work properly in these conditions. As I have never managed to join the Wi — Fi network.
The price was not excessive for the night: € 79. But given the conditions of accommodation, I can't find it of great value.

Very pretty and downtown. TV with USB and HDMI input. Apart from that the concept is resourcefulness. No explanation no sign do not disturb a key to guard systematically, really means breakfast delivered to oneself and poorly monitored. Spacious no view, no bathtub one room spacious.

Room very small but clean bizarre and funny, too bad the reception do not know how it works.

No "room service. " No free parking — we paid 60 Euros in a municipal lot 5 blocks away. Nowhere do they tell you that it is on a pedestrian mall. I am disabled and had to help drag our bags all the way in. No pool of any kind that I saw. The room was bare bones. And when we asked repeatedly for how to use the supposed Wi-Fi, we were told by all of the desk clerks that it is "very difficult. " No one could explain it to us. This hotel is not what they present it to be.

No phone in the room, no TV (finally only 2 channels). 100 euros a night has much better on bordeaux.
