Great welcome, very well eaten I highly recommend.

Hello, we had a great time, the team is very nice! And the sanitary measures are clear and applied.
At the time of dinner a little girl (4/5 years old) was towards the dessert buffet. One of the waiters went up to her, asked her if she needed anything, then took a plate and patiently served her whatever she wanted. The sense of service to the end

Hotel not deserving of 4 stars …
Poorly insulated rooms, noisy ventilation and half moldy shower head …
The breakfast is composed of industrial products and the choice is very limited (covid which limits the choice I guess …).
On arrival we are asked the time at which we go to breakfast so that there are not too many people. Then at breakfast time, the hostess tells us that there are already too many people but it does not matter.
No product in the room (water, tea, …) we are forced to go begging at the reception.
This was our first experience with mercury, but I am already sure that it will be the last.

The restaurant and the tooooop thank you to the employees are perfect nice helpful and professional I would highly recommend this hotel and this restaurant 5 stars or more to the next.

Very good welcome but no waiter at the bar so no cocktail and restaurant closed tonight.

Correct but nothing more. The rooms are very quiet. Breakfast is very plentiful. Salty and sweet for gourmets.

Ideal location at the exit of the motorway and a stone's throw from futuroscope park. The welcome is nice. Access to the restaurant is convenient but the service a bit disorganized.
Rooms clean and relatively well soundproofed.

Despite a rather nice room and a good quality bed we were bothered by the soundproofing problems! The front door that looks directly onthe outside closed badly (important day at the bottom of the door) which probably aggravated the noise of the nearby highway. Also the first night we were extremely embarrassed to hear our room neighbors during their particularly noisy and disgusting frolics! I even think it was prostitution because they left in the middle of the night. So I don't think I'll go back to this unpleasant experience.

Good location to motorway for onward journey. Good basic facilities. Drinks and food in restaurant a bit expensive.

Room that does not correspond at all to the description for which we had booked the room. Our child's bed was an uncomfortable folding bed, which we had to unfold in the middle of the passage. Unable to open the entire front door. The mattress of the main bed has more than lived, we feel the springs. Very audible room, highway — train — poor insulation.

Other than food which needs to be better, it is a very nice hotel with a good price and superb friendly staff.

Nice room, good location. Good quality bar and restaurant. Too bad that despite a do not disturb, it is still! But a good value for money.

This hotel is very well placed. Close to the A10 motorway without suffering too much noise, it allows to reach on foot in 15/20 minutes the futuroscope. But these advantages are paid at a high price. The hotel is made up of several buildings. Each room gives directly to the outside, as in the USA. The noise is average. The rooms are very clean and the staff helpful.

We ate very well in this restaurant adjoining the hotel. We were able to book our table from our room with great ease. We opted for appetizers and dessert buffets. This is very good and they pay particular attention to the quantity being present. The quality is also at the rendezvous. A little more disappointed by the hot buffet than by the other two. Our child ate well too. To report that we twice requested two accompaniments and that each time he had only one. The staff is nice except during stressful times in the middle of the Sunday night service. But let's move on. Always happy with the meals at the Campanile. The room was correct even on three.

Spend two nights at the hotel. Hotel redone clean and nice staff. Only downside we had not been told that the bed for our daughter was a camp bed slipping under the big bed. And the room of the blow was small once the bed installed. And breakfast at will ideal to start the day well.

It helps. Good pasta. Always a little more of the cook. For example salmon pasta it adds rocket. Short value for money C is not bad. 9.90 Euros The price of the pasta dish.

Not value for money. We stayed here with our dog whilst travelling. Positive It is easy to find, being near the motorway and has grassy areas for dog walking and the staff were very friendly Negative It is an expensive version of a travellodge. We eat in what was more like a canteen than a restaurant. The steak was tough and tasteless. The meat and cheese platter was better value.

If we know campanile, we know why we're coming and we're not disappointed. Nice staff special mention for reception, background rock music of the best taste and breakfast buffet with suitable products. Otherwise dinner formula for questionable price and room cramped but quiet. Good stay for 2 nights the Easter we.

Just a stop on the motorway, food is ok but it's not like you have any other options.

The value for money is good but the hotel is not worth 3 stars. Side less: the rooms are small and quite dated. Plus side: the restaurant and breakfasts. The hotel makes it easy to walk to the futuroscope. It takes between 5 and 8 minutes and it is a fully pedestrian road.

Super long wait, not the right commands. A dish served after everyone else. Pizza with very few ingredients. In short, even if the servers are nice, I do not recommend at all.

Correct room. Hotel with parking. Close futuroscope 15 min walk. Free shuttle bus stop in front of the hotel. Average restoration. Diverse breakfast. There's a choice for everyone. Had two dinners. Buffet entrance presenting many possibilities. Warm warm buffet heated and warmed basic kitchen. Buffet serves good without much industrial stuff and sometimes lacks freshness. Very welcoming friendly and smiling staff.

