Clean room, hearty breakfast, good welcome from the hostesses.

3 star hotel? Tiny and noisy room. Shower behind a curtain in the middle of the room sewer smell the 2 nights and staff not always graceful.

The room was clean, breakfast was amazing, very quiet hotel.

Thank you for waiting for covid breakfast.
When you are not able to respect the announced schedules and the sanitary measures are very very light, I can only be very dissatisfied.

Revisit the breakfasts and reliability of the cleaning staff. 3 rings forgotten in the room and of course no one found them.

Hotel not deserving 4 stars …
Poorly insulated rooms, noisy ventilation and half-musty shower head…
Breakfast is made up of industrial products and the choice is very limited (the COVID which limits the choice I guess …).
On arrival we are asked the time at which we go to breakfast so that there are not too many people. Then at breakfast, the hostess tells us that there are already too many people but it doesn't matter.
No product in the room (water, tea, …) we are obliged to go begging at the reception.
This was our first mercury experiment, but I am already confident that it will be our last.

And hotel to flee, at first glance the hotel seems clean, tiny pillow where we spent very badly the night short I'm not there to criticize the rooms but especially to report a theft from the house team surely. Indeed my husband had slipped a polo shirt under the pillow so that it was a little less raplapla so that he could finally fall asleep in the middle of the night. Unfortunately leaving the room we forgot to pick up the polo under the pillow, we noticed it on the road already far from the hotel. It was already late at night so we decided to call the next day, but the hotel reception tells us they found nothing in the room, the switchboard operator tells me she will check with the room team and will call me back in the day. Two days later still no call I called so I called myself because I do not want to go over a polo brand Hugo boss buy 120 euros a few days before. The same switchboard operator replies to me and repeats the same thing that no one found anything and tells me that if there was something in the room it would necessarily have been found, so I must understand that the 2 young women who made the room kept it obviously … I am filing my complaint against the hotel as the hotel does not disclose the names of the two women who were responsible for cleaning the room when we left. I will not let a polo at 120 with a room so we also paid 120, it's expensive at night … so I will put this comment on all the sites where this hotel appears.

Very welcome but no waiter at the bar so no cocktail and restaurant closed tonight.

Unarranged room, double bed with bunk bed. Ideal for families of 5. Too much noise and smell of the toilets. Pleasant welcome.

Home well, bof room, unpleasant smell in the room, noisy, impractical shower, the bathroom was a bathtub, and the bath carpet soaked. The breakfast in a large room in self mode with not much choice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Only HIC the room some matrimonial beds are double beds of gets made bar in the Middle so unpleasant. Pleasant relaxation area with coffee machine ect.

Well thought out spaces. Very clean and comfortable bedding. No negative points. The breakfast was excellent and the food was great.

Place just correct bed not made on arrival quickly correct by the hostess of the reception and sewer smell in the toilet and bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable.

Spacious and clean room — full and varied breakfast — very reasonable price by looking for a little on the Internet-1 star less for the connection and the lack of a small restoration that would be appreciable after an exhausting day at Futuroscope.

We find the universe of Jules Verne only on some details (few) own family room, a little small but cheap.
Full and unlimited breakfast (until 10.30 am).
Dinner is offered in the evening at the restaurant (not necessary, for having done so).

Bed filled with dust, be it the pillow or the duvet. We have the night to sneeze, the pillow is useless almost non-existent lack of comfort. Noise from people chatting outside the hotel at 1am… room too small for 5 people. Welcome to review.

Very well located:10 minutes walk from Futuroscope Park by a secure footpath.
Very welcome: helpful hostess, smiling and quick.
Spacious and well-appointed family room even if at first it's surprising: next to the door a separate toilet, then a piece of furniture with sink and integrated shelves, then the shower behind. The sink is a little too high for children (think maybe a foot walk)

Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Clim broke down in the room.
It took more than 24 hours for a technician to come and look at the problem.
Otherwise, room and staff welcoming.

A very comfortable hotel with a nice service! I recommend the breakfast which allows to start the day well.

Interior and decoration of the rooms has nothing to do with the name of the hotel. Futuristic theme Deco.
The finishes were forgotten in our room, pencil trace on the ceiling, plastic protection always on the switches.
Small and slippery shower with nothing to stand! And temperamental thermostatic between Jet and shower.
The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed.
Free Wi-Fi but inaccessible. Smart TV that only works in Classic TV.

False publicity. We only see the pictures of the new rooms so what a disappointment to find yourself in an old Deco. No bathroom! A shower hidden by a curtain, a washbasin in the middle of the room. The large bed is 2 small beds side by side with sheets of small beds. A shame! The scam!

Value for money OK room for 5 with a double bed an extra bed and a twin bed.
Quite spacious however you will have to think about putting double or triple glazing.
Otherwise I'll be fine.
The breakfast is a bit pricey but the whole thing is reasonable.

Basic hotel, clean and tidy close to Futuroscope. Family room quite cramped but OK. Cafeteria breakfast, basic but acceptable.

Very poor hotel: room not clean: stain on the carpet, task of what looks like in sauce on the prospectus. Room with limestone and doorless shower so water everywhere. WC is brown trail including the walls. Average location and decent breakfast.
