Big hotel, 20 min walking from the old town. Breakfast is nice. So many counters at the reception with limited number of employees where you need to wait till to be served. The cloud a bar from the top has a beautiful view to Prague.

We stayed there for three nights. It’s an amazing hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. The bathrooms and rooms were cleaned very often and very hygienic. The menu for room service was very limited especially the vegetarian options were very less. The breakfast was pretty normal but again very limited. There was a girl called Barbera who makes omelette for breakfast. We told her to make two vegetarian omelette and very clearly we mentioned NO MEAT and in one of the omelette there was bacon and the other one tasted very bad. This is not acceptable! Otherwise the service and the stay was amazing. The location was really at the center and amazing place to stay if you want to explore the main parts of Prague. I will definitely miss this hotel and will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Good hotel. Everything is convenient and high-quality. For the first time only faced with blocking the supplementinator amount. I used to live in simpler hotels! It is better to have an additional 20-30% of the amount of accommodation on the map.

The Hilton Old Town is a very decent hotel. The service is excellent for me, and I would give them 5 stars for the front desk, the wait staff, and for the daily room servicing. The disappointment comes from the very dated rooms and the lack of amenities in the room. First, the toiletries are sorely lacking. One tiny bottle of body wash and shampoo a day is barely enough. There is also a lack of other toiletries easily found in other top hotels such as comb, toothbrush/paste, cotton buds etc. The breakfast options are decent, but can be spruced up a little. Introducing some menu changes everyday can also help make it less boring. In general, a decent hotel, but lacking that final touch of luxury to make it a great one.

Just perfect. Whether it's the rooms, the staff always attentive to your comfort or the breakfast which is extraordinary…

Very nice hotel that's been recently renovated. The room we stayed in was definitely on the smaller side from what we were expecting however the finishes and decor were fantastic so we didn't mind the space constraint. A great experience overall. Would certainly stay here again.

Highly recommend this hotel! Very nice and always helpful staff, amazing breakfasts and cozy rooms. The location is great — in the old downtown.

The Hilton Prague Old Town is great. The service was wonderful, the breakfast buffet absolutely fabulous! We came off a cruise ship for a two night stay and the room was very large, especially compared to our cabin on the ship, and very modern. It had a huge TV and lots of English-speaking channels. We could not have been happier with our stay at this Hilton. Five stars!

Friendly staff; excellent service throughout. We were on executive floor. The local taxi driver at the Prague central train station wanted to charge us €25.00 from the train station to Hilton Prague Old Town. That was outrages for a 2.7km & a 5 minutes distance. I called the hotel & they offered to send its hotel contracted car to pick us up from the train station for only £10.00. We were told that taxi drivers at the Praha hl. N always rip off tourists. We're very pleased with their service. We will definitely stay here again.

Chic, centrally located hotel, for the most part equipped with newly refurbished rooms. The old town with its countless sights and shopping facilities is only a few minutes ' walk away. Very friendly staff and good service. Underground Garage costs 30 euro/day but is recommended.

Good hotel but due to construction works our room was not available. We had a free upgrade and a small gesture for the trouble. Good beds and great breakfast.

Good location good service but however the rooms are well furnished but look like any, sry for the price too greasy. I imagined something else.

Clean & comfortable hotel nicely situated for shops and tourist attractions. Staff go out of there way to help and always polite. Would stay at this hotel again.

A very good hotel and right in downtown area.

This hotel is perfect for sightseeing tours and has first-class meeting rooms.
The breakfast buffet is very extensive and the freshly made omelette is delicious.
However, the capsule Nespresso machines are a bit negative. Here you should switch back to more environmentally friendly alternatives.
The fitness room has everything it needs for training, is well air-conditioned and brightly lit.
The sauna room is somewhat hidden in the pool area. When the Ruheregel is kept, it can be very quiet and relaxing.
Overall the hotel is highly recommended. We will definitely come back at the next visit to Prague.

