Great location, all close by and center and jetty. Plenty of cafes within walking distance of 5 minutes. The rooms are small but clean, the staff are very pleasant. In the room, the kettle, the brew, the sugar. The snouts are hearty but not diverse. For 130 euros it is better not to find. The next visit will stay here.

I don't remember if I was ever so disappointed about the hotel I'm staying in, especially the breakfast and the internet service.

Excellent location and cheap. The szreet is sometimes noisy and on hor nights the rooms might be quite hot.

The hotel is good for everyone except for poor ventilation and lack of air conditioning. It's uncomfortable in hot weather.

A good sized room, great breakfast and helpful, friendly staff. Delightfully old-fashioned lift. Comfortable beds. Only issue is the rooms aren't air-conditioned and are stuffy on a warm day. Ask for the window key at reception so you can open all of them. A desk fan is supplied. No complimentary tea/coffee — 2 euros from a vending machine in the lobby.

Slept here on a business trip. No complaints. The hotel itself is close enough to the center, no problem to get. The room is not large but clean, towels, soap, hair dryer all have. The only thing that didn't really like it was the breakfast. There is no choice, coffee is not tasty. There was a couple of croissants (not very fresh), cheese, sausage, some porridge… In general, it is better to have breakfast somewhere in the city.

We stayed twice last summer. Very nice rooms! Great staff! Fantastic location! Would stay here again and highly recommend.

For simple accommodation this place ticks all the boxes. Good rooms, good breakfast, walk from train station, shops nearby, helpful staff…

Nice hotel in the heart of Helsinki. The rooms are not very large but have everything you need, clean. The room was clean and comfortable. Quality is consistent with price. Recommend.

Nice accommodation in Helsinki. Helsinki is also worth seeing in winter.

Look and feel like taken out of Soviet era East Germany. They probably forgot we are in 21 century.

A modest and old hotel with all the amenities.
Plastic glasses and the presence of only towels in the bath (without a tooth. Brushes, pastes, razors, etc. ) surprised.
Breakfast is good, everything is clean and cozy.
For 2 nights maximum.

Good location that's a cheaper option if you're in downtown Helsinki. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very helpful and English wasn't an issue. If you're planning on sightseeing or going out for any other reason, the only request they have is that you leave your key at the desk to be buzzed in later.

Medium to low cost hotel alternative in expensive Helsinki. Rooms are small and basic with a somewhat old and worn down impression, the bathroom is tiny. Overall sufficient though and the place is clean and tidy. Breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly and helpful, reception 24/7.

The hotel is ok value for money for helsinki. Breakfast is basic, but agree with a lot of the reviews regarding the rooms. It's so old and beds are tiny. There is also no air conditioning in room which was uncomfortable. Staff are friendly though.

Giving. Places shabby. But the water in the shower, the size of the room and the location are excellent. 140 Euros is the lowest price. Parking is 20 at the local parking garage.
They've settled in 9.00. The lady at reception is the owner.
Breakfast buffet … Powder Omelet. It's the first time I've seen it:) ) The rest of the breakfast at! …
Plus, the car was standing in a parking garage up to 14.00. I didn't say anything about the co-payment.

A simple but nice hotel, caring more about the guest rooms than about public representation. I like this style.

Good Hotel with clean and neat rooms. Friendly staff who give all details about nearby restaurants, shoppings centers. They also have shuttle cab service for Airport and its much cheaper. Breakfast is good but limited options.

The receptionist that welcomed us looked a bit unhappy (not very welcoming)
the room was quite dusty under the bed and around the walls and the breakfast was quite … basic. I think is the proper word. But other than that it was fine and I do like the history factor and look of the hotel and besides the first receptionist the staff was nice :)

Nice and comfortable, good price great location. Breakfast was included and was actually very decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bonus was after my friend forgot his passport and only realised at the airport and after we called the hotel they sent his passport to the airport for us. They went out of their way to help and for that we're really grateful! Was great value anyway, I'd stay again.

Really superb breakfast and friendly (for a Finn) staff, but it feels like you're house-sitting in your soon to die great-Aunt's house in terms of design. The single rooms are tiny even by English standards.
