Amazing hotel, spa and sister hotel was great too! The entertainment was a little dated but light hearted. The water sides and pool on site were fabulous! Great family holiday will be back soon!

Great holidays and a dream for families with children. Children are busy and parents can recover.

Egypt is a Fab place to go. And this hotel is very nice. You do have to remind the staff to do things every now and again but they really can't do enough for you. Definitely recommend.

An absolute children's hotel! Fantastically child-friendly. The Lunapark has really fun (16 tickets €8), children's pool is great, the pool is a dream. Our room is large, clean and the air conditioning relatively quiet. Food is really good! 10 tes times Egypt — with the best hotel.

Everything in there tells you that you made a perfect choice. Very nice place for kids too. Full board with available free snacks and drinks most of the time. Aqua park is real and free of charge too. It was fun.

A range of everything. Whatever you can think of where you have a huge Aquarium park with all the awesome slides.

Here I would like to share my experiences. I think everyone is going to like and dislike different stuff. What bothers me in the first place is it is here rappel full of kids … So if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely misserved. In addition, on many corners, the cleanliness is often not given. The rooms are ok as far as. But could use a new coat of paint or new furniture. Otherwise, it's really ok here. But would not be coming back next time.

We stayed in December 4 beautiful weeks in the hotel it was a perfect holiday for us. Great food, very nimble and hardworking roomboy, the Luna Park and slides not only for kids a fun. We will certainly be back soon.

Very nice place with lots of fun and friendly staff. Aqua park is great and food variety is amazing. Animation team shows are great. Everyone works for our comfort and satisfaction.

Not a bad place, the sea is not so far away, the rooms are good, the recreation area is very beautiful. Cons — housekeeping is limping, there is no heated pools.

Renovations are urgently needed. It all makes an unclean impression. Staff make an effort, but actually know it differently. Wouldn't go on holiday there again.

Excellent customer service. Staff are very friendly and smiling all the time. Very good with kids. I would come back here again definitely.

Excellent stay and lovely property. Best part is their front desk team. Especially their front desk manager Mr. Mahmoud, who personally ensured that everything is in order and kept checking as what else they can do to make the stay more comfortable. Their entertainment team is too good and made our stay really enjoyable. Hats off to them. There rooms are excellent. Highly recommended to plan a stay to serenity fun city.

One of the best HOTELS and resorts I ever see in my life. Starting from the moment of our arrival to the last moment everybody offer his Help with smiling face and everything well arranged n in time. More than excellent in everything. I think soon I will come back to spend my coming vacations here n recommend this place to all Friends who want spend a good Hoda. I don't need to go outside the hotel bcuz everything is available and all inclousive.

A nice hotel with All-Inclusive option. Nice Aqua slides complex suitable for all ages. Nice food in the majority. I would have happily rated them a 5 star, if not for their reservations department whose response was slow.

I did not like the food much And service is some sort of poor for a 5 stars hotel But aqua Park is very good.

The Aqua park was fun. The 'all inclusive' was worth it. However, the staff really need some sort of course as to how to deal with people, they should also multi task: one can't ask one of the staff to set the table and he just gets lost because his task is pick the plates! Another really annoying and quite rude thing is turning off the lights as if kickomg guests oit of restaurant once it's time regardless whether guests are still eating or not. Also, removing the plates while guests are still eating in a noisy manner as well as removing the food even if guest is still filling his plate. During my 6 day stay, the elevator near my room was out of service and I had a double stroller which was hectic because I had to go all@the way to the other one and wait since the hotel was almost fully booked so alot of traffic and just one elevator!

Fantastic Resort! I can't say enough about this place. It boasts an amazing aquapark, a wave pool, rafting river ride, an amusement park, a health store, a perfumery, a pharmacy, a medical clinic, several speciality gift shops, a very big spa, very spacious and comfortable family rooms, delicious food with great variety and in abundance, 4 international restaurants, breath-taking landscaping, extremely friendly and courteous staff, a versatile and highly talented and entertaining animation team, nightly entertainment, and much much more. The management team is omnipresent in the resort. It is obvious that they put huge emphasis on cleanliness and quality in everything. We had such a great time that we decided to extend our stay to double our time there. In total we spent 14 days there and observed impeccable service during the entire period. This was a dream family vacation!

I came here with my mum and 2 children (boy aged 8 girl aged 2) I was a little worried when I booked this holiday due to what is going on in the world but I'm so glad I did, I loved this place, the staff are very accommodating, friendly and I really felt comfortable. The restaurant manager, ibirham was amazing and really catered for our needs. My little girl really took to him as he was so nice he was just so lovely. My son enjoyed the water slides as did I! We had great fun. I felt sad leaving when our holiday was over. I definitely will come back next year. Just amazing!

Very huge hotel complex. Krasivenny courtyard with its own water park and numerous swimming pools. Still have lunapark. Lived in room ' standard '. Clean every morning while you're at the beach or poolside. If you leave a tip, you will make the Swans of towels) ) the entire staff consists of men. The original kitchen. Pork is not there. Free Wi-Fi in the bar on the first floor but catches bad. The beach is 10 min walk through the territory of the hotel on the 1st line. You can wait 10 min outdoor bus and go to the beach on it.
rest is very good.