I think we were accommodated in a renovated room. Everything was very modern and comfortable. The wardrobe is very large and you get a lot of stuff. In the room there is a work desk with a working lamp and a LAN connection there is also a comfortable office chair in the room. The TV is very large and there is a lot of TV program offered. In the room there is a safe which is very large and you can also pack a smaller laptop. In the safe there is even a wall socket that you can load your equipment in the safe. The bed is very comfortable and large. A very comfortable armchair and a reading lamp invite you to linger in the room.
You get a code at check-in with which you can use the WLAN for free. The breakfast is really good, fresh omelettes and scrambled eggs are made if you wish. There are even calorie-reduced jams or vegetarians will find something suitable here. The selection is really exceptional. Very nice hotel definitely recommended. We definitely come back!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Conveniently located on the edge of Old Town within a mile of most major sites. Near good restaurants and shopping. Our room was modern and clean with a huge LCD TV. Hotel staff was friendly. Only downside was that you could hear the trams, which run almost non-stop. Also, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway and our room — although most people would probably not notice it. Nice shower and bedding.

Well located close to te city center. Breakfast was very good. Rooms a bit old. Huge television in the room. Probably for the price you would expect something more tough.

Bad service and quality all around From Hawaii to Prague, our family has not had good experiences staying at Hilton hotels globally. Overall stay in Prague was below expectations for a 5 star hotel. Service was pretty pathetic. We asked for a non-smoking room yet the entire floor smells of cigarettes and the hotel tries to cover up the smell by spraying some cheap smelling bathroom freshener. 1. It's also winter in Prague and the heater in our room was not working properly and despite turning it up to the highest, it was spitting out cold hair. We called the receptionist at night and they said they would send someone up to have a look. No one ever came up to fix the issue and there was never any followup! We ended up having to wear layers of clothes to bed. 2. Food is very average for a 5 star hotel, but service is a joke. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. For breakfast, the omlette chef had a poor attitude and was clearly in a bad mood. She started using her dirty hands to pickup the ingredients and threw it in the frying pan in disgust. Meanwhile, the restaurant manager and waitress failed to deal with a problematic family with a loud obnoxious child who was running around the restaurant, kicking, screaming, and climbing the furniture and distracting everyone there. Poorly handled situation that happend daily while we were there.

Hotel in the center very cozy.

The hotel is actually quite nice. The layout and decor reminded me of most stateside Omnis instead of the Hiltons we're used to. My wife and I are both diamond members and we're treated to the upstairs executive lounge. There was an included meal schedule, beverages, and coffee for executive access members. The hotel is walking distance from most everything that one would consider tourism in the city. That was why we were there, vacation, so we enjoyed the versatility and convenience of the location. There's a great Thai place just around the corner and a grocery across the lane if you're on a restricted diet like gluten free. Not much else in the country will cater to that, though there maybe a gluten free bakery if you're willing to take a drive.

Nice hotel in the center of Prague. I am a regular client of the Hilton network and have something to compare, diamond status. From minus only small rooms in size, despite the room upgrade and lack of beauty of the view in the room window, the walls…). Offered to meet from the airport in the letter, the confirmation did not answer, strange. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. In the lounge room in the evening is very comfortable, you can have dinner so try different alcoholic drinks, for a compliment from the hotel is very dignified and pleasant. The hotel is in a great location.

Excellent accommodations with the executive room. Executive lounge was also very nice, but didn't care for much of the food. Service was hit or miss.

I am a Hilton Diamond Member and have stayed in Hilton properties all over the world. The Hilton Old Town Prague, hands down, has the very best staff I have ever experienced. From the General Manager through the wait staff, the bell men, executive lounge, main lounge to maid service. THE BEST EVER! The airline misplaced our luggage and the front desk was on the phone helping us locate it and getting it delivered at 3:45 AM. Tereza L. In the Executive Lounge and Daniel in the downstairs lounge at two of the "BEST" hostess and hosts I have very seen. Wonderful, wonderful people. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel's staff treated me and my wife. They are a SIX out of Five stars. They helped make our time in Prague all the more special. Thanks again to all the staff!

Great hotel and friendly staff. Centrally located, right next to the yellow metro line and ten minute walk to main square. Loads of good restaurants within walking distance and area is safe. 20 minutes cab drive from airport. Gym is best I've seen in Prague hotels I've stayed at and there is also a pool. Breakfast is also good.

I like it, but I couldn't give 5 stars. The service and breakfast are good, and the room is comfortable. But… We booked in advance a room for 3. When we arrived they sent us to a 2 bed room, and prepared the extra bed only when we arrived. (For me, they should have already prepared to receive 3 people). In the overall the hotel looks very old fashioned, the room and the dinning room looks old to me.

