The resort has almost all what you are looking for either if you are couples or a family, but more convenient to a family. All the staff is super kind and friendly, especially Mr. Ashraf at the reception whom I want to thank him personally for making our vacation unforgettable one although it was our second visit to the resort. ❤️🙏 The beach is very good and sandy with walking distance to the magical coral leafs with the surrounding different fish shapes and colors. Room was perfect and exceptional, sea view with modern design and furniture. Animation team is good, but I had seen better. Last year there was even better. Food is ok, not so tasty but accepted, you will enjoy all the day meals any way. I've been there twice and will definitely come back again.

A very friendly employees starting by all reception personnel, Mr Ashraf, Mohammed, Asem and of course Mr Abdullah… Mr Ali how is always smiling and solving any problems. thanks 🙏 for the great chiefs and the restaurant staff… specially chief A Reda, Mohammed, PIZZA MAN GABER 🍕🍕🍕 and all the beach bar staff, and Mr Yousry. of course we can't forget Mr Abdul Hamid 😍😍😍 with his special drinks and his big friendly smile… Thanks for everything dear Prima life family ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Everything is great, rooms were clean and very comfortable the staff was amazinĺg, large and clean swimming pool, beach was amazing, food was very good I highly recommend.

Very very beautiful place I recommend it for anyone need place to have a wonderful vacation: — Place is very clean, maintained and modern — Staff the best thing ever in prima life they are very helpful, cheerful and do everything to let you happy and enjoy your stay, all of them do that from their hearts — Food is a high quality, very good varieties, clean and very delicious available all the time and by the way they do best pizza ever on the beach — Beach is sandy with a very good reef to enjoy snorkeling Totally prima life Makadi is best place ever to have wonderful vacation you have to try it yourself.

We are here for the 2nd time. It's gorgeous. The hotel has a very special flair. The food is very good. The staff very friendly and helpful. The facility is very nice. Also the beach area is great.

Overall, it's a good experience, but not excellent and not 5 stars — good choice of food, regularly cleaned rooms and swimming pool, corals and fish at the beach, animation etc. There are aspects that can be improved, especially in terms of hygiene in the main restaurant and service, guests should be seen as guests who need rest and not as ATMs. Furthermore, if you are from Northern/ Western Europe and you enjoy a calmer and cozier atmosphere ("gezelligkeid", "hygge"), that's not the right place as the majority of the guests are from Central and Eastern Europe and there is a lot of screaming, running after perfectly behaving children by crazy mothers, and anxious conversations about prices etc …

I would not recommend this hotel, from the service levels alone. Its a lovely hotel, with a great beach and pool but the service received was awful from the staff. The housekeeper and animation team are fantastic, I wish we could say the same about the rest of the staff. Rude, unhelpful and not polite at all. Feedback was sent to the hotel but they did not bother to reply. Again, another show of poor service.

It's a 3 to 4 star hotel. That should be rated as 7 on booking or TripAdvisor. The current rating is not matching with the quality of the hotel. Food is in fair quality, bathroom amenities are low quality with no conditioner, beach size is too small, customers reserve their beach seats from the night before, which is not allowed in any hotel. Its a frustrating experience.

One of the best and most wonderful places I have ever visited, and when I stayed at this hotel I felt that I did not want to go home again, I really thank this successful management and their excellent selection of all the staff in the hotel, super friendly, especial thanks to Mamdouh for his support and v helpful attitude and the chefs are also very high.
I evaluate it as excellent, in all aspects.

Great place, nice and big rooms, pools are clean and big enough for everyone, animations team is super active and there is alot of activities all day long up to midnight, food is very tasty, all staff are very helpful specially mr. Abdalla & mr. Ali in reservations and ali, mahmoud, ramadan, gomaa, rezk in bar

I stayed at Prima Life Makadi only one night, but I liked it. The resort is big and it has a lot of facilities (including a discotheque). We had vip all inclusive and we had dinner at the vip restaurant. The food was very good — a lot of seafood. The room was huge and the bathroom as well. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is a good standard hotel for 5*. The price is also good. I recommend it.

I have been to this hotel in June this year during my summer vacation, so first impression when you enter the hotel you will see nicely maintained property which may give you a nice impression about the hotel at the beginning but this is when the positive side ends. on the negative side the entire staff is RUDE have no idea about how the customer service in the tourism industry should be. food have many varieties but NOT tasty at all SMOKING is in every place you can imagine in this hotel even indoors and at the lobby and even inside the restaurant! so if you are a non smoker or if have kids this place will be like HELL for you. finally as a total experience I would NEVER recommend this place.

Very friendly staff, some of them are really kind and funny. Not the best english but you'll eventualy get through everything. Very nice beach and also very nice corals, I recommend taking snorkeling equipment with you. The rooms aren't the best, the balcony door is hard to close and open and it feels a little dirty all around. The cleaners aren't very thorough. Last day they forgot to change all the towels. Food is good for first ~3 days but later you'll find yourself not being able to choose a meal because everything feels the same. There is also always a guy trying to give you a drink and then he says "2 dollar", not very nice considering the "extra all inclusive" fact. The five star ranking of the hotel is misleading.

Hello! Went with the family to Egypt, to take that. Everything was very! And the food — there are no words, it's very-very tasty! I went with my husband, two children (1 and 3 years), and no problems in children have not arisen. Large ever. Meat, fish, seafood — wide choice. You can walk freely and on the other hotels. Hotel Grand Makadi, is also very beautiful. But do not rush to make purchases on the first day, as we did, walk around, look and be sure to haggle. Rates reduced 3-4 times and more. Went to the Dolphinarium, the bathyscaphe — very beautiful! Take a hike in Hurghada with your operator does not advise — imported only in expensive shops! Better to enroll in the reception on excursion from the hotel (free of charge) and get back by taxi. Only you have to know exactly where you go. Really wanted to get in the shop "Каркуша", but it never worked. Cleaned the room every day and if they like (girl, cleaned only representatives of the male), and towels will be changed every day. Bed linen is changed often, every 2 or 3 days, did not understand. At the expense of animation nothing I can say, that doesn't interest me. And the sea is great, so who wants to travel with children — the most times! My frolicked. Transparent, fishes swim very close, simply terrifying. In short, will Receive not regret it.
