It was a very nice and unique experience riding on a camel towards the sunset. Would recomand to everybody visiting Sunrise and Sentido and riding on the hotel’s camel!

Beautiful place. Very clean, good food, nice rooms, all the staff are very helpful and super friendly. The animation team are brilliant, there is always something going on.

Everything was wonderful, the food very good, the hotel beautiful but except for some rooms that are not yet renovated and in which we were accommodated, and the bed was not very comfortable, but otherwise everything was nice, the staff was nice with us! The beach was beautiful, we really liked the artistic programs! Thank you for the beautiful holiday and we would love to come to this hotel again! (but I hope in a more comfortable bed ☺️)

No where near 5 star run down rooms areas pool bar needs a revamp although staff at pool bar are great Life guards at pool great Some members of animation great others not so You get ripped off in the shops you agree a price and when look at your bank it’s way more but giving cash no better the next day they say you haven’t paid Unhelpful guest relations promise things don’t deliver Lost its magic and honesty Would not return here.

I had such an amazing time in the hotel. I loved the animation team and the overall staff were very friendly and ready to make you feel comfortable all the time we stayed there.

The food is not tasty, rooms and restaurants are not clean, beach is artificial, and you can not feel the waves of sea, like you are in a hot, dirty pool.

The Aqua Park is amazing and the staff is very friendly especially Chef Mohamed Ibrahim and I am there now and everything is fine.

Am there now but am very disappointed! The hotel beach and aqua is nice but buffet is of very very low standard!
Desserts are horrible by all means! Worst desserts buffet I have ever seen.
Everyday chicken on the grill! I went to almost 10 hotels in hurghada and didn’t meet a hotel where they grill chicken everyday!
The buffet items is very limited, 1 kind of each (meat — chicken — fish) and repeated almost everyday!
Bakeries are very bad also.
Soft drinks are not machine and 99% of the time no soda in it!
Some people there are not friendly at all!
Theres only one place serving snacks which is around the beach area, no snacks around the aqua or kids pool.
I was dissatisfied as I just came back from sunrise makadi and it was perfect.
This one was a real disappointment for me.

Always friendly and helpful staff who love their German guests and always strive to learn better German.

Best hotel i’ve stayed so far
From animation to cleaners and waiters and chefs
Every single one works really hard and they can’t stop pleasing and helping the customers
Also the management checking every day about everything from food to aervice and everything else
I would highly recomend to everyone and don’t be put off by some bad coments
I don’t know what is bad about this place
It’s also so clean you could eat from the floor
Food is great and there is something new everyday
And we haven’t even used our a la cartes as there is no need to use all off them
Would love to come back one day

Great Resort! Large choice of food, many pools, the place is really amazing (specially during the night with lights colours), Better than what we were imaging! All employees are very Nice and professionals. Big plus for the Topteam animators, they are everywhere always speaking with People doing too much différents animations, Bravo for your energy
Our room is big, very confortable bed, large italian shower and… a balcony!

Great hotel! everything at the highest level! friendly stuff, very helpful, tasty various food. Mamy restaurants, Mongolian, Asian and Burgers very very good! billards, club, good beverages at one place Pool and Beach very close as the hotel id situated on the Beach and the pools are next to your Doors. Good for famuły with small child. Our 6 months old baby was treated as a Princess. If you want great holiday, go there and relax!

The time of relaxation in this hotel with 18.04.13 on 01.05.13. Vacationing together. First time in Hurghada. Arrived in the hotel at 9.00 am. We put bracelets and we were released before 12.00 — check in time. Immediately went to have Breakfast in the main restaurant. Food I liked her in the quality and variety. Toured the grounds of our hotel and the neighboring Mamluk. The impression that hit the East fairy tale! Plants, flowers, palms. But in our home only snow is gone. Beautiful dome of the main building, neat residential buildings! All we were pleased, and near the warm sea! The room they gave us a wonderful 8 housing. We have absolutely everything! Near the sea, restaurants, reception, swimming pools. To make the program of excursions helped us said — employee TEZ Tour. We are very grateful to him for sympathy and assistance in all matters. We visited in Luxor, Cairo and on Paradise island. Went with her husband and his brother in this hotel, SunRise Garden Beach (Hurghada), in November last year. Chose this hotel come from the value of money was butt, and relax on the sea wanted.
