How can they be charging for the gym for in house guests who r on short transit.

Best hotel in the city of Addis ababa.

It’s best hotel investment in Ethiopia.

To get service on their hair salon 1st they charge you before you get service 2nd I dont think the stylists are professional plus they are not helpful at all uhh.

I have a swimming contract for three kids for a month, two hours a day. While the services of the receptionists are commendable — friendly and helpful — the overall management of that section is poor. Three issues as evidence in just a week :
1. It took them five days to issue admission cards to the pool and this was mainly because they had no time to put stamps on the cards that the front desk readied promptly.
2. You are forced to buy internet time despite the fact that you are a customer. This is the extent to which their hospitality goes!
3. They don't have the courtesy to inform you in advance that the swimming pool will be closed for whatever reason: you find out yourself after you have wasted your time, hence disrupting your plans. In one word, THEY JUST DON'T CARE! Very sad that this is happening in the hospitality industry in this day!

I had a meeting there for 4days… nice services. We didn't experience any interruptions and services were available on time.

Comfortable and friendly staff. Excellent Indian buffet restaurant. Breakfast buffet ok but less choice and more quality would be better. Hotel only appears to be single glazed so you do get outside noise.

It's old hotel but make yoy feel your in athopea the staff are helpful neer activity area and need to be abrove there breakfast to have more chois I don't recmand for family's.

Bern there already 2 times with overall 3 weeks as a resident. Location is ok. Nice pizza made right there… Nice staff in the bar and the Indian restaurant. Rooms. Please stay away from the west wing where mostly local stays as it was disasterous room, shower, furniture… In the east wing was much much better room, but still need to cover chairs with the towel if you want to seat on them. Breakfast… Took only once and my stomach got upset because of the cooky took with the coffee… Coffee — up the hill from the hotel is a shopping center with the Coffee beans… Best even tried… Ask local people what they drink or what they would like to drink and they will tell you TOMOKO as a first choice. Alcohol in a shops very expensive, bring your own… Otherwise beer is great as there are 3 Heineken owned breweries around Addis, so quality is perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Harmony. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning crew were absolutely amazing! Special thanks to Eyouel for making our stay extra special. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone — location is perfect as well!

Good value. Room was clean, and the facilities were quite good (the internet was fast and reliable). The mattress in my room was quite soft, if you have back problems it would be wise to call ahead and see if they have other options.

Situated off Bole Road so location is quite convenient. There are some shopping options nearby (a bit sad though). There is an Indian restaurant where the food choices are fine but the taste and ingredients depends on how lucky you are on the given day. The rooms are recently done up so manageable but without the ac in most rooms it’s an issue if you have time off in the afternoon and need to be indoors. It gets stuffy.

Great place to stay. It is itself a mini market with facilities inside the premises. Gym, sauna and steam bath are one of my favorite in this hotel.

Very nice hotel with great amenities. A superb swimming pool with gym, spa and many other amenities makes this an ideal place to stay at. Friendly efficient attentive staff makes everything pleasant. A souvenir kiosk, a small convenience store is part of the facility. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom has a full range of complimentary condiments with embroidered towels, etc. Hot water was only luke, but that was a minor issue. The biggest issue was a loud, thumping noise — not sure if it was building work at the hotel or adjacent, but with that noise it took a while to fall asleep.

Hotel is fine and most employees are very friendly and helpfull. Tough the room was a little outdated and I had no Wi-Fi connection in the room because the access point was broken, I have reported this 5 times but nothing happened.

Its such an amazing hotel. Best customer service, very clean rooms, friendly employees… Highly recommend.

I waited two hour to get what I ordered for dinner. The waitresses are horrible.

Stuck in a bygone era. You pay for what you get. Not even a single diet drink. Very very basic.

Disappointed with this hotel. The mattress in the room was awful. You could feel every spring. It was so uncomfortable that we switched rooms the next day. The mattress in the new room was equally poor, but at least this one had a mattress pad so it was not as painful. However, the bathroom toilet leaked water all over the floor constantly. We reported this issue but it was never addressed. We had to keep towels around the floor to prevent it from flooding onto the carpet. The showers are full off black mold. There is a mosque next door that wakes you up at 4 am blasting something on a loud speaker. The only good about this hotel is the gym. The pool looked nice but was crowded with children all the time. Not worth it.

Hotel staff are very nice. Rooms have some problems here and there. It’s very clean, good neighborhood.

Its location is inarguably great. Some rooms have quite better features than the others. Sincere and humbel employee are offering a nice service. Here is not as luxury and elegant as Golden Tulip Addis Ababa because GT is in five star class but considering the price that you pay, it's normal. Consequently, a hotel that you will definetely like and have good time. I recommend.

Great hotel service, good food, amazing service. It is also located in Bole, the most loved place in the capital, where all the people would love to stay. You can find all the best restaurants, the best Movie theater and more in a walking distance.

Great hotel in the bustling city of Addis. Located near many shopping areas and eating joints. Definitely for the international traveler.

A good standard hotel with spa option.

Ok hotel but it seems a quality one by local standards. It is rated 4 stars but the staff'English is not great and the service is a but speedy. The rooms are nice/OK. Great pool and gym.

The hotel is few miles away from bole int'l airport. There service is nice and waiters are friendly. The spa is one of the best spot in town of addis.

Great food, great service, great Wi-Fi. Loved the heated pool and Spa. Punctual airport transfers, spacious rooms. Great hospitality. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is good choice for business travelers, location is excellent just 1.6 kilometers from airport.

Good place to stay and really center. Great team.

Great hotel, free fast Wi-Fi. They also have a nice gym and pool. The breakfast is really good and they make great scrambled eggs. Sometimes there are loud parties in the hotel. Overall great area and great hotel.

This has been our regular hotel over two years. It is a great value for money. Rooms on the new wing is spacious and comfortable.

I stayed there for 29 days and I loved their room, pool, spa, all their health center staff, Housekeeping staff, front desk staff, and the guards. I highly recommend this hotel and I would gladly come back because they made me feel like home. Thank you again.
