Good hotel with late check out time… The internet is kinda slow though.

One of the few 5-star rated hotels in town. Parking and traffic is as always an issue especially at rush hours. Not particularly fond of the surrounding environment, dirt roads and unfinished construction around it. However it’s brand name and proximity to the airport and tourist/youth hotspot of the town makes it still popular.

It's a good hotel in a great location. Only problem is internet, it's problematic and breakfast service could be improved.

Clean and comfortable room with wonderful service. My first night, a drunken man from Equatorial Guinea was hanging out in the lobby and said something rude to me. The employee at the front desk saw what happened and called me later to personally apologize to me (though it was absolutely not her fault). I felt that throughout my stay every single staff member made it their business to ensure that I was happy and having a good time in Addis Ababa. A truly professional and dedicated team in a beautiful hotel close to the city's main attractions.

According to the driver, the restaurant was opened by the Chinese. The hotel as a whole is very ordinary, if the price of more than 120 dollars, it is not worth staying.
The toilet drainage is very poor, take a bath water will be full outside, drainage holes are not in a nominal. The staff was very friendly and the service was very good.

Friendly staff, big rooms, close to the city centre and airport! A lot of constructions around a bit noisy!

They have a very cosy sports bar which also serves for Karaoke nights. One can have good time there.

Good place no view neer to Edna mall in save area.

Stayed overnight in transit. Rooms are superb with a huge family size shower. Check in took quite some time though for some reason.

This is a very nice and friendly staff hotel. Services are of high standard and hotel rooms are quite big, the hotel has very nice restaurant. the view is not special but I think majority of hotels around the area have the same view.

Nice rooms. Very good utilized. Nice tv. Water boiler. Free water everyday. Nice fitness salon. Breakfast can be considered weak but enough. İnternet ok. Available restaurants at walking distance.

At a first look from outside, nothing special. Then you will be hightly surprised: rooms are up to date, clean and spacious. Restaurant with excellent breakfast, not tried dinner. Small but very well equipped gym for the sport lovers. Service is prompt and efficient. Business traveller.

Just when you think everyone may have forgotten your birthday, you find out a surprise party is headed your way. Me as part of an airline crew staying one hotel to other never ever overwhelm by setting all their effort inviting me to have a cake cutting ceremony. That was a birth taking overwhelming surprise from a firm like "THE GOLDEN TULIP" Addis Ababa can reach … I bow my head and thanks again and again for that delicious Vanilla cake … that was one awesome and top of the world customer service I have experienced… Long live Golden Tulip Addis Aababa…
