The reception service and attitude is excellent, and you definitely need to try the omelette in the M club, although he just a simple worker, he put a heartfelt effort to prepare the omelette for the guests. Amazing!

Very friendly staff, just one of the best Marriott hotels I've been in!

I can't recommend the hotel at all, we were here 12 years ago and just remembered it differently. Meanwhile an old house with a very bad and unfriendly service. It is partly renovated or rebuilt and you can see that in the whole atmosphere.
Breakfast buffet is an absolute disaster: in the time of the Corona there is no breakfast buffet, an order is accepted at the table, the menu is quite clear and even the things from the menu are missing if you arrive too late. We had breakfast around 10:00 and there were no wholemeal breads, no rolls, no meat cheese and, for example, none. Nutella. The condition seemed annoyed, in the order things were swapped, e. G. Get a different type of tea than ordered, at the breakfast egg happened the same thing.
But the absolute highlight was the already used jam with butter residue from the knife from the guest in front of it! And that during the Corona time! While the hotel staff work with mouthguards, the leftovers of other guests are served at the breakfast table…?! Actually a case for the health authorities!
By the way, I didn't feel good about the bread served after this experience.
The room staff worked well, the room was always well tidy.
All in one, we would no longer consider the Marriott Prague Hotel as an alternative to prague — stay and not recommend any more, there are definitely better addresses in this city.

The hotel is absolutely not recommended. An old house with a very poor service. Breakfast buffet is an absolute disaster: the tables are not fully covered and partly still dirty from the predecessor. On request you get another table, the staff is overwhelmed, an order is accepted at the table, but it is delayed and still delivered incorrectly (omelette instead of roast eggs). We wanted nutella, which was out of print. You get a bread basket placed on the table with the breads that are just there, the wholemeal bread does not exist and the bread looked as if it was collected from the leftovers. The jam is served in small sealed bowls. When we opened a jam tin, the tin was already open and the butter leftovers from the probably other guests were in it.

Clean and spacious rooms and very accomodating personnel, outstanding customer service from valet service Mr Martin to receptionists Filip and Almira. Lounge is a plus.

Fabulous hotel, awesome bourbon bar with great food, service is excellent.

First time visit. In planning the stay the staff and concierge were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The hotel is well maintained and rooms are up to date and spotless clean. Located near the heart of site seeing, shopping and dining, it was perfect for short walks, public transportation (which is excellent, both street trolley and subway) or Uber.

Great location in Prague, near the Old Town. The staff was amazingly friendly! The rooms are clean, nice and elegant. Had dinner there, the sea bass dish was outstanding! All in all: I had a memorable stay, I strongly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel n best location. Center of Prague to anywhere. Grocery market, street vendors, restaurants, republic square, concert halls, old town square, Charles bridge, etc. All within walking distance. Nice bar & breakfast n friendly staff.

Clean, basic, just ok. Bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. The rooms are nice but no big deal. The staff however is another thing. The word gracious does not exist here. Haughty, disdainful, falsely polite. In fact the whole city of Prague seems to think they are better than anyone else. It goes deeper than language here folks. I know we don’t speak the same language but we (the tourists) do provide you with a steady income and a willingness to love your country. Show a little grace.

First night very noisy with disturbing airco like engine noise above ceiling in room 623, even with earplugs. Fortunately the very kind staff offered me an alternative room. Very nice hotel with professional staff.

We had an excellent stay here with my partner. The breakfast was fantastic, as well as the trainee who served us. Everyone spoke great English & the rooms were perfectly comfortable. Downtown was just a walk away. Will come back!

Centrally located, this Marriott was quite difficult to reach as it is located in a hard to reach area, not known by some GPS systems. The hotel is rather old and run-down, more of a 1950s style. Ants in the elite lounge, yuckie. Food in the lounge is below average. Toaster looked rather disgusting, coffee-maker was from the last century. Interior is quite old. Music in the reception areas is way too loud, more suitable for a discotheque. Our room was clean and well-sized, but the bathroom was oldish, with a bath-tub, instead of a modern shower. Towels tend to be greyish color. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Overall, for the quality offered, this hotel is hopelessly overpriced.

