Exactly perfect, everything was good, room, staff, very close everywhere.

Just come back from staying here and what an amazing hotel
Staff very friendly and helpful
Got picked up from the airport after booking the service with the hotel so door to door service.
3 of us staying we were on the 1st floor which was great and the lift helped us with our suitcases as one of the party just had a knee op
Our room was really big for 3 of us and a separate room for one of the party to sleep in so was not small.
Our room was a little to warm as the weather was warm when we visited but we did have a little fan in the room to help.
Windows did not shut very well but managed to have them closed as best as we could.
One of our rooms was not cleaned by the cleaning staff as they thought it had not been used but we told reception and they sorted it out and was cleaned the next day.
Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was great cooked breakfast you can have or cereal, maybe a bit more choice in cereal for younger people staying needed as I only had the choice of cornflakes and maybe strawberry jam and Nutella for putting on bread.
Had dinner in the Boca restaurant that was lovely and lots to pick from.
Reception staff very helpful in showing you where things are on the map or booking tours for you.
Hotel is in a great Location and old town is very close by in walking distance.

I also dont understand how this hotel has been such highly-rated. I think this is not a hotel I feel cheated Positive : In good location Negative : Old hotel and Old room No a/c, only small fan And sleep on thin mattress Photos from hotel is a bit far from the real condition of the room as would be imagined elevator was broken during our stay and we had to carry our luggage 3 floors up and down. And the staff cant help or send some to carry our luggage And the voice from the restaurant so noise until late. And I is still hear the voice from my room in 3 floor. All the negative reviews is true I never recommended this hotel And I still lucky only stay here for 1 night.

Stayed in an apartment as a family this time last year, great location — walking distance to all the attractions, buffet breakfast at La Boca was amazing. Friendly helpful staff. Would love to come back one day! Highly recommend.

I personally don't understand how this hotel has been such highly-rated. Please carefully review those negative review comments (i. E two star or below) and make sure you will be absolutely happy with the hotel before booking this hotel. I was so tempted by positive comments as to stay at this hotel last week. Unfortunately, my experience was totally opposite to the positive reviews I read. (to some extent, I agree with their opinion (e. G good location) but the good aspect of this hotel can easily be overwhelmed by the bad aspects) Now I had time to read negative reviews and found that all that stated in the negative review are sooooo true and exactly same as I experienced. If you want to have a hint of how bad my experience was, please read below; The room was very small and dimmed. Outdated interior — red carpet, faded wall paper, cobweb in the light etc. (Photos from hotel is a bit far from the real condition of the room as would be imagined) Entertainment room in the basement was stinky. Room has two windows facing corridor — people keep walking around — no privacy. Unfortunately, they are the only windows in the room — no ventilation without invasion of privacy. Relentless noise/food smells from the restaurant until very late… and many more. Would you still want to book?

See update at the end! — they let us change rooms. Nevertheless, the room we originally got is still terrible, especially at this price. If you get stuck with that room you will very likely NOT sleep at night. Not even the one star is deserved. This is probably the worst hotel of my life and I have travelled the world a lot. It is so loud I can practically not sleep at all. This is ironic because the neighborhood is so quiet! Therw is thia terrible noise in the walls that sounds like a drill. But it's all the time… And then the room goes toward a courtyard and the windows are 1) old and thin 2) broken and don't even close. This means that every time a drunk group (or even someone quiet) enters the hotel through the only enteance in the courtyard, you are immediately awake. Listening to music with headphones does not drown out that noise in the walls, unless you turn the volume up so high that you can't sleep because of the music. And it WOULD be nice to be able to open some windows since it is incredibly hot in the rooms. Then, my bed is also not a real bed. There are just pieces of wood under my mattress… Breakfast would be 8€ and there is a nescafé machine. Not evem real coffee. Overall terrible experience! Would NOT recommend even at half the actual price! UPDATE: they let us change rooms, now it's fine.

Great location in regard to old town. Breakfast very good, staff very helpful, room clean and comfortable.

The pictures look nice. Life is different ( ( ( (The room is dark, not comfortable, not cozy. Was 5 times in different hotels and the features understand. Salvador has a negative impression. I don't recommend it. The rooms on the ground floor are being renovated. In front of the hotel is a place of loading dumpsters from all over the street.

I stayed in one of the apartments for three nights. I found a very nice, clean and spacy place in a excellent location. Staff was very kind and everything has been perfect. I highly reccomend it!

The Hotel is very well located. We had a very big Family Room. Everything was very clean. The Breakfast was delicious. Value performance ratio: Top!

Large room, very central location, the typical hotel breakfast: pastries, cold cuts, toast… I read that there were complaints of noise from the elevator and hardly noticeable (there will be who in his daily life listened more to his Vecinps and does not complain to the architect). Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel in good location, the breakfast is good, there is a nice games room with pool and foosball. Minus: there is no AC in rooms and no shower cap, only shampoo and soap, no more.

