1st time staying at this hotel, I chose this hotel because of a dive school in house. My son, and my friend all stayed in a large 2 bedroom apartment brilliant 👏. Cleaner was fabulous.

I loved the trip a lot, the animation team is very sweet! The activities and events are very fun, and they have something new everyday!

We spent 7 days at Iberotel Makadi Beach and everything was perfect.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at! The atmosphere is vibrant, fun, luxurious, and extremely clean. The service was outstanding, and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jaz Makadina, and it was an unforgettable experience.

We needed a week of complete relaxing time and that's what we found in that hotel. No rush, no dramas, quiet (in some areas of your choice).

It was great, all 12 nights plus 35 runs on inclusive. Long pier with access to the depth with corals. On site there is a diving club (for a fee). Great beach for children.

I loved my experience at the hotel. The staff are very friendly, fun, and always have a smile on their faces.

WOW! What a holiday. We had an amazing stay at Jaz Aquaviva—spotlessly clean, excellent food with plenty of variety, and outstanding facilities.

Our stay at Sunrise Gardens Resort in Hurghada was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The resort has a great atmosphere, beautifully kept grounds, and very comfortable rooms.

Awesome holiday we will be back 100%!

The hotel is at a very good level. The rooms are perfectly cleaned every day. The food is very tasty and a great selection. The animation team is very friendly.

Reception staff were all miserable but we managed to avoid them once we had checked in.
99% German guests. But still no problem for us as everyone was busy enjoying themselves.

This is not what you'd expect from a typical 5-star hotel.
It may not follow the usual European standards, where everything is predictable, but that's part of its charm.

I am writing this review based on my experience in over 5 different 5-star hotels in Hurghada. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, probably the best. Here are the key reasons why.

Absolute first class service from all staff in all areas! You do get asked about trips etc but not ‘pestered’ every 5 minutes as one review suggests.

We stayed at this hotel in July and truly believe it’s the best in the area. It’s very close to the airport, yet completely quiet, located in a peaceful area.

We were one of the unlucky ones to have our return flight from Hurghada cancelled on Sunday night. EasyJet put us up here until we got another flight on Tuesday.
The rooms are very nice.

This is a very good hotel for a low for its quality Preis. Located 2 min walk through a beautiful allee to the beach. Very clean.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing!

The hotel was very nice and clean. All the staff working in a hotel was very positive and kind. I really enjoyed all the activities with the animation team, especially those on the beach.

The hotel is fantastic. Beautiful greenery, very well-kept, beautiful palm trees and flowers everywhere. The entire staff is fantastic and nice, but the best is the Animation team led by hot Safy.

Very nice complex, family friendly, pleasant animation and very attentive service. We'll be back in 2024!

Very friendly people working here and a very cheerful animation team, Zein in special (he thought me magic tricks)! Helpful and always with a smile. Food is great, every day something different.

Hotel is fabulous with beautiful manicured grounds and great facilities. Food is good and plentiful although I found the quality to be variable.

What a fantastic part of the world to visit. Flights were quick from England, private transfers from & to the airport were efficient & clean and the hotel itself was way better than we expected!

Had the most amazing stay at Serry, they really make sure the guests have the best experience.
The hotel architecture is truly stunning, as well as the beach, pool, dining areas, rooftop, Naz (club).

As a family that travels extensively, we’ve come to appreciate the difference between the services of a five-star hotel and how it’s managed. At Serry Resort, the former was certainly delivered.

This hotel was just brilliant, and I plan on definitely going back. It was the best food I’ve ever tasted at hotel in my life and I promise you this is no exaggeration.

So I firstly want to express how fussy I am! Every hotel I go to which is normally 4/5 times a year I always struggle with food…. This hotel… is AMAZING!
