Very good position near the city center, tram and metro. Good breakfast, the rooms are quinte clean and the personnel is kind. The hotel is quite old but it's a good qualilty/price choice.

I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist on duty. She said she didn't speak Russian and she didn't work with him. The request was to turn on the air conditioning. This word air conditioning sounds almost the same in English, Czech Russian, German — this word can be understood. The attendant turned away and did not speak until the moment When I spoke in English — very strangely she behaved.

The location is good and that's it. Breakfasts are disgusting. The rooms are old.

Great place if you simply need to spend the night and don't plan on staying in the room to enjoy the room. Go and enjoy the city. Room was very clean. Bathroom is small BUT recently remodeled. Very clean. Room is basic, beds were nice. Very utilitarian. Stay for the breakfast — no thrills here but gets you the basics. Enjoy the city, sleep here.

The entrance seems a bit dreary and the décor is simple, but the simply equipped room, bathroom and shower were spotless, the breakfast rather down-to-earth, but plentiful. Basic — WLAN is free. A hairdryer is on request at the reception. The staff is friendly and correct. Lack of our spacious room: DieFensterrahmen are bare and should be removed urgently new. Overall the hotel is fine. The location is close to the train station and the Republic Square, and overlooks a magnificent town gate, 300 meters away from the core of the formidable old town on the Vltava River.

An old but well maintained hotel. Those who do not have any major demands and only want to make a short trip for a few days are in good hands. English and German spoken and breakfast is provided with sufficient choice. But if you want to get to the castle or Charles Bridge, you should settle down.

The double room with bathroom is adequately wide, the bathroom is very small but clean, the building is located above the Masarykovo station so in the summer you have to accept the heat or the noise. The soundproofing of the rooms is scarce, you hear everything going on in the hallway. The breakfast is plentiful and varies. The 24h concierge service is very convenient. The price is adequate to the offer.

I'm an Italian boy… I seriously wanted my Italian cuisine, because that is not kitchen. Clean rooms but bathrooms on the edge of livable (space of movement). Staff passing by the sociable, the grumpy. Of the hotel chain, you don't expect that much. Advice: Stay home, save it.

Really an indecent hotel. Room service bad, little food of poor quality, dirty rooms, tiny dirty toilets and no soap, rude staff who doesn't even know the main foreign languages.
Really not recommended.

If you travel a lot in Prague and you can do without comfort, has no problems with noise, the hotel is fine since you reach everything on foot super!
+ great location and nice staff-rooms quite old and simply equipped (no hair dryer bro were capable), the only lamp in the room does not work, bathroom very small, very noisy is right at a train station and to the other side is a S train stop, also from the neighbors/hallway You get everything with, breakfast OK but little choice, cleanliness is ok but don't look too closely.

0 degrees and no hot water! They didn't even offer to return part of the paid and they kept checking in the other day!

Location Hotel is quite clean though with carpet and floors a bit creaky. Good breakfast and remember you are abroad, some were complaining about the lack of croissants or biscuits! Only two flaws: the lack of a phone in the room and the Wi-Fi fast fee.

Excellent value for money. In the heart of the old centre, this very well maintained hotel, whose services without being numerous are perfectly sufficient (the rest type hair dryer etc is on Demand) offers an ideal location to visit the city on foot. Bathrooms redone. Breakfast offering sweet — salty at will. Family room for large family. Ideal average budget.

Well located Hotel to take the train to both local and international stations, close to tourist places. Clean and warm, breakfast included, good price. Aesthetically, very rustic.

Nice hotel, but the staff isn't very friendly. The position is good, less than 5 minutes walking from the center, but the zone itself is a bit slum-like.

Very basic as hotel, if you want to spend little and you don't have too many claims it is for you. The cafeteria is not very much, the beds are very hard the sinks in the bathrooms are very small and the rest is acceptable.

Rancid furnishings, my bed is broken, breakfast does not taste, unfriendly staff.

Very central Hotel to visit Prague.

Good location as in city center and all destinations are reachable by feet. Breakfast with lot of different choice, hot and cold, sweet and salty. Small rooms and tiny bathroom but match with the booking fee. Be aware of old Czech building where they built thin walls where you can hear your neighbor without any issue.

Verry good hotel one of the best in Prague, will definitely book it again whipe visiting Praha.

Anyone who wonders about the price, I can only say that comes from the bed bugs. They're included! Everywhere! In bed, on the walls, in the cupboards.

Cheap and cheerful. The rooms are basic but clean. The shower worked great and the breakfast included was decent. There is a lift to the reception if you don't fancy tackling the staircase.

That's a stupid crap. The hotel is completely filthy and musty including room. In our gift, we were given a box and left dubious pills. Here you get almost no sleep thanks to the great location, my room neighbor is a Salafist.

Very central location and very nice Hotel. But noisy.

Very unfriendly staff, some rooms are ridiculously small (our room for "4 people" is so tiny that I couldn't carry my suitcase in while passing between the wall and the bed), the beds are broken, the bedsheets and towels are dirty, the sink is tiny, 2/4 power sockets don't work etc. Staff tried to charge extra for ridiculous things.

Good price, but there was something about the place I just didnt like, dont know why. Just did not feel comfortable.

