If you are looking for an exceptional experience then this the hotel! The hospitality was above expectations. The food and spa services were some of the best I've had. Everyone in this hotel made our family feel welcome, safe, and exceptionally cared for. Returning to the hotel felt like coming back home after a long day.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm hospitality at the Kaleb Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and every interaction was met with a genuine smile and willingness to help.
The location is absolutely perfect—had great restaurants, and easy transportation options. Whether we were sightseeing or just exploring the local area, everything was conveniently within reach.
A special mention must go to the General Manager, who was incredibly attentive and hands-on throughout our stay. His professionalism, warmth, and personal touch truly made a difference, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. He was also able to arrange visits to cultural dinners, tours, and the Mercado (largest market in Africa). He made our stay perfect, and at a great value!
I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. If you're looking for a stay that combines comfort, convenience, value, and top-notch service, be it for business or pleasure, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be returning!

The staff is amazing and so wonderful and caring. They are so friendly and take such great care of all the guests! It is in a great location. The rooms are nice and the sports bar is amazing! The gym is much better than many hotels in the United States! I would much rather stay at the Kaleb than an Americanized hotel in Ethiopia. It has great ambiance and the food was quite good! I can’t wait to come back! Great value for the money. Very clean and very safe!

Kaleb hotel is very suitable for your stay in Addis Ababa! This is not my first time stay at Kaleb hotel.
They have very good bars with a great services.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Only stay if you absolutely have to, rooms not clean, food bland and not tasty, there is nothing good to say about this establishment.

This was the hotel provided to us when our connecting Ethiopian Airlines flight was delayed by 12 hours. Very near to the airport with their shuttle service. Although it was just one night, the room was not so great. The linens were discoloured from use, cockroaches in the bathroom and very loud music all night from the nightclub next door. I would suggest higher floors if at all you staying here. Not recommended for holiday stay or layover.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at kaleb hotel, and the experience exceeded all expectations, leaving me with unforgettable memories of a truly exceptional stay. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury, comfort, and unparalleled hospitality.

Room was nice and clean service was good. Buffet was ok, staffs were nice and helpful. Laundry was expensive. A bit outdated but the excellent staff treatment made up for it. We got option to get a room away from the nightclub noise, we are thankful for that.

Omg. Where shall I start, well the airport shuttle pick up was late for couple hours, once we arrive at the hotel, they try to put a fast one on us, they claim that they couldn't find our booking so they wanted us to do a new booking and double the price, once we refused, they gave us our rooms.
OK OK… Well our rooms we're extremely disgusting and both our sheets and walls had red stain and our pillows were without a pillow covers. We ask for change of rooms and we we're told straight up NO. So when we we're leaving for the airport, the shuttle driver basically refused to take us for no apparent reason. So if they even ask you to stay for free Don't.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The room did not cleaned. Stains on sheets, couch, and the room floor was DISGUSTING! Despite it being a double room, there was just a single towel provided. The noise due to a bar nearby was disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. I believe potential guests should consider these factors when choosing to stay at this hotel. I hope my experiences duly assist others in forming a well-rounded understanding of what to expect at this hotel. I also hope the management takes these concerns into consideration for improvement.

No. Well the breakfast was totally a joke. They have a buffet which was nothing to pick.
The worst of all, the cleaning house keepers accused me leaking wine on their sheets and charged me ET$1, 500.00. I tried to protest which resulted the smily receptionist to side with them to scavenge for my money. There is a nearby bar that works seven days to blast its music throughout the night.
They are only good in keeping your luggage safe. The manager makes sure cleaners clean the room; not our stuff which is good.
