Honestly great price for the apartment (1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and huge balcony). Close to everything, beach, shops, restaurants, the marina.

The location was great — close to the airport an easy to get around. The breakfast was very good and the bed and pillows were really comfortable.
The bathroom facilities need some renovation.

Big clean rooms with cold water bottles and tea/coffee station. There are rooms with a balcony but there is also outdoor space to relax on the property.

Excellent beachfront location – the hotel is located directly on the beach in Larnaca, right in the heart of the promenade. The location is a major advantage.

Nice location, good, spacious apartments. Only the view is horrible, looks at the garbage area inside the building — no view. And dump smell happens occasionally.

Great place. Equipment such as plates and glasses (7 people). The house was not heated, so we had to buy farels from Lidl to let us know in the evening. I was there in January.