Cozy place close to the central railway station. Friendly staff. 10 mins walk to the old town central square. Recommended!

Funny little place. If you just need a bed to sleep, it's fine. Also, the location is perfect for reaching the city center, and it's only 8 mins from the main railway station.

It was a very bad hotel. The triangular room is not equipped even with a wardrobe, the beds are single and scomodissimi, the bathroom with small washbasin (it is as big as a toothpaste) and without phon (see photo). The windows are without curtains that filter the light so you can sleep only until the sun rises… also the cleanliness of the rooms is not done, not even make the beds (see photos made in the afternoon), only change the towels.
We paid €60 a night…
Quality/prezzo Bad.

The hotel is centrally located, which is a big plus, but the area around the hotel did not seem too in sync with the rest of Prague. It's a good option for an overnight stay. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is standard, but plenty of options with bread. Do keep in mind that you'd have to pay 3€ for "fast" Wi-Fi in your room which is sub-par and can get on your nerves if you are used to speedy internet. Good option with no hassles for a short stay. :)

This hotel is to recommend in any way. The photos on the Internet fooled about the facilities and cleanliness. Love and broken furniture everywhere dirt, narrow shower, small sink and creaking floorboards. Etv. Something for backpackers with small purse, but even for this, the price is too high.

The hotel is located in the city centre, close to the main train station (walk 10 minutes), distance to old city and 10 minutes. The hotel looks a little shabby, but clean, Breakfast OK. A value-for-money, the price is reasonable. Staff speak English and very helpful, service attitude is very good, bit of a Pro now!

I was in the summer here,
great location, as I've bitched about the food, the stewardessd gave me a set of MOfareifen.
After that, everything was good again.
All in all a great hotel.

Stayed there with my class. This "hotel" — it certainly does not deserve that name — fails to be satisfactory in any given aspect. The receptionist is grumpy, unhelpful and tried to defraud me of 10 euros when I changed money. The tiny rooms — which should rather be called broom closets, especially in the 4th floor underneath the roof — smell terribly mouldy. One of my classmates shattered a bed by just sitting down on it. The breakfast was almost inedible, the coffee tasted like vinegar. The whole building is rundown and shabby, the neigborhood it is located in is not the best one. All in all, the Prague City Inn offers terribly poor value for money, this was just the most repulsive place I've ever been to on a trip. Opt for other hotels, this one will ruin your entire stay.

I visited this 'hotel' with my school class few days ago and it was one of the most disgusting places I've ever been before in my hole life. First if all the reception is on the second floor. I mean which reception is that far away from the entrance?!?! Well if that would be the only problem I wouldn't complain about that place at all, but there is more. When you are able to accept the unfriendly women at the reception and manage to find your room you will have a shock. The room isn't bigger than a broom closet (maybe 5 m^2 for 2 persons! ) and there ain't a complete shower, it's combined with the toilet so that you are not able to take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom. I would highly appreciate if no one would ever visit this piece if crab ever again -173737373 Stars!

Three stars not at all deserved, starting from the cleanliness and the facilities, we found definitely not our hair on the pillows and the bathroom for the five days we stayed was washed up twice. You will find carpets even in the dining room and the crumbs on the table are whisked directly into the aforementioned carpet.
As for the service, English is understood only by the woman at the reception and however there has always been a rude answer even from the latter.
The only thing you can eat in the morning is yogurt and anyway you can't bring anything out of the dining room.
The only positive is its convenience with regard to the location close to the center.

Got room 406 which is in the attic for 40 Euro — my taste of student hostel living in central Europe. Room is ok for the price, but not so great otherwise. The window in the attic room is in the roof. I opened it and the blind came off an fell on my head :). Dont ask the people in the reception more than one or two questions, their friendliness, if you could all it that, quickly wears off. On the plus side, the hotel is however, nicely located, close to most things. 12 years younger and I would have thought it fun. :). Now, just a necessity.

We spent a couple of days for easter this year. Definitely too expensive (80€ for a double room) regarding the quality of the room we get (damaged curtains, silverfish in the bathroom, old windows and carpet). Then, really well located (inside city center). Nice breakfast. Sympathic staff. Quiet even if very close from the train station. But really too expensive (deserve 1 star and not 3).

The hotel is very centrally located and at least the environment suggests Maryott, Hilton etc luxury. The hotel is category double flax trade, had the room under the roof to offer some specifics. Such a toilet room of the shower at the same time is :-o The shower head holder is mounted right next to the toilet paper holder and a drain at the bottom is located in the Mitt of about 1, 2 sqm of large room with dish. The breakfast is simple but good and filling. The hotel is a wing of a bag station. According to room orientation you will wake up from 6 o'clock the platform announcement. However out of there reisßt about the price-performance ratio. I ahtte for a flight from Frankfurt with two nights at this establishment paid only 90 euro.

A reasonable priced hotel, clean and comfy, breakfast plentyfull, ideally located for most things i. E shopping markets restaurants bars, everything really! the young girl on reception was very pleasant and helpful, my only critisism was the bathroom in the attic room 404, was far to small more like a cupboard wet room. I would stay there again but not in that room.
