Very neat… yet super small sign at the entrance. Service desk guys not helpful at all. Only concerned about using their transport list.

It was a wonderful stay in the beautiful city of Prague. The hotel is nice. The only negative audibility is terrible.

Can't go wrong for the price paid! It is a dated, but very, very clean hotel. It has a homely feel; like you were visiting a great aunt's very lived in home. They have renovated the washrooms very nicely! They sheets are fresh and clean and the housekeeping ladies are so sweet. They've done their best to maintain the hotel. The breakfast buffet is actually really good and you have so many choices! The little garden attached to it is a very nice place to get some air and have your meals, very pretty; it's like a small courtyard in the center of the hotel. It is within walking distance of many of the tourist attractions and a number of excellent, new cafes and bars. Convenience store right in front of it if you need to run out to get something at any time!

It is a perfect place to start discovering Prague! The breakfast is good, can be improved! One guy from reception desk was not so friendly with us, but most likely it was a bad day for him also! The place is clean and the bar is very cosy and open until midnight.

Well positioned. Big numbers. Delicious breakfasts.
Parking can not be booked, and there are no places on arrival. The rooms with carpets on the floor-suffocating persistent smell was.

I was very pleased with this hotel. We had a very large nice room and large new bathroom. A. C. Worked well. Location was great being very close to old town. The breakfast was like a 5 star hotel. It was the best Best Western breakfast I ever had. Would definitely recommend.

Bang in the center of the city. This place was a boon for us to pop out and walk the numerous alleys. We were placed in the older wing. With a room ready for triple sharing it was a comfortable stay. Ample space to walk around, even With our luggage around. Bathroom was well stocked with towels, lotion and soaps. The decor with red and mirrors for the passage was lovely. The rooms gad clean sheets and green decor. Breakfast had an assortment and one can be easily spoilt for choices. Staff were cordial, pleasant and helpful.

Clean rooms, great breakfast and very helpful staff.

Although an older hotel that could use a facelift and or some upgrades, the staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and the daily cleaning service was impeccable with each evening return. The proximity to Powder Tower tells you that the hotel is walking distance to most central town historical sites. The included breakfast, a breakfast spread that provided something for everyone, was delicious and fresh.

Everything good, but right now several floors are on repairment stage, so it's quite dirty in stairs. Both elevators were not working. Breakfast is so-so.

All in all it was good and solid hotel. Clean rooms, furniture was not broken. Staff very friendly and a very rich and fresh breakfast.
A small bar in the entrance area, good selection of drinks. We'll be back.

Very nice hotel, near Old Town in Prague. Very helpful staff, clean. Breakfast was excellent. Waitress was nice, polite, nicely dressed. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The room attended was nice, friendly and done our room very nice, the bed was made very well, bathroom was clean, and towels nicely folder. Room was warm, with mini bar, phone and laundry service. Also taxi service was excellent from hotel to airport. We just love our stay at Prague. Room 220.

Excellent hotel within walking distance to 'everything'. Sauna and a decent pool for relaxing. Parking a problem but perhaps no fault of the hotel.

Great location! Great breakfast! Great rooms and the hotel was nicely decorated for the holiday season! The staff was super nice and helpful. Our room was perfect after the house keeping staff cleaned our room. We have stayed in Prague many times and this was by far — the best hotel we've stayed in. They only have 7 or 8 parking spaces — at 26 Euros a day!

I stayed in this hotel with my father for five days/nights in July last year and it's a nice hotel. Anyway, Prague's a beautiful city and it was our first time to visit the city. We are tourists from Dublin, Ireland.

Simple hotel, but very centrally located to explore the old town and attractions on foot.

Old and Basic. This hotel fulfils its function in the face of a more modern and cheaper competition. The breakfast is of the same basic ilk (there are the minimum of a continental breakfast but here no fruit juice pressed: (). Its strong point: it is well placed, clean and the staff helpful.

Excellent location, you can walk to all the tourist areas. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast is plentiful but with typical Czech meals.

The location is excellent. The deal, impeccable. And breakfast, rich and abundant. Now, it's a Best Western. Very humble inside, lots of carpeting, rooms with a pretty fucked up décor to see. It's a good choice for long stays, just to go to sleep. And getting up too early.

