Just come back from staying here and what an amazing hotel Staff very friendly and helpful Got picked up from the airport after booking the service with the hotel so door to door service. 3 of us staying we were on the 1st floor which was great and the lift helped us with our suitcases as one of the party just had a knee op Our room was really big for 3 of us and a separate room for one of the party to sleep in so was not small. Our room was a little to warm as the weather was warm when we visited but we did have a little fan in the room to help. Windows did not shut very well but managed to have them closed as best as we could. One of our rooms was not cleaned by the cleaning staff as they thought it had not been used but we told reception and they sorted it out and was cleaned the next day. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was great cooked breakfast you can have or cereal, maybe a bit more choice in cereal for younger people staying needed as I only had the choice of cornflakes and maybe strawberry jam and Nutella for putting on bread. Had dinner in the Boca restaurant that was lovely and lots to pick from. Reception staff very helpful in showing you where things are on the map or booking tours for you. Hotel is in a great Location and old town is very close by in walking distance. Lots of the sights are in walking distance from the hotel I was staying here when it was my birthday and when I came back from my day out there was a bottle of wine and a birthday message from the staff which was lovely.
