Very good and a very warm and pleasant welcome thank you.

Hotel to avoid if you can afford better
Our room for 5 people was very small, the bedding very very uncomfortable, our back took expensive!
Lots of little critters all over the room, kind of like mosquitoes but not really, cobwebs around the window.
Extremely hot room, no air conditioning or ventilation, we broke hot!
The TV also didn't work that day
Regarding the shower, it is separated from the sleeping area by a simple curtain
There is a sink right in the middle of the room, not really practical and in our room the faucet did not open properly as it was banging against the mirror
Very expensive restaurant but we did not test
However receptionist very friendly and welcoming.

Tout était super, l'accueil comme la présentation de la chambre! Le petit bémol qui n'enlève en rien l'expérience agréable du séjour est le manque de place. Sauf ceci, on s'y sent comme chez soit!

Hostess welcome very nice, the rooms are clean, quiet place. The dining room is a bit dark and not enough small group table. Hearty breakfast. Chocolate prepared with too much water! The fruit salad not fresh. The decoration much appreciated by children. Despite the few criticisms, this is a place where I would like to come back.

Very practical next to the Futuroscope (you can walk there).
We slept well. The restaurant is classic but sorely lacks windows (it's dark)

All good could do with air con.

However, it's been two times that we go there mainly for children.
But really too noisy.
The slamming doors, the highway.
And really too much. Hot!
You can't sleep on the first night.
The 2nd we had left the window open all day so it was a bit better.
But the noise.

Zero pointed no air conditioning. This does not deserve four stars, full of mosquitoes parking unsecured with a camp of travellers with children who were handing us right next door. The restaurant outside the hotel, inedible meals, not fresh services in the dark so you don't see the grime. Breakfast correct.

Rooms too small for five people but breakfast very good.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. On the other hand the restaurant is expensive and the quality leaves to be desired! €24 for a canteen meal. In short the hotel is fine but avoid the restaurant.

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is available earlier than the 8 o'clock indicated which is appreciable. Only negative note, if you do not come with children, the atmosphere of the pirates restaurant is peculiar.

Perfect Hotel for kids. No frills. Normal breakfast. Excellent price.

This is not a 5 star hotel/restaurant but this hotel/restaurant is well worth 5/5! Thank you to the team for its welcome and availability. I come every year with a group of more or less 170 students and Mathieu is there to meet our demands with great kindness and professionalism. The food is very good and varied, there is really for all tastes! To the fries that are a delight… and we come from Belgium… that is to say! Look forward to coming back next year! Good continuation to the whole team… Valérie.

Hotel ratio qualities/prices correct for a 1 star hotel. A large family practice. Clean nickel. Easy access by car. Easy access to the park on foot breakfast pretty full but French breakfast. Disabled access possible.

We just spent a night at this hotel. Very well appointed room: shower, toilet and sink apart. No one is embarrassed because very large room. Comfortable bed and quiet hotel.
We also have dinner at the restaurant where they offer 1 buffet for 25 €/pers. (dessert entrée). Wide choice in the dishes of mussels and shrimps. Very good value for money.
The breakfast is of the same order.
If we return to the Futuroscope which is a 10min walk we will definitely stay at this hotel which is well worth more than 1 star compared to Campanile which has 3 stars or we were very disappointed regarding the room and the restaurant staff welcoming and Smiling.

Family room Home Nice restaurant pirates with formulas at will. A 10-minute walk from the Futuroscope Park.

Room unaired opening of the window impossible as it overlooks a freeway that never stops, shower bar is falling on the head of my son, bcp bcp of noise in the hallways at night, the pirate theme is a big joke except a sword by CI there There's nothing.

Restoration OK. Small room for 5. No real water room. Lack of intimacy. Not hygienic bed top.

So nearby Hotel/parc OK on the other hand if you like to be cool because when you get back to your room you need to ventilate because of the sewer odors This hotel is for you.
If you want to be woken up early do not hesitate to run there in summary I would say that this is the most noisy hotel I have experienced.
and small point of detail hope it does not rain for breakfast as it is outside the hotel. …

Nice home lacking a bit of Deco in the rooms and disappointed because with my wife on a large bed only 2 single bed covers small, no duvet or large rug trimmed to cover separate not top.

