During the check in we encountered the worst scenario possible. The hotel decided not to reserve our room (overbooked) and we found ourselves arriving to larnaca with no room to stay in. Usually in this cases the hotel provide a similar or upgraded room, but it wasn't the case here. The hotel offered us an alternative room in a different place but after a quick check we realized that they are offering a cheaper room in a hostel.

Located in Larnaca centre. 2 minutes walk to famous Finigoudes Beach. Close to the shops and restaurants.

It's a three-star hotel. It's all paid. The air conditioning is paid, 4.5 euros per day. If you have a room one bedroom, then there will be two rooms and two air conditioning and then cost 9 euros per day!
The internet is paid, free only at the reception and upstairs by the pool, but the connection is bad and if a lot of people are connected then the constant connection is broken. The rooms with the exit on the street are very noisy.
About the close proximity to the beach is all true. The beds in the summer in July cost 2.5 euros for one sunbed and 2.5 for an umbrella, i. E. 2 sunbeds and an umbrella will come out 7.5 euros. Ram position is the only plus of this hotel on the second line. Oh, well, there's a pool upstairs with sunbeds and umbrellas on the internet. Everything is free and convenient, especially in the siesta there to lie in the shade.
The rooms have small fridges. The wash plate is heated at the same time when the comforks are heated.
There are no accessories for washing the sours.
Cleaning in the rooms every day (the floor is wiped), towels until 3 days have not changed.
If the room is for four, then be prepared that there will be a bedroom with two beds and a common room 2 cots.
Just cost 2 sofas or one big.
TV is small, 3 Russian channels.
Towels for each person are 1 large and 1 small.
Very responsive staff, especially the girl with the reception and the elderly man full — always helped.

Beds uncomfortable, have to pay extra for air conditioning, toaster etc, staff not polite Wi-Fi only available in reception and by the pool if want in your room that's extra.

Stayed between 28/6 till 1/7. I booked 2 rooms and somehow they managed to think it's a duplicate order even though I wrote the names of guests on the reservation. After more than an hour they found us a solution for the first night in different hotel for the first night. Also gave us a complimentary free Wi-Fi for the first day and late checkout. The rooms are fine not fancy at all but the value for money are pretty good. The parking the hotel offer is very convenient. Breakfast is OK. Location is perfect in the city center. Also there is a swimming pool on the top floor with great view. If you don't plan to stay a lot in the hotel then this hotel is perfect choice. If you are looking for something new renovated etc. Then choose other place. This is a budget hotel.

Rooms clean and simple. Unfortunately the breakfast was not included and expencive. Staff not very polite. But good place for a short stay. Nearby too airport. And quiet.

Room was ok. Clean. Very good location. Pool on the roof was nice. Aircontioning was not included in the price — 63 € week. Wi-fi was payable on the room and it worked padly.

Want in the Eighties? This hotel was able to shoot the Wall, and since then nothing has changed. For the lover of antiquity.

It's a nice hotel in Larnaka, it has a lot of restaurants and shops really near and you can go every where. The rooms are acceptables, and the hotel is quite big, personally it hasn't enough light but is already good, the only bad point is that you have to pay to have Wi-Fi in your room, it's a really bad point.

Massive disappointment. The hotel is in darkness, rooms trapped in the 70's zone. Paid 5 euros a day for Wi-Fi which didnt work and they never gave my money back. Bath towels are changed every 3 days. If you ask for a clean one cleaners say they are not allowed to give them out. Got stuck in the lift, called on the phone and the women told me to open the door, I told her I couldn't, she said I need to try. It resulted me hurting my finger. The duty manager offered me a doctors appointment which I declined. The list goes on and on This so called hotel is a joke.

Excellent hotel with lovely pool and bar area clean with good maid servoce. Views of the beach from balcony close to shops and restaurants… wi fi in room not great but good by the pool. Would book again.

They charge you 5 dollars for Wi-Fi. The beds are worse than hostel beds. There are no locks on the doors. Safe doesn't lock. They gave us a room that had other peoples bags still in it. For a few extra dollars you can stay at a much better place. The lady at the reception was pleasant though.

Small hotel, but the staff is very friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice.

A neat clean city-type hotel that has everything you need, a convenient location, surrounded by restaurants shops, a 7 minute walk from the promenade, 10 minutes to the beach.

The friendly hotel 5 minutes from the beach. The biggest advantage is the swimming pool on the roof.

This place is reasonably priced, bit the low light in the main building and muffled music is pretty creepy. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Nice rooftop pool and bar.
