Hotel not deserving 4 stars …
Poorly insulated rooms, noisy ventilation and half-musty shower head…
Breakfast is made up of industrial products and the choice is very limited (the COVID which limits the choice I guess …).
On arrival we are asked the time at which we go to breakfast so that there are not too many people. Then at breakfast, the hostess tells us that there are already too many people but it doesn't matter.
No product in the room (water, tea, …) we are obliged to go begging at the reception.
This was our first mercury experiment, but I am already confident that it will be our last.

Lunch limited to 8:15 plus scrambled egg it has Good back the virus.

Very cute hotel. Beautiful decoration. Pleasant staff. Beautifully decorated breakfast room and surrounded by greenery. There is also a dining room, a PlayStation pool table, and there is also a playstation pool.
The room is very comfortable
The Futuroscope is an eight-minute walk away. To get there it's easy just follow the line on the ground.

Very quiet and clean, well attended friendly and attentive staff. My daughter had or bound her nintendo that was found and is going to be sent. Super a rare honesty to emphasize. Thanks to the whole team welcoming delicious food and maintenance at the top.

We highly recommend this hotel. Pleasant and very professional staff. Listening to customers. Nice and very clean room. Bedding and bathroom just perfect. Breakfast the top of the top and restaurant meals just excellent. We had a great time. Thank you to the whole team.

Nice hotel right beside futuroscope (10 mins walk). Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent. — 1 star because the restaurant under cooked our steak and burgers despite asking for them to be well done and they still came back pink after sending them back to be further cooked.

The hotel takes advantage of its proximity to the Futuroscope, no need to pay for parking at the entrance to the park.
I recommend this hotel, but it has a cost!

There is nothing close for dinner at a reasonable price. The Ensada, is the worst I've eaten, and veal, more fat than meat.

The hotel itself is OK, the rooms are beautiful but relatively small. The big Plus is that they have rooms of 6. Cleanliness OK (And I'm a psychopath said to be). Very nice staff. I only put 3 stars because there were no small details that make you see that one is in a high-end hotel (eg: samples of shampoo or other, coffee machine, etc. ) but mainly because the restaurant is not up to par. Even if it stays good. It is a short walk from the Futuroscope and I advise you to use Google map rather than the route drawn on the ground if in the evening you are in a hurry to return.

Good room, bathroom too. Finish of the middle room. No toilets in the bathroom.

Not enough choice for breakfast and no catering possible at dinner (early May 2018), it's not really worthy of a ☆ ☆ ☆ all this…
For the rest nothing to complain, very friendly and responsive staff.

Very well located hotel, close to the Futuroscope and the motorway, 15 minutes from Poitiers.

Management problems are all over. This hotel is newly renovated. However, the problem is with cleanliness of bathroom, sports and marks all over, badly washed divider glass. Toilet is not as clean as should be. TV remote not working. However these people are pushing to take photocopies of guests IDs and they keep them. All of this despite the fact that I am long time Accor group member and stayed in hundreds of their hotels. So either owners are running some sort of ID scam ring or they just plainly treat every guest as a potential vilian. You decide if you want to stay in a chain hotel that doesn't really care about your privacy. Besides, there are literally bunch of hotels nearby.

Nice friendly hotel Everything is spotless as new. Tastefully done. Blue color created soft and pleasant ambiance. Good staff Convenient to go to the futuroscope even on foot.

Great hotel with rooms futurites we had come during the new Year and the dishes for the new Year was a marvel we slept very well and babyhood is very clean as well as a perfect home.

A very good hotel. Very nice quadruple room with the partition that separates the two rest areas. A restful sleep thanks to the quality of the bedding and the soundproofing of the rooms. Nice decor. A very varied breakfast indispensable for the assault of a second day at the Futuroscope.

It's a new Hotel. Pleasant, Modern and functional room. All expectations in terms of modern Hospitality. The stay was pleasant despite the environment of an artisanal area and the proximity of the Railway. A 10 minute walk from the Park.

Nice hotel conveniently located just 10min walk from the Futuroscope Park. Nice spacious room with large litter (180). Shower correct whatever a little small. Very good breakfast Good overall score.

Room and TV is ok. Breakbeat is poor long waiting just for coffee.

We went there for dinner at the restaurant, La Cuisine de Marie. The decor is cozy & pleasant; we were welcomed & seated by friendly staff with courteous table service throughout the meal. As starters, we had foie gras & fish terrine followed by duck in honey & ginger sauce and fish soufflé in lobster sauce. To finish on a sweet note, we had the nougat glacé which revealed to be a great choice. On the overall, it was a lovely experience & we highly recommend it.

A little bit farther than other hotels to the park, service is nice and room is clean. Breakfast might be a bit on the expensive end but very enjoyable.

Hotel mercury a pleasant stay within 10 minutes from the futuroscope.

After a day at the Futuroscope we stayed in this hotel for one night. The staff there is very nice. Clean and quiet rooms. The bedding is comfortable. The full breakfast.

Hotel shabby, not meet the Accor standards. Deplorable kitchen. Water damage in the room at 3 o'clock in the morning… However, staff very welcoming and friendly. Inconvenience is offset by room and restaurant available.

Sloppy kitchen, serve the cod with a red wine sauce, more than weird.
