What an amazing service. Management has been so kind with my family and understanding re rooms, check in after our huge flight from New Zealand. The restaurant and service are fabulous. I can not recommend this lovely boutique hotel enough!

This is a fantastic hotel. Extremely well managed. Fantastic service. The rooms are very clean. The rooms are well decorated. We ended up accidentally at this hotel after we were transferred to this location because our original hotel (Glo Art hotel) we booked was over sold. We were glad since this location was ideal … and conveniently located near Esplanade and the Market center, near harbor.

This hotel is perfect. Highly recommend for your stay in Helsinki. You can’t beat the location. Minutes from amazing restaurants. The staff is warm and friendly. The decor is gorgeous. The included breakfast has many options in a beautiful restaurant. They even sent us off with a take away spread when we left very early to catch our flight. We loved this hotel. Also, be sure to make a reservation at the restaurants Yes, Yes, Yes & Juuri. Both 2 min walks from Lilla Roberts! Amazing.

Great location & stylish room! Service is excellent. Sunday morning breakfast was rather chaotic 30min before closing, few items (bread & orange juice) ran out and most tables were not set, but the staff were plenty and fixed the situation quickly.

Excellent and professional service as I have experienced on multiple return visits. On our latest visit the staff have yet again exceeded our expectations. My wife and I love the style of Hotel Lilla Roberts. We're looking forward to our next return visit!

Comfortable, spacious and well-designed in most respects. I had a technical problem with the faucet in the bathroom which should have been spotted by housekeeping but wasn't. After I notified the friendly people in the reception it was fixed on the same day. Also, the shower area is too much open, so that water spilled on other areas of the bathroom. The buffet breakfast is very good.

Hacking! In the Krogroba restaurant after 17:00, you can enjoy the extraordinary delicious traditional Finnish dishes. Dinner for two with drinks will cost about 150 euros. The location of the hotel is very good. Three levels of protection from uninvited guests. The breakfasts are amazing! And the most important is the check-in ahead of time, for which you separate huge thank you!

Amazing but no coffee cups in room and receptionist kept giving us wrong directions.

The location of the city center, whether to visit, eat, shopping is very convenient. The hotel lobby is small and elegant . The rooms are in black and white, and the rooms are bigger than normal. There are supermarkets on the corner, very convenient, recommended!

Nice rooms with space Nicely decorated but black is predominant Don’t like the smell (the hotel’s perfume is too strong) Doesn’t worth a 4* : no coffee/tea set You need to order it to the room service and they charge 5€ And from one day to an other they removed the kettle … The breakfast is quite good Very small gym with only 2 machines working The towels are not replace properly The room temperature control panel is not reactive.

A gorgeous home — from — home design hotel close to the centre of Helsinki. Best breakfasts ever!

Location, deco, meet & greet and overall experience was 5*. Breakfast notched one off as the hot buffet was cold (incl carelian pies). Easy fix, but an important one. Nice to see raw porridge in the buffet selection, and it was tasty, too. With all attention to detail in general this is a place to return to.

The hotel is in a central location, beautifully decorated and the staff are absolutely lovely. The rooms are spacious and they made every effort to accommodate our 1 year old. The restaurant is large and the food is delicious, the room service is quick and efficient and, again, very accommodating. Loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Delicious breakfast in the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere! The breakfast room is gorgeusly designed. Excelent home-made bread and great overnight oats! Minus for frozen vegetables and dry cheese also the scrambled eggs were really dry… But the service is excelent and coffee served straight to the tables Great start for your day.

Very nice hotel, well located, with a great breakfast and good restaurant for lunch/dinner. Rooms (depending on what you get) aren't very large but are comfortable, with beautiful bathrooms.

Well presented hotel, and rooms. Unfortunately our beds were tiny and quite uncomfortable. Being positioned near a local main road and fire station we slept very poorly throughout our stay.

The rooms are spacious and feels luxurious, modern and with a good standard but with a classical touch to it. The breakfast it's very good and the restaurant serves amazing food. The location is pristine, as there is a short walk to nearly everything. Went here in 2016 and would recommend it to anyone visiting Helsinki.

Beautifully designed. Staff was super helpful and polite. Loved the ambience and the food at the adjoining yesterday was delicious. One tiny complaint: I wish the waffle you can order separately at breakfast would have been more "waffle-like". Felt more like a waffle cone made with a panini press. But that's tiny. Would stay here again.

Krog restaurant has excellent food with a bistro style ambiance.

The hotel bar, Lilla E, serves probably the most spectacular cocktails in Helsinki. Definitely worth the visit!