Although the décor is kitch, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and functional, Wi-Fi is on, TV too.
A smell in the toilet not super nice deserves a more sustained attention.
This notice does not take into account the adjoining restaurant which if it is suitable for breakfast is to flee for the evening meal.
So outside the restaurant not value for money.

Very good stay at Futuroscope (Accommodation hotel Les Pirates), simple but very clean hotel with very nice staff, catering nothing to say (many choices) and activities for children during the meal (makeup, balloon sculpture). Good value for money.

We did have a good stay in a hotel the evening meal and very well the atmosphere and super nice animations on the pirates during the school years by very far from the park it is better to arrive 5 minutes before the opening of the park because you will be rummaging at the entrance and S I you get to after opening hello waiting and is better to do first the extraordinary trip because after there is at least 1h waiting it just misses a toilet brushes in the hotel.

Very good location, not even 10 minutes from the Park. Very good breakfast. The only flaw is that when you open the window you hear the noise of the vehicles because of the highway.

Nice welcome but no more.
Spacious room, no noise associated with the highway or the road leading to the activity offices or the adjoining rooms.
Clean overall but not perfect.
Mattress a little soft.
Decoration of the hall in the theme, on the other hand nothing in the rooms except the curtain.

Restaurant in the Super environment, it feels like a changed period. Beautiful scenery. Good food, buffet has will, with great choice and very cool staff. Parking in front. It's outside the park.
Go there you will see it is very friendly and will not be disappointed.

Hotel super friendly in family very quiet, despite the fact that it is on the highway, no noise separate toilet but bathroom in the room no PB when we are in family breakfast very complete as brief as the good.

Classic Hotel, nothing special at the level of the Deco for a pirate hotel.

For a hotel 1 star C is a hotel 1 star, clean level C is well.

Very clean and tidy but staff held us from entering the room for 30 mins for no apparent reason.

The good — 10 minute walk to futuroscope, low prices. The bad — poor maintenance (trash was not emptied when we checked in, toilets smelly), crowded room, very poor breakfast.

Evening Buffet is good, quite a selection — for most, and "easy food" for the kids — beer & wine on tap! Breakfast is another matter though, Cheese & Croissants — pain au chocolate and yogurt is about as good as it gets. Extremely small cereal bowls — this is a typical continental breakfast — no hot food at all. Oh and why do the europeans eat off their trays and not use plates?

A decent hotel with rooms at the pirate theme that appeals to children.
Clean and quiet.

We just spend 3 nights. Decent hotel, a bit expensive but close to futuroscope… We liked: the proximity of the Futuroscope, the reception, the décor of the lobby theme pirate, the ability to share the 5 bedroom, the kids loved the restaurant "Pirates" (facilitators are tops, makeup animation, animation balls, fight pirates armed with swords in a balloon with the facilitators, the décor is nice but it is true that the restaurant is dark and noisy You can have it all! …)
We did not like: very small shower and no pressure, no pressure either to the wc, towels very small, there must be some very noisy rooms (particularly in the DRC, 137 to 147 rooms I think because corridor leading to the restaurant).
Conclusion: very good for 1, 2 or 3 nights just to review rates.

Great hotel when traveling with kids. All minimal necessities are available. Diner in the pirate restaurant where everything, within reason, is allowed and even descent foods for this kind of place. Keep in mind we are traveling with 3 kids age 2.3.5. I travela lot. Normal business hotel I stay during business travel is top end 5*, so I know what is avaliable. For one night great place to stay.

Good price-quality relationship. It has no air conditioning but we have not needed even by 25 °. Cleaning good, passable in the urine. The staff very friendly.

I under my experience at this hotel was grim, bed towels then medijeron I had Wi-Fi in the hotel which signal did not come up to the room even in reception, I was the day 27-05-2014 and the truth is worth a hair to pay more and have better service, they say k is speaks Spanish but not look it, as comes a day before my book request room without saver foulbrood meiva to find, luck that not had room available and medijeron that out to July Verne hopefully my stay had been there a greeting to which read this.