Just used the bar service for drinking and casual food. Superb! Saved my nightith style ;-)

Upscale hotel, and one of the actually fairly few places in Prague with actual service. Had a few drinks in the bar and then a 12-person dinner in the restaurant. Bar service ok, slow but friendly. Restaurant service nice, up until (as usual in Prague) actual payment. They were completely unable to split the bill properly, spending literally hours on it! Also the wines are very overpriced.

Only went to the restaurant and bar. Food was ok, wine was not. Prices are through the roof and not worth it. There is most likely a restaurant right around the corner or a 5-10min walk away that has better food and wine for 1/4 the price. The bar is decent though, but still way too expensive.

A very nice hotel and price performance agree. Very well equipped and clean. A great breakfast and no überhöten prices at the Eveningbar. The hotel is worth an overnight stay. Very convenient to center. Very suitable for wheelchair users as there are several lifts available.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Europe. The staff is amazing; they will bend over backwards to make your stay as good as humanly possible. Seriously, the front desk staff remembered my name during checkout, a week after I checked in.

Very nice experience. Spacious room, ac adapters, excellent TV setting to access your own movies/music or just simply use youtube. Bkf is excellent but a bit pricy so I recommend including it in your rate. Gym equipment is really good too!

High end hotel in the heart of the city, within walking distance of tourist sites and museums with a mall nearby. Comfortable rooms and decent service.

The hotel and the staff were very good over the 2 weeks I was there. I did have an incident with private party security while I was there, but William the General Manager took very good care of me and made it right. Management really does care for the guests and is very professional when dealing with any complaints.

Great brunch! And bourbon bar Stayed here once. Room not great very average for 5* hotel. Had some problems at check in with one of the staff had bad attitude! Soon sorted it. I was given an upgrade to a luxurious suite. I arrived early, they made it possible to check in early. I have food allergies, they brought something extra to the M-lounge. The food was delicious and plentiful. I do not think that the staff still knows, what their own way is, as they went out of it for me and the other guests all the time.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Marriotts in Europe, US and Caribbean. Never commented before but am so overall impressed with the personnel I have encountered over the past five days at the Prague Marriott — front desk, housekeeping, bell hops, room service, restaurant and especially executive lounge. BRAVO! Every employee I goes out of their way to greet me. And always with a smile — before I say a word. Paula who has handled the breakfast and I evening serving in the exec lounge consistently goes above and beyond, tending to her tasks while inquiring of the guests if all was good, answering questions and sharing information with friendliness and caring. The Marriott Prague personnel are a class act in a city of fairytale beauty.

We had an awesome stay at the Prague Marriott. They accommodated us at 9:30am with an early check in which was life saving after getting off a long flight from the US. We were able to freshen up before heading out to explore this amazing city. The hotel is walking distances to old town, and there's a convenient tram stop just behind the hotel as well. Also want to echo the fact that it was clear the rooms were newly renovated, as ours looked brand new! The staff were very nice and they had a very good currency exchange rate, which was nice because you can easily get ripped off in old town or at the airport. Overall we had an outstanding stay. I will be coming back!

Excellent location. Excellent newly renovated rooms, although some components like the closet and parts of the bathrooms haven't been done so they clearly stick out from the modern theme. Great breakfast buffet. A lot of electricity outlets including usb outlets which is great.

The rooms in the hotel have 4 USB sockets for charging devices. That's enough for a five star review for me. The rooms are also very nice, and the bar has good food and good beer. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Hotel with perfect location…

Regular hotel, but really liked the Bourbon Bar lounge. Good atmosphere and great specialty drinks. There were local small gatherings of dancers and musicians during festival week and it added a real nice touch to the atmosphere. Also, I was told the manager is one of the best and most awarded mixologists in Prague. We were lucky my to have him make us our exotic drinks.

Spoiled rotten by the staff, food and accommodations! Delicious and fresh breakfast, concierge, meeting planners and reception staff who bend over backwards, large, beautiful rooms with all the amenities. I may never leave… and, a 60 second walk to a local flee market!

I joined the Marriot to enjoy their bourbon bar. Excellent cocktails and great distillates, in addition to the classic recipes there are some interesting proposals.

The Czech Fillet Mignon and Potato Purée delicious. Excellence Gym!. Definitely recommend and will return to this hotel. Why not 5 stars; the business lounge very busy every morning for breakfast and the only 1 person working could not keep up, but selection was good.