Rooms small but clean, the small is a buffet with a lot of choice pity that the gentleman in the room asked us to leave the table while my nephew barely finished his breakfast and not in a correct way, and when we made the reflection the Mons Their in question was full to his colleagues, we are on vacation and pay our room and our breakfast and the way we were "fired" really did not me more we were 2 adults and 4 children including 2 at low ages. Message to the management if we guests did not come to your hotel you would have already closed. When you work in tourism there is a minimum of sympathy and patience to have. We are not just wallets… If I were to return to Futuroscope we would not return to this hotel.

Perfect. A staff with little care, an indescribable kindness. A buffet very well garnished with the entrance to the hot dishes of the day without forgetting the desserts that the gourmets will enjoy.
We stayed at the hotel on the occasion of a stay at Futuroscope and were so pleased with the restaurant that we came out every afternoon from the park to go and take our lunch there as well.

Average rooms but close to futuroscope parc breakfast and dinner was good.

I let you admire the picture of so-called pasta with Bolognese. It was just pasta with a bad tomato juice without meat at nearly €10. I do not understand that such a dish evening served in any restaurant.
Good… I still put 2 stars to say that the buffet of appetizers is correct and that the desserts is OK although a bit expensive.
Conclusion: If you have some time to eat, look for another address.

The food here isn't anything special, but the price reflects that too, though even so, is say I was a bit disappointed with the burger I got and ended up not eating half of the beef. The server was quite friendly though.

Dishes not always very clean. Service a little long. The quality of the products remains questionable. For 20 Euros/person excluding drinks, the value for money is quite unfavorable. The room is however clean and quite well insulated phonetically.

In group stay we were served dinner even not worthy of a canteen namely a raw slice of salmon just cooked on the surface so's heart. Accompanied cela said rice "pilaf" that rice was in the water. Both groups happy beneficiaries of this preferential treatment have made known their strong discontent unless it disturbs the head of canteen. Sphere strong Campanile in France is really the ' exception and do you know what we had we announced: it was a VIP menu… Phew… don't merit no its 3 stars which I hope have been granted a hospitality. So no for this service.

Give a smoking room is already very limit without asking before (especially for an asthmatic), but dare to lie by saying that this isn't an it's intolerable! The smell in the room very impregnated (we opened for a long time despite the cold of March) and the ashtray indicate that it is one!

Parking in front of the hotel, Futuroscope on foot in 10-15 min.

Absolutely awful place to stay and eat. On a very hot day their aircon was only pumping out hot air and the reception informed that it would not work for cold air. Well hello folks it does not take a rocket scientist to get this right. The kettle and electricity socket to plug a charger into are both directly above the child bed so extremely non child friendly and dangerous. Wife and I ordered a medium steak which arrived almost raw and dripping in blood. I was also informed there were no green beans yet later the person sitting directly behind me has a whole plate full. If it were not for us wanting to attend the Futuroscope theme park I would have gone elsewhere. Avoid at all costs is my recommendation.

Very disappointing performance compared to the price charged: Basic, low-end, narrow rooms and little attentive to guests restaurant service. I highly recommend!

Yet the staff is very welcoming meal the evening is good and generally reasonable prices. The choice for the breakfast is large.

The restaurant looks like a canteen is popping and the hot food buffet is very disappointing.

Room too small for three people. The third pull-out bed is really comfortable. However very good breakfast.

Unable to use my booking, following an accident, I refrain from any comment.
However it is worth noting the State of mind of the institution which although warned of the impossibility of moving on time, to made the withdrawal of all reservations without another speech.

Low range hotel, highway. The rooms are old and without any decoration or any customization. Graffiti on the bars of the bunk beds. The heating of the bath is a neon sign that lights up by clicking on a switch, to renew every five minutes. The open buffet restaurant consists of very little choice for a high enough rate. Only positive: the staff there is friendly and smiling.
consideration should be given to refurbish it and not make crafts.

Cold reception, no smile.
Room very badly ventilated and air conditioning ineffective.
The 3rd bed is tiny and a Tablet located 30 cm above it does not benefit from the width of it.
The Highway noise (door, window and store closed) is unacceptable for a hotel 3 stars.
This hotel deserves a good shot of refreshment and a bit of storage is to be expected.
Breakfast cutlery still wore the food from the previous user.
The breakfast buffet is much fuller than in the IBIS budget hotels
Positive point: the buffets offered at night, are nice.
In conclusion, we wonder how such an establishment could get 3 stars with a hotel service as bad.

New House with great benefits: comfortable bed, TV, bathroom in very good quality, set Kettle/coffee available, Wi — Fi, good layout and integration.

Again and again I'm after the disappointments in this hotel chain there, not to descend. Here, something is not always ok. Bed a wreck. The room stinks of smoke or corrosive cleaning agents. It is loud… Better than sleeping outside when it's raining.

3stars. Our family room was tidy, clean with fresh finishes and a minimalist approach to decor. We loved the buffet breakfast, plenty of room for seating, with a broad range of food on offer. One thing missing from Ibis hotels that ive visited here is the cooked food range, like bacon, eggs and sausages but I am in France! The counter staff at reception were fluent in english too and Futuroscope was an easy 5 minutes walk away. I think Ibis is a bit minimalist sometimes with staffing but we not very fussy types and had no issues.