Gorgeous rooms. Comfortable and well maintained. Staff was super kind and very helpful. Always making sure things were as expected. Definitely a return trip planned. The hotel is well located steps from everything. Definitely walking distance to restaurants, and a variety of attractions.

Excellent breakfast, clean hotel but not at the height of a 5 star:
No Wi-Fi outside the lobby, no bathrobe in the rooms, it takes the quemander to the pool and very few products in the bathroom.

Great Hilton hotel! The Executive Lounge is quality. The breakfast mornings on the first floor is beyond reproach. High speed Wi-Fi. The room is large, quiet, and many high quality amenities are provided. I highly recommend this hotel to international travelers. Friendly and helpful staff!

For the price and especially the location, it is a very effective hotel. Staff is extremely helpful and the service is very good. Happy happy.

Rooms were small, walls were thin. Could hear all the way down the hall every time someone opened their door. Executive lounge was small and crowded. Not worth what they charged, especially on the "executive floor". Was overcharged for the room I booked, and refund was not issued. Was also charged a 2 night cancellation fee (I ended my stay 2 nights before my original reservation), and was only refunded 1 night. The exchange rate they use is mostly a fabricated guestimation. The actual charge compared to what their exchange rate was almost $200 over. Will not be staying there again, do not recommend to anyone else.

Just world class! We were about 1 week on the spot during a business meeting and have been on the part of the Hilton old town team well supplied and supported.

Great location. Was disappointed in the small and very busy Executive Lounge. There room is comfortable. Their is also a cleaners down from the hotel that will do your laundry in one day for a reasonable price.

I was disappointed in this hotel… Even on executive floor, there was no view, the room had loud buzzing noise and vibrations (not AC) … it was not worth the price… but good location and beautiful flowers in the lobby.

World class hotel chain but this one needs some help. No Hilton Honours speed lane and the 9 of us took an average of 90 mins to check in. One of us took 3 attempts to get the right room, the first one already had someone in it. My room was given to someone else the second day so they let themselves in.

Thin wall. nice staffs! good location! but somerooms might be shabby. and our room surrounded by two bathroom (one is for our room and the other one is for other room) and ice machine room, my daughter cannot sleep well because of noise, just scared. maybe it has thin wall.

The positive is that it has a fantastic location! High quality toiletries Negatives: 1. Shabby, needs to be updated 2. Bathroom floor was dirty when we checked in and was not cleaned during our 3 day stay 3. After getting settled in room, someone else used a key card to access our room; according to the front desk, we "weren't in the system"; even though they had taken our credit card and Hilton Honors card 4. Breakfast was included; the first morning we went to the restaurant and were directed to a second floor convention room, where we "would be more comfortable" although there were tables in the main dining area. The food was cold, no made to order omelets/eggs, fewer selections and generally uncomfortable with poor service. The host that directed us to this place was insistent and very rude. Two French tourists refused to go to the second floor because they "were not with a tour group". Being with a group should not make a difference. We did go to the restaurant the second morning, but had to say that our friends were already seated (in the mostly vacant area) before we were allowed to eat there.

Convenient location. Our room is spacious, clean, and with the standard Hilton comforts. The food in the executive lounge is one of the best I have tried among other Hilton hotels. The hotel restaurant is a Michelin guide restaurant with Asian-French fusion cuisine.

Stylish hotel in Prague's city center and close to most attractions. 5 min walk to the Old Town square and pretty much everything else you need to see in Prague. Rooms are a bit small with a longish bathroom that has a toilet right next to the bathroom door, which is a big minus. The room also doesn't have any drawers for your clothes and stuff so you only can hang whatever can be hung. The rest of your clothes will go on the desk and next to the bed. But in general it's a good clean hotel with excellent location.

The hotel is well located in the heart of Prague. Never used public transportation as everything is so close. I love the breakfast. The staff is very kind and friendly. I had lovely stay and nice experiences.

Hotel is very centrally located! Room clean, service was good! Executive Lounge is nice, not worth price but, as Prague is not expensive. Points can the hotel due to the location. We would book the Hilton old town always again.

Wonderful service and great stay at the Hilton Old Town. One of the best executive lounges I have ever been to. Miki and the ladies treated us like kings and we wanted for nothing. My expectations were exceeded and that is always a good thing. Friends were staying at the Budah and Kings Court and I think we got a greater value especially with Hilton Gold status. If you are looking to book a great room at a reasonable price, pull the trigger.
