We had breakfast buffet the ambiance and the variety specially the healthy choice was excellent. The supervisor Menfesawit was professional looking after each table.

Almost perfect. Location, quality of service (from front desk to room service), two great restaurants, friendly staff, can't recommend enough this hotel. Rooms are meticulously clean and spacious.

Our family recently stayed at Aya Hotel, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way.

I loved the room I was staying at, the corner suite. It was incredibly spacious and the room service was also great. The hotel was just a few minutes away from the airport.

Place is ok. Food was not so bad. The Morocco bath (by Wossen) was really good.

Good food and service. They have great chicken food for healthy food lovers. It is on main road near to Megenagna and Hayahulet, with inside hotel safe parking space and outside coffee ceremony.

I was placed here as transit by Ethiopian Airlines due to long layover. Free to and from Bole airport. Free meals served in a nice restaurant. Nice luxurious clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff.

I went here for a massage, not for the hotel, at the recommendation of a guide. It was an excellent very firm deep tissue massage.

This was my second trip to Addis and my second stay at Guzara Hotel. Absolutely wonderful experience. They hosted my proposal surprise for my girlfriend who is now my fiancé.

The customer service was good, however if you could work on the mattresses on the rooms B are honestly thin and when you sleep is not comfortable, also add some toiletries like colgate for customers.