Very pleasant atmosphere in an absolutely centrally located hotel. We had a huge room with really extremely much space. Mattresses were in our view also absolutely OK.

Very good hotel, warm and beautiful decor. The staff are very friendly and most speak some Spanish. The breakfast is very good. The only bad thing is that to get to the rooms 10 and 11 of the fourth floor, you have to climb a staircase of almost 15 steps, with suitcases and everything you have, besides those rooms have a very low ceiling, you notice that they have added at the last minute to have a G Extra Anancia.

We were held a week ago in this beautiful hotel with a courtyard in Spanish style. Friendly staff and very helpful. Room clean, large with satellite TV, WLAN and mini bar. The breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open. The corresponding local La Boca can only be recommended. The location of the hotel is very good in a quiet side alley and a few minutes walk from the centre of the old town. I'm sure we'll be back.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times each and every time we are delighted by the staff attention and amability. Not to mention "La Boca Restaurant" a great restaurant in the hotel premises, or "viva Praga" their turístic info buro. We cannot think of any other place to stay while in the fascinating city of Prague, highly recommend!

The place I would not recommend considering the reception received and the room under the roofs with an electric bulb on two and that did not take long to jump. The freshness of the products was formidable. I shortened my stay at this property for another place closer to the Charles bridge.

First advice to anyone visiting Prague between end of May and end of September — chose a hotel with air condition. We didn't and we regretted that. We stayed for 4 days in a "superior" room, but the only difference to a normal double seems to be the guaranteed street view, dvd player (who uses that anymore) and the breakfast included in the room price. Considering that there is no air condition, a room towards the inner courtyard might have been better, sleep was impossible with the window open due to traffic and people being noisy down in the street. The room size was good, furnishings maybe a little dated, but ok. Floor under the carpet obviously made of wood and not completely level. The elevater might need some work as it "jumped" a little, every time we used it. Staff in the reception was very service minded and helpful. Housekeeping could have been better in the room. Good laundry service, reasonably priced. Location very good, just outside of "Old Town", walking distances to most sights. Breakfast was ok, but not all rolls or croissants seemed day fresh. Parking was in a public parking garage maybe 150 m away, at 20 Euros per day it was to expensive. Internet service while free, was terrible. Compared to the 4 star hotel in Berlin where we stayed before visiting Prague, this was not a good value proposition, but it is difficult to find a better than average place at a decent price, to stay in a city that is so overrun by tourists, including ourselves.

The hotel is quality, it is well placed and the price of the room was reasonable!

Clean, and beautiful. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and the speaking English perfectly! the restaurant was very good and the breakfast was more than good. Very big room, with a large TV and super bathroom that was super clean. Hot water 24 hours. Quite neighborhood. Very near to the old town and shopping center of the city. Will come again for sure!

You can not expect more for the price. Absolutely clean, shower was powerful enough and facilities were acceptable. Great comfy beds and courteous service. The restaurant La Boca that is attached is a must.

Lovely hotel. I've stayed a couple of times and the rooms are clean, modern and well-equipped. In a central but quiet location. Staff are friendly enough and helpful.

Not the best, but good! Great location pretty much in the middle of the square almost and very large rooms with very large bathrooms and entrance! Good price! I recommend it!

Do to friends recommendation, we booked an apartment directly at the hotel, we didn't used hotels sites like booking, agoda, hotels etc. We specifically asked one question during the mail correspondence "Do you have an elevator to the apartment? " The reply we got: "yes, we have an elevator up to the forth floor". When we arrived, it turns out that our apartment was on the fifth floor, no elevator to that floor. The stairs to the fifth floor are old attic wooden steps very noisy and cracking, when the next door guests reached their apartments at 3am they got us all awakened. The staff was rude and didn't not consider our complaint and told us there is nothing to be done. After we got angry we got a free breakfast for compensation. All and all, there are much better alternatives in Prague.

Very nice! Lovely hotel, very nice staff. Rooms are big and clean, close to shopping center and good restaurants :) We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed every minuet.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the hotel last weekend and loved every minute of it. The room was very big and cozy (although the heat was broken), the breakfast was really good and the receptionists were really kind. The hotel is very close to the Metro and Tram stations. So, really recommended hotel :).

We stayed there one night but liked it's charm so much we could have moved in and stayed for good. Really good place to stay.

Really nice, clean and cozy hotel. BUT restaurant is the best! Delicious food, cool desing, friendly but a bit clumsy service (very busy) :).

Positive: we stayed last weekend, 6-10th November, our room was lovely, the hotel is clean and close to all amenities. A short walk and you are in Wenceslas square, Negative: booked on their website and they had a winter offer of free transport to and from the airport and also a free tour If you stayed for 3 nights or more. When I enquired, they said we should have told them we wanted to take advantage of it and it was not automatic! It did not state this on the website I was disapointed with this but they did pay our return fare. The website offer has now changed to 4 nights or more and you must ask about the offer when you book. I wonder how many other people have booked on the basis of this offer but may not get it.