Located in the heart of the city. Qq not to access the most beautiful square of the old town. 20 min to access the charles and metro bridge 100 m. Ideally placed. Quiet hotel. Pleasant home. Jaccuzzi — sauna by reservation. Spacious and very plentiful breakfast area, varied. Overall cleanliness common areas and rooms very well. Apart from 3 nights but sheet and pillowcase never changed. 1 cocktail purchased entitles you to a cocktail offered (mojito too lemony with lots of pulp — keeping the bartender's welcome not top). Wanted to eat in the restaurant but closed for technical reasons. To eat nearby: palladium shopping at 200m on the 2 floor various restaurant for all tastes.

We had reserved well in advance for a triple room. As we wanted to finally check in, we were informed that there is no triple room was available, we could book for one night only and a surcharge for a single room. We refused to check in, and sought instead a new Hotel. When we had finally checked in, we shared the Best Western the circumstances described above. We were immediately assured that the cancellation fees would be taken over by the group. The refund of this, we have to wait until today. Instead, we were allowed to annoy us with the three most E-Mails from the hotel staff around, not want to make us believe that reservation is the same reservation. We have booked in any case, for the last Time a Hotel from Best Western and can only recommend not to support this group.

Hotel nicely situated but with high priced services compared to quality. I ate twice at their restaurant and one bad experience with frozen food! Also when ordering regular taxi, reception is using private car services that charges twice the price of regular rides. When telling the staff they made literally no effort in justifying themselves. Not acceptable!

Great location, pleasant and helpful staff. The restaurant menu for dinner and room service is maybe a little heavy (traditional Czech cuisine) but the breakfast buffet is good, including several different home-made cakes. The hotel does have smoking rooms, and also I think for about half the rooms the elevator goes to the right floor but you have to go down a dozen steps and back up again to get to your corridor. Rooms clean, reasonably sized for that part of the world :D, and I had a bath-tub with shower (and glass door). The Wi-Fi was fine, there was closet space, the windows open, the curtains are thick enough to make darkness, there are convenience stores next door and lots of nearby restaurants. My room was almost silent at night — the rooms open onto an inner courtyard, or mine did at least, and not the street. I've stayed here I think four times and there's been less smoke each time. Good value. Oh, and if you're expecting a US or Canadian Best Western, note that the restaurant here is in an 800-year-old wine cellar, so there's a lot more character than in a modern hotel!

Very convenient to arrive by train as aircraft. Good breakfast. Spacious and comfortable room. Friendly staff.

One of the worst hotel's experience ever. Despite the good location the staff was unfriendly, breakfast was bad and the rooms not worthy of what you are going to pay.

The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are good. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very courteous and helpful. I will happily return to this hotel soon. It is also quite close to the Old Square.

Great location close to old town! Room ok, modern AC for hot summer nights (35c in daylight). Breakfast superb and the staff was very helpfull. Wireless Internet, worked great and free of charge.

Location: good — close to many restaurants, touristics points and shuttle to airport (CZ$ 150.00) Breakfast: very good — many options (although the "hot milk" is not hot) Accommodation: regular — according the price: with carpet, old style, bed is regular. Bathroom: regular — is clean and modern but the shower is very small! Wireless: is free but sometimes it does not work! I have to reconnect. Many times.

We fully enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its location is fabulous, just next to the Republic Square. Staff were great.

We just returned from a short break snd stayed in this Best Western hotel. The reception staff were really nice and welcoming, some of them speak also french :) room was spotless with aircon facing the courtyard, so it was very quiet however located in the city centre. Breakfast is fine and we can recommend also a dinner in the cellar — perfect service and good regional wine.

Location, location! next to powder gate and municipal house, had a room to courtyard and it was perfect. Breakfast at summer garden is really refreshing. All staff at reception are friendly and very helpful.

Positive: Hotel very well located in relation to the city center, everything can be done on foot. Hotel located in a quiet location, the rooms overlooking the backside are surprisingly quiet. Good soundproofing between 2 rooms. Comfortable and clean rooms. Large and varied continental breakfast. Overall the staff is nice.
Negative: The floors are located on two levels, so that to regain some rooms, once out of the elevator you have to go back down and up a good ten steps, which is very painful for ladies with heavy suitcases, think of Ask the porter to bring your suitcases to the rooms.
Address to remember without any problems.
