Nice place, clean, nice smell, the elevator looks kinda dated but it worked fine, only problem they couldn´t change a $10 bill.

Rooms are ok but could use a bit over do over. Clean, good service, breakfast is tasty and it's close to the mall and cheap. Can't do much wrong.

Rafael is a extremely helpful and friendly host. The staff is also really helpful and the check in was easy and fast.
The room is spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for making our own meals.

5-star tourism for those who enjoy nature and peace with elegance. This is one of the best places in the entire country, and Ecuador's tourism is among the best in the world.

There were many things about Kaluz that we enjoyed, especially the friendly staff (thank you, Margoth, for making us feel so welcome! ) and the peaceful setting.

Honestly for the price point its not bad. The location was great because its safe and quiet. The Wi-Fi doesnt work in the room (in n out, sometimes yes sometimes no).
